It's kind of "listy" and just summarizes all the things that five points on thr body treat, but, I wish there was more detail about how/why it works, along with its significance relative to her larger book and history of the practice. For example, I wish the points were described in a way that deeply convinces/changes my belief that massaging that specific point leads to x benefits. My greatest takeaway was that the practice sees the kidneys as one of, if not the most important part of the body because its disarray can cause fatigue. However, as always, I enjoyed that this summary book could be read in one sitting.

A Helpful Quick Guide

This is a quick reference to the most commonly used acupuncture points, from Deborah Bleecker's perspective. There are clear diagrams and explanations for how to find the points, and a list of the ailments each point treats.

Definitely a worthwhile resource to have to hand or in your phone.
