This book/ devotional serves as a practical yet deep overview of the seven deadly sins. The Catechism and many of the Church Fathers and Doctors are quoted throughout. A great prayer book to have on hand to conquer sin through the Grace of God and the sacraments.

Best spiritual reading for Lent

I bought this book in preparation for a good confession. I found it to be a practical manual for to many challenges we face in our current world today. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is serious in making amends and strengthening their spiritual life.
