The author's narrative is straightforward. Sean Valens, the main character discovers a lot of the "scientific" advancements his Dad made, in regards to Silver, the Lycans and Magic in this third volume of this fantasy novel series. As a William Wallace, like-character (from Scotland), Sean uses his just learned knowledge about Silver, to free as many lycans as possible, from enslavement.
Volume's 1 and 2 had a lot of Gun Fights (without any of the main characters having any gun training) and just relying on their recently acquired "mutant-changeling-lycan" powers and abilities.
Because Sean was bitten by Samson (neighbor and probably Mom's replacement "husband"), Sean has Lycan "Lion Beast-folk" powers as well as everything he has learned of magic from his Dad's books, legacy and what Jolene has helped him with.
All of the volumes of this series are short 150+ pages, 19 chapters (about 7-8 pages a chapter) so it is an extremely easy read. Sex scenes are not so explicit, so novel is not erotica or uncomfortable to read.
Harem currently stays at three (Roxy, Jolene and Daelyn). Sean has sensual liaisons with Roberta (old girlfriend and mother of one of Samson's daughters) so in a way, Sean has been having sex with his "other step-mom" and the mom to his "step-sister". But author does not make this uncomfortable at all. With all the Wolf-Lycans and Fox-Lycans rescued, it is just a matter of hours for Sean to crown a lot of the female Lycans part of his harem and retinue. Yes! Sean spends most of his time in Volume 3 having sex, but the more sex he has, the more Magic and Artifacts he can create, so author has made a synergy of the sex and the magic.
Story is about to go national, from Reno and Vegas to the rest of the U.S. and then probably to the rest of the world. Because Sean can create the Silver antidotes and the un-enslavement artifacts, well, he has just become the biggest deal with the Lycans since the invention of Magic.
Author confesses that his name is not really the "author's" that because of the subject matter, he decided to create a pen-name (pseudonym). As if it were easy to become the next J.K. Rowling and Harry Potter.
