Dirty it Up is a collection of smoking hot holiday-themed novellas that are sure to get your blood pumping and put you in the holiday mood! Naughty Temptation by Amelia Bond, Indecent Holiday by Elizabeth Brown, Sordid Games by Elizabeth Kelly, Dirty Intentions by Aubrey Bondurant and Filthy Appeal by Ramona Gray offers a variety work with smoking hot heroes and their sassy heroines.
My favorite novella in the collection is Indecent Holiday. Liliana and Rhys were acquaintances in high school and despite an attraction between the two, circumstances beyond their control ripped them apart. Years later, Rhys and Liliana meet again in a cabin for the holidays. Her mom is dating his dad. The reunion between the two is smoking hot as the chemistry they shared still lingers and now has the chance to blossom and a new connection is formed. The two share a passionate holiday together and yet, as the fates may be, they are separated once again. Two years pass and Lily is doing her best to move on but when Rhys appears in her life again this time, he isn't giving her up without a fight.
Told in dual POV, Indecent Holiday offers a complex plot with a tender second chance romance full of passion and heart. I adored the connection between Rhys and Lily and when their passion ignites it is smoking hot! With Elizabeth Brown's fluid writing style and broken characters, Indecent Holiday is an absolute must read this holiday season.
Overall, I highly recommend this anthology to anyone looking to add a little holiday flavor to their reading. With such a variety of authors and stories, this holiday treasure is not to be missed!

Kelsey returns home from college to spend the holiday with her dad only to find bad news. Scott the boy next door is there to help support her and when she’s determined to take up the slack her college situation has caused, he reluctantly agrees to give her a job.
I loved this quick little read! It was well written, fully developed with characters that were engaging and believable. Their relationship develops in a manner that is necessary for the length of the story, but without feeling it was short-changed. Lots of smiles, steam and even some angst. Pretty much perfect in my opinion.
Dual POV; Safety – some ow drama; No apparent triggers
Indecent Holiday 5 stars Elizabeth Brown
Lily has been in love with Rhys since she shared a table with him during their senior year art class. He was the quintessential bad boy and he intimidated her but drew her in at the same time. Four years later they are reunited in a most unlikely manner and all those nervous, excited, aroused emotions she once experienced in his presence springs to the forefront, consuming her.
I love a damaged bad boy, and Rhys was certainly all that. But he was so much more and as the story progresses the very essence of who and what Rhys is made of is revealed. As the reader, I was very much aware that it was Lily that brought light and goodness into his life. And oh my! Who doesn’t adore a hero who will do anything to win his woman? Rhys was determined and I just wanted to gorge myself on all the amazing, loving things he did to show Lily how he really felt. This was an exceptional read!!! It was just too dang short! This author has evolved and each new release is better than the last. Indecent Holiday is proof of that fact.
Dual POV – though primarily the heroine’s; Safety – ; No apparent triggers
Sordid Games 5 Stars Elizabeth Kelly
When Daisy has nowhere to go for the holiday, her roommate, Frannie, talks her into joining her family. She then she talks Daisy into pretending to be her lover so her family’s plan to set Frannie up with one of the local single men will not come to fruition.
And then things get crazy. Daisy’s one night stand shows up and despite their building attraction to each other, they must continue the ruse for Frannie’s benefit. Grandma is embracing the sexual liberation, Dad is caught up in a decades old feud, and Mom just wants a house full of grandchildren. Then of course there’s all kinds of “boning” going on, which neither Daisy nor Wes can complain about because, well…there’s just a lot of boning going on.
This was a wild, crazy romp. It reminded me a lot of Tara Sivec’s Holiday series minus all the over the top antics. Frannie’s family is definitely a great addition to the story but Wes really steals the show. He was just so perfect. Lighthearted and fun but hot for Daisy. The steam level on this one was off the charts.
Dual POV; Safety - some ow drama but the H never looks twice at her; No apparent triggers
Dirty Intentions 4 Stars Aubrey Bondurant
Daniella is out to catch her soon to be ex-fiancee in a compromising position and in the process gets so much more. Getting photographic evidence of him at a sex club, she is caught and taken to see the boss, Shane. The following confrontation is hot and steamy and Daniella learns an important lesson about herself.
The relationship between these two was angsty and filled with a lot of pushing away from Shane. To his bemusement, Daniella doesn’t chase or cling to him, she saunters on with her life as though she can take him or leave him. I loved that she pulled him simply by being herself.
There is definitely a higher level of sexiness in this story. Hello…sex club. But interestingly enough, and to my delight, Shane never puts her on display. He is actually quite possessive of her. Theirs is not an immediate “I love you” story but it’s a great foundation to build on.
Dual POV; Safety - Neither h/H is with anyone else once they meet; No apparent triggers
Filthy Appeal 4 Stars Ramona Gray
Libby’s ex made it clear her weight was an issue and he wasn’t attracted to her any longer. When she earns a position with a law firm in a new town, she decides to try a one night stand to help get her mojo back. She never expected to do that with two attractive and sexy men instead of one.
Seth and Theo were everything that Libby needed and they made sure to take care of her in every way that counts in a relationship like theirs. I loved that they recognized when she needed to slow down or even when to stop and take care of her needs outside her sexual desires.
I’m not a fan of menages and while this story didn’t change my opinion on that, I must admit it was a steamy read that proves two can be so much better than one.
Heroine POV; Safety - no ow/om drama; No apparent triggers
***** Overall, I was blown away by this anthology! It definitely gets hotter, sexier and dirtier the further you go. This is one that you won’t want to miss. Be sure to buy it and put it in your virtual Christmas stocking. That way you’ll know you’ve gotten at least one thing you’ll love for the holiday.
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of the book.
First I have to say - what a genius concept! Each novella gets progressively steamier as the book goes along. I love anthologies for their ability to introduce you to new authors in a quick and concise manner and this definitely did that - I now have 5 new authors to my "ones to watch" list. I truly enjoyed all five stories but I have to admit, Elizabeth Kelly's Sordid Games and Aubrey Bondurant's Dirty Intentions were my favorites. I loved the male and female leads in both of the stories and I really liked the dual first person POV method of storytelling that both authors utilized. Sordid Games is the story of a fake relationship with a twist, while Dirty Intentions is an unconventional office romance of sorts with an expiration date. Both tales were delicious and riveting and just fun! The whole book was actually super fun and I look forward to exploring each of the talented authors' works further. 5 out of 5 wine glasses!
3.1 stars reflect the mathematical average rating, but I’ve rated/reviewed each of these individually as there’s a broad spectrum here. I went into all of the stories basically blind, and I was only previously familiar with one of the author’s works. In general, I would have liked to see some of them play up the holiday spirit more and the clichéd romance tropes less. The first felt more like a short story; the second a novella. But three and four felt like fully developed/fleshed out (no pun intended) books. Five I didn't stick with. Three of these stories featured strong, likable heroines. The other two were too weak for me.
I highly recommend the fun quiz(https://www.dirtyitup.com/get-dirty), which the authors have set up on the title’s website. I decided to give it a whirl and was intrigued to find out that my score matched my favorite tale, its style fitting my reading preferences the most, and was borderline with my second fav!

Naughty Temptation by Amelia Bond 3.5 Stars
Kelsey Wegman, 21, is home for the holidays. While she’s not greeted with good news, she is greeted by a familiar face. Scott Turner, 25, is temporarily working for his dad. Anymore, he’s not sure where he wants to be. But he is sure of one thing; the neighbor girl has grown up and she’s more than just temptation.
Told via Kelsey and Scott’s dual first person POV, both were likable characters and they were developed enough for this short story/novella to get a decent impression of them. I especially appreciated how their characters subverted some common subconscious sexism. It was actually the hero who was rendered incoherent speech when he was caught off guard by the heroine. Kelsey was a strong female character, and I was applauding her in the scene where she tells a sexually harassing truck driver off. Oh and when she gives Scott a little “payback.” That was sexy and funny!
“‘No, no, not the balls.’ Never would I think those words would come from my mouth…”
On the downside, there was some OW drama, although thankfully it never materialized the way it often does in these things. None the less, I wish it would have been cut short sooner as it didn’t reflect well on Scott in more ways than one. I also felt it needed more resolution. (As in ‘hasta la vista, biotch’)
But all in all, despite some heavier issues going on in the character’s lives, it turned out to be a mainly low angst romance set during the holidays.
Safety Recap:
Indecent Holiday by Elizabeth Brown 2.5 Stars
Lily Hayes is spending the holidays with her mom at their family cabin, only this year her mother’s new boyfriend and his son are joining then. Her potential future stepbrother is the bad boy she crushed on in high school, and their sexual tension hasn’t changed.
“Rhys Conner was as unpredictable as a winter storm. If I left any part of me exposed, he’d find it and sear into me like frostbite.”
Told via Lily and Rhy’s dual first person POV (but w/more chapters by Lily), in the beginning Rhys intrigued me as the moody, dirty-talker. But Lily is the inexperienced and a little naïve good girl prototype that’s overused in the current romance market. Still, their chemistry was decent, and it seemed like this was going to be one of those sexy stranded together romances, which it was for the first half.
But then it turns angsty. There’s a 2 year separation where time skips ahead. That leads into an annoying back and forth, push and pull between them. The story started to lose me at that point and when they finally reconcile I was totally done when he suggests they abandon protection: “I’m clean. I was tested last month and haven’t been with anyone since, I promise.” I spent the next several paragraphs trying to figure out if he hadn’t been with anyone else since her or since last month! Sadly I got my answer during her next chapter: “Rhys had always been good in bed, but it was clear he’d learned a few things over the years.” Well I’m glad she’s impressed with that, but it grossed me out. Sex without a condom with a guy who was still sexually active with other people a month ago— that’s just skeevy. This was no longer holiday romance; this was two people too immature and too stupid to be together years early. On that note, I certainly didn’t buy that they loved each other at 23 anymore than they did at 21 or 17.
Daisy Morrison is a really good friend. She’s agreed (albeit reluctantly) to pretend to be her roommate’s lesbian lover for the holidays to help her friend hide the Romeo & Juliet love affair she really has going on from her family. But good deeds do not go overlooked when Daisy’s attractive ONS turns out to be her roommate’s brother.
“Hell, I had half a stiffy just from staring at the back of her damn head.”
This was the fun, lighthearted and sexy holiday story I was looking for! The premise and the characters were cute, the story flowed well, and there wasn’t a shortage of laughs.
“‘Are we not playing a game of ‘say the least sexy thing in bed you can think of and see if the other one is still turned on’?”
Wes McKinley, 32, made not only a confident (but not cocky) holiday lover, but a ‘for keeps’ boyfriend as well. He's a nice, down-to-Earth guy with charm and integrity. Oh and he’s quite talented in the bedroom too.
“‘You’ll have to hold in your ‘Wes is a sex god’ screams.’”
Daisy is a sweet and likable heroine. She rolled with all the punches well, and I was rooting for her and Wes to make it last.
Told via their dual first person POV, there was just the right balance of steamy encounters alongside the humorous plot and entertaining secondary characters. A winner all the way round!
Daniella Trivioli, 27, is on a mission—confirm her fiancé as the cheater and thief he is. Shane Nelson, 32, is a sex club owner. But one night, their paths cross.
“‘Tell me if you want me to stop now. Otherwise, I’m going to put my fingers inside you and make you come.’”
Obviously, the setting mainly in a sex club gave this one a strong erotic feel. (Readers of the Something series will remember Club Travesty from Catherine’s story). The chemistry between them is palpable, and their banter not only drew me into the story from the start, but also presented a smart, strong female character. It was refreshing to see a jilted heroine stand up to her ex and get the upper hand since it’s a popular starting point for many romances. I also really liked how Daniella held her own in various situations and how she defied Shane’s expectations.
“Seriously, he was lecturing me with him on the precipice of penetration? I shifted my hips to remind him of exactly where we were.”
Shane was an intriguing hero. He certainly wasn’t without his flaws and he sucked at romance. That fit his character, but it let Dani down at times and made him less of a “book boyfriend.” But like Dani, Shane was a well developed character. The writing here is solid.
“We weren’t calling it insta-love or ignoring the fact we each still had a lot to learn about the other.”
I give major kudos for the fact that this story didn’t try to sell something it wasn’t. Too often I find “insta-love” or “insta-lust” tossed around to excuse poor relationship development. That is so not the case here, and I’m glad one of the characters brought it up as a reminder. In that respect, this is a tale of two people who are merging different worlds and different personalities and in the process, they grow as people and expand their horizons. They both learn and mature from their fling and in the process it allows the reader to begin to see how these two will make it in the long haul.
Told via their dual first person POV, I was left wondering one thing….is Max gonna get a story next Christmas?
Safety Recap:
Filthy Appeal by Ramona Gray DNF
Libby Brecken is an attorney starting a new life in a new city before the holidays. In an attempt to combat her esteem issues from her recent break up, Libby hits up a bar to pick up a man. When the “safe” man rebukes her, she garners the attention of two hotter guys.
Straight up, I can’t stand reading about heroines who have been dumped on and have body image issues. The first several pages were a huge turn-off as it’s nothing but Libby and her weight issues. Then Libby interacts with Seth and Theo, and the dialogue quickly turns cheesy and stilted. The attempted blend of realism and fantasy didn’t work for me. This one is told entirely by Libby's first person POV.
To be clear, those are the reasons I tossed this one aside. It had nothing to do with the ménage angle as I don’t have a problem reading those types of tales.

This box set is fabulously sexy and fun. I laughed a lot while reading all five stories. They're all a little bit naughty ... okay ... maybe a lot naughty.
Naughty Temptation - A cute story with the H/h who grew up as neighbors but haven't seen each other in years since graduating high school. They're both home for the holidays and sparks fly as the H comforts the h after her father suffers a heart attack. The H/h's fathers have been best friends for years. This was a sexy friends to lovers story.
Indecent Holiday - I loved the premise of this cabin get away story where the h's mother is dating the H's father and invites them to spend the holiday together. The fact that the h crushed on H during high school, and H is a bad boy. Yum. These two get creative in finding sexy time together. But they have to work hard for the HEA.
Sordid Games - OMG. This storyline was hilarious and so outrageous but I still loved it. When the h agrees to pretend to be her best friend's lesbian lover, but sparks fly between the h and the best friend's brother (H), things get tricky. I loved these two together.
Dirty Intentions - Okay. All of the stories are great. But this one is my favorite and really evoked strong emotions in me. I loved the vulnerability of both the H / h. My heart literally ached during several scenes. This one is smoldering hot, too.
Filthy Appeal - Wow. Filthy is an apt description for this story. Two men, one woman meet in hotel bar and have a night of fun. Two dominants. One submissive. I don't want to give away the twist. But I was howling with laughter. It's awesome and so much fun.
Naughty Temptation Amelia Bond 🌟🌟🌟🌟 This book was sweet with the perfect amount of steam. The fast moving storyline kept me page turning and although a novella it was pack with everything to make a great story. When Kelsey returns to Seattle to see her father for Christmas, her while works falls apart when she funds out he has had a major heart attack and is in intensive care. It is childhood friend Scott and his dad who pick her up. The feelings she harbored towards Scott returns very quickly and his wanting to help and keep her company it becomes obvious the feelings are very mutual. This pair are hot to trot. One night, freezing snow, truck stop = a naught temptation neither wants to avoid.
Indecent Holiday Elizabeth Brown 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
This was the perfect, long quick read, by that I mean it seemed much longer than a novella, but read quite quickly. Rhys Conner and Liliana Hayes were the perfect high School, crush that moved apart but had a tumultuous reunion. With dating parents and a Christmas vacation, Lily can’t believe she is going to spend days with the guy she loved all through high school. Now Rhys is a little older but still absolutely gorgeous. Although it seems one sided, that isn't the case, Rhys is as interested in Lily as she is to him. Taking that leap will change everything and not for the better.
With an abusive father doing what he does best, Rhys leaves the cabin and more importantly Lily devastated. Moving ahead 2 years, Rhys returns to Lily to win her back. But ever careful Lily is weary of him pulling the MIA action again. Rhys will have to step up, prove who he is and what he wants with Lily. It won't be easy, but it will be HOT, dirty and down right sweet. I love Rhys and Lily, I'd love to read more about them 💜💛💚💙
Sordid Games Elizabeth Kelly 🌟🌟🌟🌟⭐
I'm seriously absolutely loving these stories in this Anthology, but this nude my absolute favorite yet! Sordid Games is a Christmas story with a twist, a sexy twist! Another story I didn't want to put down. Wes, Frannie, Owen and Daisy just made this whole story. It was funny, quirky, naughty and seriously hot!
A Christmas trip back to the parents isn't what it seems when Owen and Frannie are secretly dating behind the backs of their feuding families. So it is poor Daisy week becomes the meat in the sandwich. Pretending to be Frannie’s lesbian lover, Daisy is about to act like nothing else in he life, and let's face it, losing her job wasn’t bad enough, but meeting a gorgeous man ending in a one night stand to discover sais man is Wes, Frannie’s older brother.
Join the hilarious family holiday where Frannie and Daisy pretend to be together, woke Frannie is screwing Owen behind her back, pushing Daisy into the arms of her one night, knight in shining armour Wes. This was hilarious, but so well written.
Dirty Intentions Aubrey Bondurant 🌟🌟🌟🌟⭐
I knew threes stories would be dirty, by holy hell, that was insanely hot. I love discovering new authors and so far each of these have my carving more of them and their writing. Instead of a sweet sexy holiday story, Dirty Intentions was more a steamy holiday with a dose of intrigue. Sex Club owner Shane is about to be busted by the IRS over his books. Simmering wasn’t right but finding someone he could trust to audit his books in this highly secretive club.
Enter pissed off Daniella (Dani), ready to bust her now, ex-fiancé cheating on her and stealing her money. Bring on payback – she scans his Club Travesty membership, to create a fake membership to adore her entry to take photo’s , busting him in the act. What she didn't expect was being busted herself. Taken by a bouncer to the boss’ office means trouble. But smart mouth Daniella isn't scared of easily, but hot as hell Shane has her craving something more than revenge. The man can bring her down (or up if you choose) with his words alone. Facing both Shane and Eric- her cheating ex, she finds herself devastated and aroused all at once. This few minutes will change her world forever.
Shane eradicates his thieving staff and IRS issues all at once. Taking Dani on to audit his books , while chasing her orgasms. For a woman who was called a frigid, orgasmless bitch, she turns out to be a bombshell – it seems both in her work ethic and in the bedroom, as Shane is about to discover. This Hard assed sex club owner has met his match with Daniella. She’s smart, gorgeous, quick witted, strong and absolutely stunning in the bedroom. The man whom doesn't do relationships is about to discover just because life throws you a curve ball doesn't mean you can change is direction….
Filthy Appeal Ramona Gray 🌟🌟🌟🌟 OMG, that was… I have no words. Hot, steamy, sexy, smutty – nothing comes close (literally). This is your perfect ménage quick read, and one I couldn't put down. I'm glad it’s over because I'm not sure my heart, or insides could handle anymore. That is not a bad thing! A simple one night stand to overcome a sense of self worth, Libby finds herself looking for someone who can still find her attractive and what to sleep with her. A bad break up, an awful mother and a cheating ex all are playing havoc with her self confidence. Luckily when Seth and Theo walk into the same bar and offer a night with bit user one of them by both!
That one night stand sound have the end and it was until she started a partner in a job. What she never expected was those rough hands that has been everywhere in and on her body, to be her employees. Yep, she had slept with her junior associates. Humiliated and horrified, Libby can’t get the men out if her head. It seems the feeling is very mutual, hence the attraction from both sides.
You better have a vibrator, partner or any device of your choice for this read. These dominant men have no problem taking on Libby’s curves. They know what they want and have no issues getting it – that “it” would be Elizabeth. This is Christmas she’ll never forget, and I'm guessing you Won’t either…
Dirty It Up is a box set with 5 different novellas that total about 564 pages. I am always a fan of a box set for several reason. One thing is it a chance to read a new author (s), second thing is that they are great to have when you have to wait for an apportionment or if you need a quick read before bed. Not to mention that some days you can't commit to a full length novel due to life happening but you need that quick escape read. They are some pretty hot reads also! Overall really loved the stories and glad to read some new authors! Books that are in this box set: Naughty Temptation, by Amelia Bond Indecent Holiday, by Elizabeth Brown Sordid Games, by Elizabeth Kelly Dirty Intentions, by Aubrey Bondurant Filthy Appeal, by Ramona Gray
Smokin' hot holiday romances with lots of filthy stuff, and happily, with no Christmas ghosts, angels, elves or wishes anywhere. I'm usually cynical and jaded when it comes to happy, sugar sweet holiday romances so I was thrilled to find this set of romances where the fun happens in bed and not under the Christmas tree. Extra happy bonus: discovering two authors completely new to me that I can't wait to check out.
Naughty Temptation by Amelia Bond: 3.5 stars Indecent Holiday by Elizabeth Brown: 4.5 stars Sordid Games by Elizabeth Kelly: 4.5 stars Dirty Intentions by Audrey Bondurant: 4 stars Filthy Appeal by Ramona Gray: 3.5 stars
There’s a lot of variety in this anthology. Five stories-five authors. There’s lots of steam, of course there’s drama and sex and interesting plot lines.
Naughty Temptation is Amelia Bond’s story about Kelsey, a college student home on break who discovers her dad has suffered a heart attack. He works for the trucking company of his best friend. The owner’s son Scott is home from New York helping out with the business. When Kelsey finds out that her dad has massive debt problems she offers to pick up his truck route. Working with Scott is no hardship and there’s lots of canoodling.
Elizabeth Brown’s Indecent Holiday has Lily all set to enjoy her holiday vacation at her mom’s cabin. That is up until she finds out her mom’s boyfriend is bringing his son Rhys with him this year. This is the same guy Lily crushed on in high school. The same guy who barely noticed her in art class and crushed her feelings without regard. But Rhys has changed and Lily is quite appreciative of those changes!
In Elizabeth Kelly’s Sordid Games, Daisy reluctantly agrees to help out her best friend while visiting her family. Frannie has her reasons for not wanting her family to know about Owen her boyfriend and devises this complicated ruse to make her family think Daisy is her lesbian lover. Of course when Daisy meets Wes, Frannie’s brother, sparks fly and things really get all screwed up. This one just seemed a little far-fetched to me.
Aubrey’s Bondurant centers around Shane, a sex club owner and Daniella, the cheated on fiancé of one of the sex club members. I liked the story line for this one, but I’m not a big fan of the whole sex club games trope, but the characters were interesting. There were a whole lot of unanswered questions I had about Shane (his fertility issues for one) but I’ll have to remain clueless on those.
The last story. Ramona Grays’s Filthy Appeal is Libby’s story. She’s a successful attorney who has just broken up with her cheating boyfriend. She has weight issues and wants do explore her sexual fantasies. Let’s just say she gets twice what she bargained for!
I love the variety that anthologies offer-even if you don’t connect with one story, there are plenty of others to enjoy!
"An anthology that consumes you entirely and you re not willing to let it unfinished"
"I received a complimentary copy of this anthology and have volunteered to leave a review."
Five stories. Five utterly amazing stories that brings earlier the Christmas spirit in our thoughts. Well, kind of! Amelia Bond, Elizabeth Brown, Elizabeth Kelly, Aubrey Bondurant and Ramona Grey aren't willing to give their readers something less than a sizzling romance in their stories. So, hands down, these five stories are going to make you ache, swoon, get high, laugh and fell in love. Are you ready for this?
Naughty Temptation by Amelia Bond
The story of Kelsey's and Scott's. These two are the best beginning for the anthology! Kelsey arrives for Christmas break at her home town waiting to see her loving father. However, he unexpectedly went to the hospital after having a heart attack. Kelsey's arrival waits her father's boss and best friend Jim, with his son Scott. Her father's condition and his feeble financial, compined with seeing Scott, after a long time, created mixed emotions to Kelsey. Will she find a way to help her father and have a chance with her old crush Scott? Well, what is a love story without a HEA after all?
Naughty Temptation is a majorly sweet, delightfully swoony story to fell head over heels for. Kelsey is a strong, independent woman ready to work hard and fight hard for what she wants. I found her stubbornness very appealing and admirable in every ways. Scott has his issues but I loved how Kelsey help him to changed his way of seeing things in life and how thoughtful and loving he is to her. Their intimate moments are uncountable and very very satisfying. Winter, snow and the two of them alone in a truck puts imaginations to a higher (Christmas theme) lever.
Indecent Holiday by Elizabeth Brown
Oh, this story is one of my favorites. Good girl-bad guy theme but not the same as I knew. Lily's and Rhys' story is all but this simple theme. They knew each other from high school and now their parents are dating, almost ready to be engaged. The four of them are planned to spent Christmas holidays together for the first time at Lily's family cabin in lake Tahoe. However, things turned unexpectedly unpleasant between the father and son and their holidays ended fast. Has Lily the time to get to know again Rhys? Oh, yes she had. In many ways actually and all were covered every forbidden fantasy.
Indecent Holiday is a stunningly beautiful and an incredible well written story, very close to my reading tastes. Lily's and Rhys' story touched a sensitive string in me. They grown so different yet they shared the same believes and interests. When they are near each other the chemistry between them is so palpable and when things get hot, the hedonistic haze that is created is unbelievable.
Sordid Games by Elizabeth Kelly
OMG!!! I laughed so much with this story! While Sordid Games is a true love story the humor that leaps off the pages is outstanding. How Daisy got into the most unreasonable situation, in Christmas Eve is beyond any imagination. Acting out to be the lesbian-girlfriend to her roommate's family while she isn't into this sport put her in the most unexpected position, she never expect having. To put a cherry on the top in her remarkable fate, Daisy had a one-night-stand with a stranger of all things, who reveals to be her roommate's brother, Wes. How things are going to unfold between them after their official introduction? Well, with a lot of secret night rendezvous and lot of undying love....
I fell head over heels for this couple! Daisy and Wes is one of the most perfect couples I ever read about. Their chemistry is so strong despites their self-insecurities about what's coming next. I enjoyed every single moment they spent together, even when they weren't alone. Wes family are one of the kind! With the house rules and their each special attitude any uncomfortable situation went from serious to hilarious laughing in nanoseconds. Oh, I guarantee everyone will feel in love with this story!
Dirty Intentions by Aubrey Bornurant
Mmmm! This one is my favorite story! Well mostly because is the kind of stories I am always keen to read. What is a taxis attorney doing into a sex club? No! No, you are wrong. She is not. ...However, after the night's revealing events, Daniella has to spent a week, and Christmas Eve, at the office of Shane, the owner of Club Travesty, doing a cleaning of the club's accounting problems. What is going to happen between them that week? Well, a lot of things! Among others there will be a HEA in the end.
I devoured Dirty Intentions! Incredible hot and seductive, this forbidden story is determined to burn you slowly. The author intelligently, put Daniella into Shane's web. His brutality and raw confidence, compined with the subject of his business, put Daniella in a hedonistic haze needing more and more of whatever Shane can give her. Sexy, possessive and kinky, Dirty Intentions dominated my attention and I truly enjoyed it!
**Naughty Temptation by Amelia Bond** Loved this short and sweet story! Great characters who I immediately fell for. It was a feel-good story that left me with a smile on my face. Perfect blend of sexy, sass and heart.
**Indecent Holiday by Elizabeth Brown** Loved this one!! This well-written story gave me plenty of feels. Swoon-worthy, bad-boy Rhys made some mistakes, but boy does he make up for them. I adored Lily and her quirkiness and when these two were together, it was cuteness & sexiness overload! Great story!
**Sordid Games by Elizabeth Kelly** I loved this story! A LOT! The characters were absolutely adorable and I couldn’t help but fall in love with them. I thoroughly enjoyed the humor, with plenty of laugh out loud moments. And the sexy scenes? Super. HOT! Good lord, Wes was one sexy mofo! Daisy & Wes together = sizzling chemistry. And I must add that the secondary characters were awesome! (Dear Ms. Kelly, I think Frannie & Owen should have their own story. Just sayin’. Loved them!)
**Dirty Intentions by Aubrey Bondurant** This story was SEXXXXAAY! Very well-written, with plenty of moments that will have you fanning yourself. A strong & sassy heroine and a possessive, alpha hero who makes sparks fly when they’re together. LOVED it!
**Filthy Appeal by Ramona Gray** I haven’t gotten to this one yet, but plan to soon!
They say the deeper you go, the dirtier the stories get. It is SO TRUE!
The book contains 5 different stories by 5 brilliant authors. Each story varies in its sexual content but they all have brilliant characters with a journey to a hea. It is a book that you can go back to time after time.
I read this anthology because it had stories by Elizabeth Kelly and Ramona Gray. I’ve previously read all of their books and FLOVE them. What I didn’t expect was to love the other stories as well. This anthology introduced me to new authors and I couldn’t recommend it enough. The stories are fun, sexy, and with just the right amount of naughty decadence to ensnare any fan of naughty romances.

Amount of sex 4 / 5 How explicit 5 / 5 Amount of BDSM/Fetish 4 / 5 Story 5 / 5 Overall: 5 / 5
Dirty It Up is an anthology of stories that start as sexy to absolutely panty melting. Besides sex, the main theme throughout the book is the setting which is Christmas. Now, I’ll be honest I find most Christmas stories waaaay too sweet – but trust me these were my kind of Christmas stories – hot and naughty. Really the only true connection to Christmas is the stories are set at Christmas time. There are no Hallmark channel Santas lurking behind mistletoe in this book here.
The First two stories, Naughty Temptation by Amelia Bond and Indecent Holiday by Elizabeth Brown are pretty tame by Behind Closed Doors Book Review standards – about a 2 on the amount of sex and 3 on explicit. These two stories focus on college aged/20something women just beginning there lives. The stories are sweet and fun.
Sordid Games by Elizabeth Kelly turns up the heat with a lot more action – a 3 on sex amount and 4 on explicit. The story is very fun and the antics the characters get into are a hoot.
Then there is Dirty Intentions by Aubrey Bondurant – whoo is it hot in here. First, the set up is in a sex club (Merry Christmas to me!). The main character is a no-nonsense tax lawyer. Oh, I so want to be her when I grow up as she takes no BS from anyone! That brings me to the last super hot – ooooo I want to be part of a truple – story – Filthy Appeal by Ramona Gray. This last story is about a chubby lawyer who meets two very hot guys who want to dominate and bring her to amazing pleasure.
What a fun dirty Christmas story anthology. they all have a "heat" level, some more than others. I enjoyed reading all of the stories and lovedd that they centered around the holidays:
Naughty Temptation, by Amelia Bond - Neighbor's turned lovers. Kelsey is home for the holidays and boy has Scott grown up into a sexy man. Lots of temptation.
Indecent Holiday, by Elizabeth Brown - When a holiday trip turns into a reunion between Lily and her secret crush Rhys, they embark on a holiday fling behind thier parents backs. When it all goes to hell, can they figure out thier HEA?
Sordid Games, by Elizabeth Kelly - I laughed so much with this story. When Frannie asks her roommate Daisy to pretend to be her lesbian lover so that Frannie doesn't have to reveal who she is in love with, things become awkward quickly! When Daisy meets Wes in a bar, she never suspected that Wes was Frannie's brother and she would be forced to spend a week with him. The dialog and instances were hilarious.
Dirty Intentions, by Aubrey Bondurant - Who knew love could be found in a sex club. Daniella was in the club to gain evidence of her fiance cheating. Eric coulding help but be drawn to the sexy Daniella. When he hires her to do some forensic accounting, he didn't expect to form feelings.
Filthy Appeal, by Ramona Gray - WOW! This one was really hot! It is a M-F-M menage story of Libby Theo and Seth. What starts out as a one night stand, turns into so much more.!
I only read Bondurants sexy story but it was easily a five-star read.perfect for a Saturday night home alone. I raced through this naughty little read and I fell in love with her writing all over again. Imagine the girl next door who is engaged to her perfect -on paper boyfriend, with her job doing taxes going to a sex club? cant imagine it can you. she goes to try and catch her perfect boyfriend cheating on her but what she doesn't expect is to catch him having a threesome with another woman and a man pounding his arse. bring on one sexy club owner who helps her out and gives a sexy edge to her life.
What a colab! these 5 novellas were nice and spicy hot, just the way I like them. I enjoyed each and every one of them. I took a chance on new to me authors, and I am very glad that i did. I wish the books were longer than they were, but that is my only complaint. I loved the characters and their sass, attitudes, and personas. They were all written so well than now i need to go see what else i can find by the authors that wrote them! Reviewed by Crissy for HeadTripping books
Wow, I am so happy that this group of authors got together to create this amazing anthology, I have a been a huge fan of a couple of the authors but being introduced to the others was totally worth it and they too have gained a fan, and they were not lying about it getting dirty as you go but in a very very good way!!! Can't wait to read more from these fantastic women!!! Received an ARC for an honest review!!
Awesome boxed set! Out of all the authors I only knew one (Elizabeth Kelly) so it was a exciting read to try these other guys. Amelia Bond, Elizabeth Brown, Elizabeth Kelly, Aubrey Bondurant and Ramona Gray have created great stories and characters! I couldn't put it down! I know have new authors to fall in love with. I voluntarily reviewed an 'Advance Author’s Copy' of this book.
This is such an awesome and fun book to read. I loved reading the different stories and discovering new authors. I always love reading and when I discover new authors it opens up whole new world. These stories were so hot and steamy and just got better and better. Thank you for allowing me to read this and write a honest review.
All five stories were well written and kept me engaged. I enjoyed the 3rd story the best as I couldn't stop laughing at Daisy and Wes's story.
Another proofread could have cleared up a few things in a couple of the stories, but overall I really enjoyed this collection. I intend to look for more stories from these authors.
Clean....to dirty within minutes. Each different author had some delightfuly mild to really dirty stories. Definitely will check out other books by these authors.
