📚I am voluntarily reviewing an advanced reader's copy of this book📚
I've never questioned other reviewers opinions because, well, everyone has their own. But with this series, I wondered if we were all reading the same book!!??! Jay and Abbie are two people who's entire relationship is built on one lie, after another, after another, after another........... Yes, there is a part of Jay's obsession with Abbie, he's passion for her, that's kinda cool, BUT he's really stalker-ish. Abbie is either the most gullible woman to walk the face of the earth, totally blinded by really hot sex, or just plan stupid or naive. For an educated women, it's difficult to comprehend. The sad part is this book is well written, but the storyline is implausible. No one would tolerate this kind of continuous deception from the person who says they love them and want to protect them.
I've read other Simone Sowood books and will do so again.

Book 1:
After finally getting rid of her now ex-boyfriend, Abbie struggles with trying to move on. Jay has many secrets, but knows that in order to get closer to Abbie, he must hide them. Will Abbie trust Jay? Will Jay allow himself to love?
This book was definitely steamy. I thought that both of the characters didn't trust people and I could see both of their POVs on it. I did think that Abbie jumped to conclusions to quickly, BUT it was obvious he was hiding things.
Book 2:
He has wanted her for years, but will the secrets he keeps tear them apart?
Was happy with the continuation. I did think that there were times that Jay probably could have admitted his secrets, but then again with her skittish outlook could understand him being iffy on telling her. I was proud that she was able to put the past together and see that in the end, not all men are the same.

Breathtaking book about a woman who was in a relationship for 8 years only to find out the man had been scamming her out of her inheritance. Abbie had sworn off men for life. She said she would never trust another man. Her friends keep at her to go out and have some fun without a relationship. She met Jay at a coffee shop. Abbie decided she was going to meet Jay again because she needed a man for sexual pleasure. She went back to the coffee shop and found him. Their relationship started there. The story has funny spots, twist, deceit, blackmail, turbulence, sexy scenes, romance and love. Get the book and take the ride through three parts of the story.
Simone took her interesting plot and added her two dimensional characters to it. The story grabs you from the start and keeps you on pins and needles until the end. I couldn’t put it down.

Simone has written an excellent story. I read this book from start to finish without stop. Abby is overcoming a terrible breakup when she meets Jay at a coffee shop. He asks her out and she decides to indulge in a one-night stand. Her one-night stand becomes a relationship until she discovers Jay has lied to her. Abby is an indepent person and is trying to find her way. Jay a billionaire, just wants to take care of her. Throughout the entire book Jay is keeping secrets that cause much frustration and so much drama. The secrets, lies, love, steamy sex along with twists and turns add up to an extremely fascinating read. I highly recommend this book.

I voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC of this book....
I love Simone Sowood's books! She brings us another one of those love/hate scenarios. You know the ones, the love/hate relationships with the main characters. Abbie was a strong character at first; however, she went down hill very fast. I mean one look at Jay and you know he's not unemployed. Be real! Despite all of Jay's lies, I believe he had her best interest at heart. I never saw the twist coming towards the end! That was a surprise! I'm glad Jay and Abbie worked out their issues and got their HEA. I loved the plot - it was different and kept me interested. The characters were developed and to some extent easily relatable. I was hooked despite all the flaws with the characters.

Good story
A thoroughly enjoyable series, Abbie is a damaged young woman whose last relationship left her scared of commitment she was well and truly scammed by someone she thought she could trust. Jay is a billionaire who doesn't trust easily as most women only use him for his money. He has secretly wanted Abbie from a distance and when he does get to meet her does not tell her who he is. When Abbey finds out she is really upset yet another man she can't trust problem is he has another bigger secret he is hiding from her. There is much that goes on and the secret he is keeping comes out when she is kidnapped. It is an interesting series that keeps you gripped as you go through all the turmoil with them both. Really interesting read that keeps you enthralled all the way.

Holy moly!! This box set from Simone Sowood was one hell of a roller coaster ride! Amazing chemistry, true emotions, a little instability, corporate shenanigans, Vegas, kidnapping, and SO much more!! A really great read that I could not put down. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book.

This is an amazing series with hot alpha males, lots of chemistry, hot scenes, passion, lust, twists and turns. It is an emotional roller coaster and worth the buy and read! I would have liked that it had a bit less lies in it and was a bit more realistic on some points. But I like their journey and how they manage all the issues and problems that crashes on them. The twist towards the end made the surprise moment even bigger.
Worth the read!

Jay makes the broken heart reconsider. Heartbroken Abbie has sworn off relationships with me. But then she meets Jay and it's not a stretch to say he's sex on a stick. Wow, what's a girl to do. Some sparks, lots of chemistry, secrets galore, lying bosses and more drama than you can imagine makes for a page turning story. Grab a glass of something and settle in for some page turning moments. Jay is that guy. Until Abby he's always got what/who he's wanted.
Bk 2... Now Abby knows the truth she's not sure what to do. Things just don't add up.

Awesome story books
5stars and more for the set series of these humorous sexy smutty just a WOW factor awesomeness ALPHA maleness OOOH so kool gorgeous yummy smooth as silk what can I say more,more,more just awesome.....the characters all make the storyline so raunchy smutty humorous sexy and ready to jump into the book BUGGER...yeah,so mean !!!!! This story has a great combination of sweeter romance and steam although I often find that many authors have hard time blending the two. Told from the female character’s perspective, the male character remains quite a bit of mystery and many surprises awaits readers until the end. I ended up reading it in one sitting although it is definitely not a novella.

Abbie and Jay have an up and down relationship. Much of the story is due to Jay not being honest with Abbie which leads to her being upset about a number of issues. In the end, the big secret wasn't much of a secret and Jay made some pretty bad and immature decisions related to it. The book was enjoyable and the sex was really hot. I voluntarily read an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.

This is an enjoyable read by Simone Sowood. I would recommend this book that comes with the complete series which is a bonus. You don't have to keep buying each book, you have everything you need in one place. This book is full of twists and turns with a bit of suspense and tons of emotions that will keep you intrigued throughout the book. If you are looking for a good read, this would be it.

Kept me guessing to the end. Jay had secrets from Abbie. She'd been duped by Matt and wary of Jay. Each time A secret was revealed she ran but loved him too much to let go when all he showed her was love. Was he really too good to be true, how could Jay love her, they were from different worlds. Push, pull story. Loved it to the end.

I had to give this one 4 Stars because I guessed the connection until the reveal. I can't believe I didn't piece it together. I knew that every knew each other and she was left out of the knowing. I was just wrong with the connection. It was good and the sex scenes were full of spice.

I absolutely loved this story of Abby and Jay I liked it that Abby was so independent loved how the story was written definitely worth five stars and worth reading I voluntarily reviewed an advance copy of this book.

Very poorly written!!
Where to begin? I don't think I have ever read anything that used fuck 3 times in one sentence. She also needs spell check and someone to check her grammar. A good proof reader would help too. Plots are not believable either. Over all a waste of money.

I had to skip through some of the but managed to finished it finally! Between the H keeping secrets and the h running away every time she got pissed off made the book seem too dang long.
