James Skye is the bad boy quarter back of the Miami Dolphins. He’s an all-star, both on the field and in the bedroom and he’s been taking full advantage of the opportunities available to a man in his position: fame, fortune and a different girl every night.
But I don’t date players. It’s my father’s Golden Rule: Stay away from his team. Even if it wasn’t for the golden rule, James is the other kind of player, too. You know that kind of player. Hot, cocky, always looking for his next lay.
Too bad for James, I’m not interested in getting to know football’s ultimate player any better.
The question is, what’s a girl to do when the only way out from under the crushing weight of expectation is to break a few rules in the process?
James is the quarter back for the Miami dolphins, and he has a two year old daughter. On the day he goes up to the dolphins owner Richard to ask for a raise, he meets Richard's daughter Gabrielle. When Gabrielle meets James she is hooked. She's upset with her father treating her like a client and not family, so against his rule of no fraternizing with the players she walks up to James and gives him the best kids he's never had. Can these two truly be together with rules? And what will Gabrielle think of James daughter ? Great read couldn't put down till finished. This book includes six extra books even though it says four. The first extra book is called Second Chance with Roman and veronica. The second extra book is called Power Box set with Xavier and Amanda. The third extra book is called Protector box set with Ava and Brian. The fourth extra book is called Teacher's Pet with Leo and Tessa. The fifth extra book is called Grind box set with Mia and Ian. The last extra book is called Jacked with Luke and Emerson.
Expertise is the story about James Skye, Miami Dolphins QB and Gabrielle Ralls, daughter of the Miami Dolphins owner. Needless to say, daddy dearest does not want ANYONE on his staff or the players to date or even interact if possible. Funny enough, neither did Gabrielle..in the beginning. This was a fun and flirty book. Heated and adventurous sexy moments as well as warm and tender ones. This book is an example of being true and owning up to the truth even if it could bring you down. I enjoyed and recommend this book. I received this book for a voluntary, completely honest and non incentivized review.
James lives for football, his daughter and women. Gabrielle has always struggled with pleasing her father and her own wants. Their love is forbidden by her father, but neither can withhold their attraction. Will Gabrielle finally find what she wants to do with her life? Will James get everything he has never knew he wanted?
Loved the steamy connection between these two. I didn't blame James for being worried about how their relationship was going to affect his future, but was proud when he stepped up and took the chance. I loved Gabrielle strong determination once she set her mind to something. Good read!

Talk about bad... How many stories has CA written? And she still has no idea about story arch. This book is so boring because it's about... nothing, really. Unbelievably smart heroine, unbelievably hot hero, and of course they fall for each other (a father's warning not to date the guy won't keep back a girl who doesn't esteem her father highly, and she's a gown-up anyway). No conflict whatsoever, only descriptive sex. This thing shouldn't be called a book - same as porno films are not considered films along the line "I'd like to watch a film, let's see what to choose". I confess I never finished it, just tap-tap-tapped on my Kindle to see if it goes somewhere. It doesn't.
I enjoyed this sports romance. There wasn’t any talk about the sport itself which I get confused about easily. The love story is sweet. A good performance.
