I absolutely enjoyed reading this Fabulous series. This story is from one of my favorite authors! Everyone of her books show how awesome her talent is. I have read all of her books in this series and I absolutely enjoyed reading every one of them. The characters are incredible, praised worthy, fantastic and I am always so excited about the storys in this series. This book is awesome, impressive and engaging even though it's the seventh book in this series. This story features Angel Cooper and her three hyena shifters mates Brin, Ian, and Quill Mercer. The three hyenas will do anything to make their mate happy, a human with a heart big enough for her clan, sexy times galore. Along with a side benefit that's a great bonus of another couple story. The descriptions of the characters along with the scenes are intense and vivid. Of course there is humor, mixed with danger and a villian with pent-up rage, plus the life threatening moments, suspense, camaraderie and heartstopping romance that will melt your heart and make you excited to read more. I am a great fan of shifter romance and I haven't met a shifter I didn't love. What a FANTASTIC and well written series by a truly gifted and creative R.E. Butler. I absolutely fell in love with this Series, it's a spectacular read from start to finish and I couldn't nor did I want this story to end.

This was a awesome book to an ending of a great series. I love how RE writes character that fall in love and beat incredible odds I had a blast reading this story I sad to see it end. But looking forward to reading more books by RE I voluntarily review this advanced reader copy for my honest opinion

Angel is a human is is best friends with Whisper and Bliss. Her friends have found their mates in sets of three hyena mates. When her new friend Brierly is forced to leave town Angel goes with her to a hyena run campground. They are given jobs helping out at the campground. Angel really enjoys being out on the mountain at the campground. For the first time in a while she feels at home. One day while she is out picking flowers, she smells a delicious smell and she follows it to a camper just outside the campground. There she meets Brin, Ian and Quill, three hyena brothers. The four instantly realize that they are mates. Angel is happy to have found the men that were meant to be hers. Everything seems perfect until she learns about their past.
Brin, Ian and Quill's dad is the man that arranged to have her friend Whisper kidnapped as a toddler so she could be the mate of his son's. He also tried to kidnap a grown Whisper and gets fatally injured. People realized that the father was crazy and some wonder if his sons would become crazy too. Angel's friends are unhappy with Angel's mates identity and that puts a big strain on their friendship. Ian's past is also interfering in their happy ending. Ian had turned to illegal were fighting to rebuild his confidence in his fighting/protective skills and to deal with his anger a guilt feelings. After finding his mate, he knows his fighting days are over. The fight organizer isn't willing to let Ian go because he is too big of a money maker.
This is a great story with some twists and turns. It also includes a short story where Brierly the owl shifter finds her mate in a rare shifter who was the fight organizer's body guard.
Brin, Ian and Quill's dad is the man that arranged to have her friend Whisper kidnapped as a toddler so she could be the mate of his son's. He also tried to kidnap a grown Whisper and gets fatally injured. People realized that the father was crazy and some wonder if his sons would become crazy too. Loved it
The Mercer brothers have been trying to rebuild their lives after the death of their father and learning that the women who they always thought was their mate, has been kidnapped by him.
Angel has found where she needs to be at the campground. Her friends finding their mate made her feel adrift. While she misses her family and friends, Ally and her mates have made her and Brierly a part of theirs. They both love their new home and jobs.
When Angel meets the Mercer brother her family is complete. She has found her mates. Whisper and Bliss aren't happy for her. Whisper can't forget what their father did to her family. Bliss sides with her. Angel fears she may have lost her two oldest and best friends. She won't give up her mates. Taking them home to meet her family, turns out to be the best decision.
Brierly is happy for Angel, while affair to be in her own, she is happy she is free. Then she is kidnapped. The organiser of the underground were fight ring hopes to use her to get to Angel's mate Ian and force him back to the ring. I really enjoy the concept of instant recognition of shifter’s fated mates. It makes the beginning of the relationship so much easier to accept. The different roles of the trio of hyena shifters make for a well rounded family unit. Although Angel is human, she’s been raised with shifters and easily accepts them as her mates. I respect the Mercer brothers for being honest about their background. Angel proves to be a strong woman who will stand behind her mates even through the trouble that rears it’s ugly head. A delightful story!

She went there to start over and she is so glad she did. Even though she misses her home she loves her new home. These brothers have had a difficult time thanks to their father's treachery. They were lied to and didn't know the truth until he was killed. They meet and know that they are destined to be together. But they have a situation that may tear them apart. This is a fun entertaining read. Enjoy I did.

Perfect. Quill, Ian, and Brin are hyena shifters. The last of their parents are dead and they need to find a way to move on after the damage their father has done and the lives he almost destroyed. But fate is a funny thing and just maybe the silver lining will help them move on and complete their small family. The silver lining is a human female named Angel, and she is truly an angel. She is their mate and now just maybe they can move on. Truly an amazing finish to a great series, along with the story of Angel and her mates, we get all the characers come together to celebrate and find forgiveness with each other and the sins of the father. It was time for Quill, Ian and Brin to find happiness and they found it in a perfect mate at a time when they all needed a silver lining in their lives.

The characters are great and easy to connect too, fun storyline. Lots of spice with twist and turns. So if one guy is not enough or you just need more spice you will love this.

Greatf book. Another group of shifters find their mate...after looking forever for tged mate they were promised by their Dad and realizing that that was not their mate. Th at meet a human named Angel. They fall in love and the energy is off the charts but there is danger around that they need to watch out for. A quick read and not one to miss. Get to meet again some old friends if you are following the series.

I've been waiting for Angel's story and this one did not disappoint. I loved her with Brin, Ian, and Quill.....who have been through a lot over the past years. There's danger, intrigue, and lot's of smexy-times (but then, what do you expect with 3 hyena shifters and their fated mate?)
I'm sorry to see this series end but Ms. Butler did a great job wrapping things up...and added a bonus novella at the end.

Brin, Ian, and Quill appeared in Every Sunset Forever and I was left wondering if they would be left as the losers in their ploy to attain Whisper as their mate. I was so excited to see them finally get their own story. There are some snags in their HEA as Angel is best friends with Whisper. I loved that there was a chance to explain, forgiveness and acceptance all around.

Wow what an amazing end to a series. I love the characters and storyline. This authors writing pulls you in and doesn’t let go till the last page. Only trouble is you don’t want the book to end .
I would recommend this series highly particularly if you love shifters.

He also tried to kidnap a grown Whisper and gets fatally injured. People realized that the father was crazy and some wonder if his sons would become crazy too. Angel's friends are unhappy with Angel's mates identity and that puts a big strain on their friendship. Ian's past is also interfering in their happy ending. Ian had turned to illegal were fighting to rebuild his confidence in his fighting/protective skills and to deal with his anger a guilt feelings. After finding his mate, he knows his fighting days are over. The fight organizer isn't willing to let Ian go because he is too big of a money maker.
This is a great story with some twists and turns. It also includes a short story where Brierly the owl shifter finds her mate in a rare shifter who was the fight organizer's body guard.

Another enjoyable read in the Hyena Heat series.
Love that Quill, Ian and Brim get a much deserved HEA after all that their father had put them through.
Luckily for these three, their mate turns out to be human Angel, whom we have known for most of this series.
Angel is a very grounded and likeable character and you just have to cheer these four to a Happy ending
Ian has gotten in with a nasty illegal fight promotor and this causes some troubles.
And some very understandable reservations due to past circumstances by Whisper and Bliss as to who Angels mates were.
Both Whisper and Bliss were very out of order but they did apologise.
A few problems that need sorting out get dealt with and we get one very interesting new shifter who ends up being Brierley’s mate. I did enjoy having Axtyn and Brierley’s story added in at the end of this book.

THE OWL’S MINOTAUR
Really short and sweet story.
I loved having Brierley the Owl shifter who was rescued by Bliss and her mates, get her HEA too.
What a great treat having a shifter like Axtyn but so sad he was the last of his kind. Hopefully his son will follow in his hooves.
Leaves me wondering a couple of points though.
I thought Axtyn, being only 24 years old, just too young to have this problem of needing to find his true mate. As a shifter that means he goes from puberty, to needing to find his true mate and all in less than ten years.
Never says if these two got married or just stayed as true mates.
