Action, action, and more action. This ia a thrilling action packed book. The plot pulls you in deeply and all the characters are important in the story. I really enjoy where the story takes and how the story shifts from point of view to point of view. Without the special characters it wouldn’t be a great book. Thought is an important element in this book. What makes the book so interesting is that how Agent 10483 handles multiple situations. I recommend this book to people who are looking for a great action book.

Fabulous book. The characters are fascinating, the plot grabs you and keeps your attention throughout and the way the chapters are structured is ingenious.The only negative is it looks like it might be the last of the series. Please find a way to continue.

Ajan 10483 ve Nir Hezroni ile 2017 yılının Ağustos ayında, Bir Psikopatın Günlüğü ile tanışmışım (evet; kontrol ettim!) Her ne kadar artık okuduklarımı, izlediklerimi eskiden olduğu kadar ayrıntılı hatırlayamasam da 10483’ün tuhaf hayatını, neler yapabildiğini dün gibi hatırlıyorum. Kesin olarak vardığım kanı şudur: 10483’ü kızdırıp, karşınıza almak istemezsiniz yeminle! Okurken bana kendimi sorgulatıp, tuhaf tuhaf düşüncelere yöneltmişti ve hafiften asabımı bozmuştu açıkçası (iyi anlamda). Şimdi de, Bir Psikopatın Talimatları ile aynen geri döndü o hisler. Nir Hezroni yine yapmış yapacağını: “psikopatları mı seviyorum ben?” ve “bir psikopata nasıl hak veriyorum ben?” ve “acaba ben de psikopat mıyım?” diye düşünürken buldum yine kendimi!

Not as shocking or tension-filled as the first book. As the thrilling climax occurs in Tel-Aviv, with many geographic reference points thrown in, I suspect Israelis, reading the book in the original Hebrew, might bite their fingernails down to the quick.

The dream sequences appear in a "faded" ink I found uncomfortable to read. Moreover, I found them pointless, such that I skipped over the last few and do not feel I missed anything.

One loose end ... "The Barber," one serious bad dude, is on the trail of Carmit on her way back to London.

Spoiler? I do not think so. Again, those few pages could have omitted and nothing would have been lost.

The author's two books are actually one long book. The question is: Can he write a second one?

A thrilling dark and ingenious follow-up to Hezroni's highly acclaimed debut novel: "Three Envelopes" Although this continues the storyline of his debut, it can certainly be enjoyed as a standalone. This tale further delves into the twisted mind of rogue, psychopathic Israeli intelligence officer: "10483" ... who is out for revenge against the highly covert agency ... known simply as " The
Organization". He knows his handlers manipulated him into the savage killing of three targets with a tremendous inadvertent collateral damage to innocents. And, then by mind manipulation causing to eliminate himself. His vengeance knows no bounds.
Through cutting edge technology a process has been developed .... Transformation ...resulting in a re-wiring the brain to allow manipulation of the individual like a puppet. Although 10483 did jump in front of a bus, as programmed, in 2006, he somehow survived and wallowed in a semi-conscious state for almost a decade. When he regains consciousness he is hell bent on a path of righteous vengeance to take down The Organization and any agent deemed responsible for his betrayal.
A complex , riveting scenario of destruction with a psychopathic mundane disregard is juxtaposed with his relishing of the local cuisine.
This dark thriller is a superb follow-up to his debut novel ... and most likely will also be high acclaimed by both critic and reader. Not everyday can one be immersed into the mind of a madman. Thanks to Netgalley and St Martin's Books for providing an Uncorrected Proof of this great read in exchange for an honest review!!!!

כפי שסיכמתי בספר הראשון, הספר הזה, כצפוי הוא אכן המשך ישיר של "שלוש
מעטפות".

אהבתי מאוד הרבה דמויות בספר זה בשל היכולת של הסופר ליצור דמויות מספיק
ענייניות, יצירתיות, בעלי יכולת, הומוריסטיות ואופי ייחודי המתאים לכל אחד ואחד
בנפרד. בראשם, כמובן, הדמות הראשית - סוכן 10483 (דמות גאונית). אפשר
להוסיף גם את התאומים ריקרדו ולורנצו, כרמית ורותם. אחלה דמויות. שאפו!!!

דרך אגב, על אף שמדובר בספר מתח רציני. אני לא יכול להתעלם מהעובדה שלאורך
הספר, הסופר הצליח לתבל את התוכן בקטעים הומוריסטיים ובתובנות חביבות הפזורים
בצורה מדודה ובמנות קטנות שהוסיפו להנאה.

ובכל זאת, הייתי רוצה להוסיף סייג כלשהו. אחת הדמויות בספר הווה תחושת דז'ה וו
ובעקבות זאת, היא מסבירה את המושג ומקורו. אם לומר את האמת, זה מה שאני גם
הרגשתי. הרגשתי תחושה זו בספר זה, (הספר הראשון שקראתי היה "תא לחץ" [זהו
הספר השלישי שנכתב]) וכן, בספר הראשון. כלומר, הסופר עושה שימוש רב בחשיפת
המידע באמצעות חלומות (שמתי לב שזו התבנית הקבועה שלו). זה בסדר כשזה מהווה
רגע מהותי בבניית הסיפור העיקרי כפי שזה נעשה בספר "תא לחץ". ואולי, בעוד ספר

To drugi tom izraelskiej powieści o agencie 10483. Warto sięgnąć po tą książkę, jeśli podobała nam się pierwsza część. Poznajemy dalsze losy głównego bohatera, izraelskiego agenta wywiadu, buntownika. Bunt agenta 10483 zwiększa swoje rozmiary, agent w dość oryginalny sposób realizuje plan zemsty na swoim byłym pracodawcy, na całym świecie.
Jeśli ktoś pamięta starą serie "MacGaywer' i to właśnie w tym tomie jest sporo akcji macgaywerowkich. Agent 10483 z dość kreatywny sposó wykorzystuje przedmioty dziennego użytku do realizacji swoich niecnych planów. Nadało to sporo kolorytu i oryginalności tej książce.
Nie będę zdradzał zbyt wiele z fabuły, nie chcę spojlować. Książkę bardzo dobrze mi się słuchało w formie audiobooka, przesłuchałem jej w ciągu trzech ciemnych, ponurych, zimnych, jesiennych wieczorów.

Genialnie się rozwinęła ta historia z pierwszej powieści. Niektóre aspekty wkurzające, ale całość genialna. Akcja, akcja, akcja, lecz oparta w ciekawie ukazanym mniej znanym świecie specyficznych nowych służb. Niektórzy pewnie pierwszy raz usłyszą o Eye In The Sky innym niż ten od Parsonsów. Last Instructions
Nir Nezroni’s plotting is quite complicated; the rat in the storage shed comes to the CIA’s rescue after so much of the nefarious plotting of the transformed renegade former Mossad agent is allowed to succeed in this “page turner.” None of the characters are shining lights, although the English (former Israeli) psychologist seems to have the most active conscience. The author is able for me to make the single handed smuggling operation of the nuke from Bolivia to Mclean seem slightly credible, although some of the “medical” story of a nine year combination rehab/hibernation after a failed suicide attempt is a bit farfetched.
There are several forces at play, the renegade agent, the subcontractor psychologist who “programmed him” and various Mossad (the Organization) with varying talents, and of course, the villain. The mad chase scene towards the end is more violent than a Keystone cops tale, but shares something with that kind of slapstick. There is a lot of violence and bloodshed, perhaps to be expected in this genre. The snooping device that can reconstruct from any query serial images from anywhere in Israel, going way back in time stretched the imagination some, but possibly not beyond what can be done with current technology.

“Bir psikopatın günlüğü” kitabının devamı olan “bir psikopatın talimatları” kitabı da ilki gibi soluksuz okunuyor. İlk Kitapta ajan 10483 ile tanışmış ve neler yapabileceğini görmüştük. Bu Kitapta ise öldüğü düşünülen ajanın yalnızca bir yıl içinde yaptığı intikam planını okuyoruz. Ama ne plan 😨 Neredeyse kusursuz şekilde yapılmış ve hayata geçirilmiş 👍🏻Her ne kadar iş etiği olmasa da ( ki sivil zayiatı pek de önemsemiyor) ajan 10483’e hayran olmamak elde değil. Takıntılı bir psikopat da olsa muazzam bir zekaya sahip. Genelde devam kitapları işi uzattığı için pek iyi olmaz fakat bu kitabı gözü kapalı alın derim. .
