All Night Long by J. Kenner is the ninth installment of the Man of the Month Series where we see two different people find a chemistry like no other. When Easton is on the fast track of becoming a judge, he knows that he needs a clean image with no distractions and so having his attraction to Selma is one crossroad that Easton has to deal with. What happens when Easton can no longer deny his feelings for Selma? And will Selma run away from Easton or run to him?

As always, Kenner delivers a story full of chemistry, heat, and emotions. So if you are looking for a story where you have a strong independent heroine and a sexy hero, then this book is for you.

This is a great second chance story that I'll admit had me a bit worried in the beginning. Easton is on the fast track for becoming the next judge. With anything that involves an election you need a clean image. Selma with her tattoo's, multicolored hair and owning a distillery doesn't exactly fit that image.

It's ok though because she doesn't want anything long term. She's selling her distillery to move to Scotland to get rid of that tied down feeling. Selma's had a rough beginning and has a tendency to jump ship before that ship sinks.

When Selma asks Easton to represent her in the sale of her company, the old feelings come back for both of them. Both bent on their future goals, you do see the struggle they both have to keep their focus straight ahead. That's part of the reason I struggled a bit in the beginning. But, when the walls started to come down, I loved seeing these two realizing what they really want out of life.

Another great installment in the Man of the Month series. Next up... Matthew! ARC provided by SocialButterfly PR.

Selma and Easton couldn’t be more different from each other, not only because he needs a ‘clean image’ to win the local judge’s seat, which means he can’t dirty himself up by giving into his attraction for the sexy vixen, but also because the straight-laced and buttoned-up lifestyle that Easton lives isn’t conducive for a free-spirited, independent, and outgoing woman like Selma.

But while Easton’s logical side knows the complications that would arise if he took Selma on as a client but more importantly as the woman on his arm and in his bed, his heart and his body wants him to give into his once dormant feelings for Selma and get her to see just how good they could be together despite the fact that their future plans might be altered or that Selma isn’t known to stay in one place too long because when the spirit moves her, she finds her next big adventure, which, this time around, would mean that Easton, once again, becomes only a memory.

It’s so easy to see just how much chemistry and attraction there is between Easton and Selma, but they have to get out of their own way if they want anything more than a sexual relationship from this second chance. And while these two are definitely opposites in a lot of ways, they complement each other and allow one another a chance to see all that life has to offer instead of remaining solely focused on one aspect of their life because it seems that’s all they’ve ever known.

Selma is a great heroine – one whose upbringing led her to take control of her own life, calling the shots on everything, but somewhere between declaring her independence and ensuring that she lives life on her own terms, she’s lost sight of the bigger picture, which is exactly what Easton helps her with when he finally realizes that appearances aren’t everything and the ‘right’ job may not be the best choice in the end.

Mr. September definitely doesn’t disappoint and the woman he wants and perhaps even needs dirties him up in all the best ways.

All Night Long is the ninth book in J. Kenner’s Man of the Month series, and despite it being one of my least favourites in the series it is another enjoyable read. I’ve been a fan of this series since book one, yet each additional book sucks me in ever deeper. I find myself desperately awaiting the release of the next book, counting down the days until it appears on my Kindle. Each time a new one appears, I devour it, starting the cycle all over again. Being so close to the end, knowing my most anticipated stories are just around the corner, I’m torn between savouring these books and consuming them even faster. I doubt anyone is surprised to find out the latter is what is happening.

The Man of the Month series is a collection of interconnected romance stories, proving individual stories as a larger story plays out. Each novel features a favourite romance trope, ensuring there is something for everyone. The first book, Down on Me, provided us with the friends-to-lovers trope; the second book, Hold on Tight, provided us with the second chance romance; the third book, Need You Now, provided us with the brother’s best friend trope; the fourth book, Start Me Up, provided us with the one-night stand; the fifth book, Get It On, provided us with the secret baby trope; the sixth book, In Your Eyes, provided us with the bad boy billionaire; the seventh book, Turn Me On, provided us with the friends with benefits trope; the eighth book, Shake It Up, gave us the May-December romance. With book nine, All Night Long, we’re given another book where there are a collection of elements that could be considered the trope – second chance, one night stand (at the start), friends with benefits (as the story progresses), and a few other popular elements – yet I’m going to label it the opposites attract, as that’s the main element for this one and it has yet to be done in this series.

Although each book is an individual story with a start and an end, I would recommend reading these books in order. To understand some of the details of the story in full, you need to understand how things came to be throughout the prior books. You’re certainly told, to ensure you have the basic facts to understand the story, but it is not the same as experiencing all that happened – for a bigger picture, read the series in order. Now that we’re over half way through the series, there are a lot of nods to past events and other couples – plus, you start to notice when prior books were making nods towards the events that are now playing out. By no means am I saying you need to go back and read all the books, but I am saying you will appreciate this series much more if you read things in order. Plus, it’s nice to watch how the underlying story is playing out.

With each book in this series you go in with certain expectations – you have an idea of how the trope plays out and you know who is to be the man of the month. Despite this, you’re interested in seeing how the little details play out – and for those following the series, you’re interested in seeing the additional elements added to the overall story. Although we’re never given anything new to the genre, we’re always given something unique to keep us wanting more.

If I’m being completely honest, though, All Night Long is one of my least favourite books in the series. Extra dose of honesty, I thought I would be giving this one a three-star rating. In fact, it’s a three-point-five-star rating rounded up, because the drama at the end won me over. Sure, this book was an enjoyable quick read; however, I do not feel as though it was to the standard of the rest of the series. It was enjoyable, I liked watching the story unfold, but I had been hoping for a little bit more. There was never quite the same level of love within me towards these characters as there has been towards other characters, and the story was nowhere near as intense as some of the prior books.

That being said, I am crazy excited for the next book. Book ten is giving us one of my favourite tropes, then we’ll be moving on to my most anticipated story, and then I’m hoping we’ll finish with a bang.

I cannot wait to get my hands on book ten!

Oh, I love a good second chance romance! And that’s just what we have with Easton and Selma in All Night Long.

Selma is a tatted up, freewheeling, grossly independent woman. She owns her own business—a whiskey distillery, does what she wants when she wants and really doesn’t care what anyone thinks of her. She’s living her life exactly how she wants to—on her own terms.

Easton is setting himself up to run for a local judge seat. By day, he’s a highly sought out attorney, by night he’s out meeting people and kissing babies. Sure, he always thought he’d open his own firm one day, but being a judge is better, right?

Well, that’s Easton’s train of thought until Selma bursts back into his life—she needs his legal expertise. He needs her back in his bed. Win-win, right?

I really enjoyed this ninth book in this fabulous Man of the Month series. And I really liked this romance between Easton and Selma. They brought out the best in each other—made the other see there was more to life that what they thought they wanted. That sometimes the greatest risk to take was to fall in love. ~ Missy, 4 stars

First, I have to say WOW to the cover of All Night Long. There is nothing sexier than a man with nothing but a tie on. Even if I wasn't reading this series, I would pick up this book … just to have the cover. Now, the story wasn't half bad either. Fun, interesting, fast and flirty.

Easton was determined to make a name for himself. With the help of his mentor, he will announce his candidacy. Doing everything “just right” is what is expected of him. The right words, the right clothes and definitely the right woman on his arm. Just as quick as Selma blew into his life, she blew out and now she's blowing back in. The one woman who got under his skin in one night. The one woman who could probably ruin all my well laid plans. The one woman who could bring me to my knees with one crook of her finger.

Selma knew she would never settle down. Life was to enjoy it to the best of your ability. No man would ever tie her down. Of course, she wouldn't expect one to stick around anyway … no one, except her brother, did, anyway. But, Easton was the one one-night-stand that she could never forget. When his name kept coming up as the one lawyer that could be trusted with the sale of her distillery, she has no choice but to see him again. Yes, he's one of her brother's friends but she always steered clear of him. When he turns her down, she knows there is one way to get his help. So, doing what she does best, she goes after him with both barrels blasting. But, she doesn't expect her heart to get engaged. She doesn't expect Easton to get her to change her views. She's ready to finally take a chance only to have it torn right out from under her.

I really enjoyed reading All Night Long. It was a story that really had an impact on me. It showed me that sometimes what you are doing is not totally what you really wanted in the first place. It showed me that sometimes the worst thing that happens to you could turn out to be the best. Easton and Selma were perfect for each other and I was thrilled with the way the story went, with the way it ended. Our September Man of the Month was sexy, honest and just perfect.

Easton and Selma’s second chance in All Night Long is my new favorite in the Man of the Month series. A decade after the most memorable night of their lives is something that has stayed with them and now that their lives are transitioning to new things, Selma needs his legal advise.

Both characters are complete opposites. While Selma is impulsive and carefree with fears of being tied down that stem from deep rooted abandonment issues. Easton has lived the straight and narrow his whole life. With his career path planned out and the start of an election campaign, Selma is not fitting well into those plans...but he never got over her leaving him that night and as a way for them both to get it all out of their systems they make a deal that ends up leading them in a direction they never expected.

The story was short, sweet and sexy. As with all the Men of the Month books, each can be read as a stand alone in just one sitting. Perfect for squeezing in a quick read to relax and unwind. So serve yourself a glass of wine or grab a cup of coffee, get comfortable and choose your favorite month...or read them all.

5 Star Review All Night Long (Man of the Month #9) by J Kenner
This is the ninth book in the series and is Selma Herrington and Easton Wallace ’s story. All Night Long is an extremely well written, fun quick story which grabbed my attention for m the start.
Easton has a wild and passionate night with Selma and cannot get her out of his mind, he wants, no needs more but that comes at a risk. His problem is with an election coming up he needs to be careful and remain out of the spotlight and the last thing he needs is to become involved with the wild and often unpredictable Selma.
I loved Selma, I loved her unpredictability, her rash decision making, just everything about her screams a fun loving woman with a passion to life life to the fullest. When an opportunity to sell her business comes up she needs a lawyer and turns to Easton for assistance. He in turns believes that they could mutually benefit each other.
The chemistry between Easton and Selma is explosive and you can almost feel the burn as your read their story.
The books in this series can easily be read as stand alone, but since they are not that long and a quick and easy read I would recommend you one click them all. I am excited to see what happens in the next book; bring on Mr. October.

I mean, it wasn't that bad. But I had a big issue with the way the main character, Selma, behaved in the first half of the book. Basically, she doesn't understand that no means no. If Easton ever did the stuff that she does , it would be considered aggression. Or, in the least, craziness.
Well, she is crazy, I won't discuss that.
The thing is, I don't understand how romance writers can romanticize this kind of behaviors. Therefore, I can't rate this book with the two stars I was planning to.

** ARC kindly provided for an honest review. **

In All Night Long met Mr September, Easton who couldn’t seem to move on from that one night with Selma that literally turned his world upside down. One intense moment that left a mark on its own.

When it came to Selma, dangerous woman but sinfully addictive, a temptation that he didn’t need in his planned life, with an election coming up. From the beginning, the author put the steamy level kinda high. I appreciated how Easton and Selma were honest, upfront about their feelings and desires. There was no pretenses about the sexual tension, but when the heart was involved, that was another story.

I liked the hotness, I can’t deny it. It was once gain a fast read. Somehow, it took me too much times to get into the story. The first page was a bit too redundant to me. Selma trying to test Easton patience was more than over use. The main characters had both strong personalities and sometimes their hot tempered side lead to some arguing, always passionate but heavy-handed when they had to express their feelings properly.

Despite this, about the strong hint of hotness, part I used to love in this series? I felt connected with the characters. However, I appreciated to see other characters from the previous books, meddling but always with well-meaning, to push Easton or Selma when needed. I enjoyed more the friendship part than the romance. It was just rushed to me.

All Night Long by J. Kenner is the ninth installment of the Man of the Month series. This is the story of Selma and Easton. Selma and Easton had one passionate night that neither of them can forget but they are so different. Easton is coming up for an important election where he needs to stay free of any rumors or any bad image. Selma is this young, wild and free type woman who doesn’t care what people think about her for when that starts to happen, she cuts and leaves. They are the total opposites attract and the chemistry between them is intense. But can these two different people end up together and getting their HEA?

ALL NIGHT LONG by J. Kenner is book is book Nine in the Man of the Month series. This is the story of Selma and Easton. I have read the previous books but feel this can be a standalone book.
Selma and Easton had a passionate night that neither can forget but they are sot total different people. Easton is coming up for a very important election where he needs to stay free of any rumors or any bad image. Selma is totally wild and due to her background leaves before things get to series or to real. But they both can't fight the feelings that they have...can two different people make for a happy ending?

Have I mentioned how much I love this Man of the Month series?? Because I do! Each of these stories is a sweet, funny, relationship with interconnected characters. Which are ANOTHER of my loves!!

And I love that Selma (although not a fan of her name) was chasing Easton rather than him aggressively chasing her. Sometimes I want the woman to be the chaser. Plus I liked that she knew what she wanted - well sorta - and wasn't afraid to get it. Plus all her tattoos are pretty stinking awesome.

I swear there needs to be a wrap up book of all our favorite couples!

Selma is not a shy woman, "she stood up, her wet, naked body gleaming. “I’ll find another damn attorney.” With a violent yank, she wrapped the towel around her and climbed out of the tub." There are times Emerson voices what he wants, "...she texted him pictures of bats. He called her on the phone within seconds. “Bats? I was hoping for breasts. Yours, actually.” I liked this book, I fell in love with Emerson.

I think this is the first mediocre book in the series for me. I have either hated or liked the other eight books that have been published so far. If you ask me the main characters lacked the chemistry that's usually there when it comes to any pairings Kenner makes. I usually hate the storyline, not the couple, but in this case, they didn't work for me. I bet Selma and Sean would have made a better couple. Easton wasn't a bad hero and I liked him until he messed things up. He didn't act like a book boyfriend would have, but I guess that adds to the angsty part of the story.

In this book, we didn't see many familiar faces which is weird considering how much we were seeing them in the previous novels. It has more the air of a stand-alone book than one of belonging in a series where each book features a different couple. The epilogue of the book was a great tease for what's to come and I am pretty sure the author won't disappoint us.

I feel like Easton was more invested in their romance and Selma was always looking at a future where he wasn't a part of it. Or I am just too no-Selma fan. I didn't like and I couldn't relate to her. She is basically the reason I didn't enjoy the book. I will not say if I recommend the book or not and I will remain as neutral as my rating.

I love how Julie cleverly ties the characters together in the Man of the Month series.

While we have only been casually introduced to Easton and Selma in the previous books, their story ties in seamlessly with the others, crossing slightly into the timeframe of Shake It Up. On the surface, Easton and Selma appear complete opposites, with Easton being a conservative lawyer and Selma a rebellious whiskey maker. Having shared a sultry night together when they were younger, neither has forgotten the chemistry between them; when Selma needs a lawyer she tries to avoid hiring Easton but he is the best and that is exactly what she needs

Easton has pushed himself in his career following a traumatic economic time for his family, determined to prevent others from the same situation. However, he has veered off his chosen path by the encouragement of his friend and mentor, moving into the idea of becoming a judge. It isn't until Selma re-enters his life that Easton actually takes a long hard look at his personal objectives and assess what would be in his own best interest.

Selma has a large number of emotional issues stemming from her abandonment as a child, subsequent time in foster care and later adoption alongside her brother. Although she found a loving family who has always been a phenomenal support system, Selman hasn't been able to shake the constant feeling of foreboding she carries with her. Always waiting for the proverbial 'other shoe' to drop, with a tendency of both keeping people at a distance and pushing them away before becoming too attached.

The attraction between Selma and Easton results in an arrangement between the pair to mix a little personal while they are working together. Neither expects the impact it has on their visions of the future. through their time together, both Easton and Selma, truly self-reflect on their decisions for the future as well as breaking down emotional barriers in order to achieve a contentment they hadn't believed possible.

As always with the man of the month series, Julie cleverly sets the foundation for the next book in the series via the epilogue within All Night Long, You'll have to read it to see who is going to play the central part in In Too Deep

I am super obsessed about this series at this point.. 9 books down and unfortunately only 3 more to go. Each standalone books brings a different trope and promised HEA ending. In All Night Long, we get second chance romance story of Selma Herrington, free spirited owner of a small but successful whiskey distillery, and Easton Wallace, a hot shot up and coming lawyer with aspirations of being a judge.

After having a super hot night Selma tucked her terrified tail between her legs, ran and ghosted Easton many years ago. That is until now when she can no longer ignore him when she needs his expertise regarding her business.

As this is a super short, flirty, and quick type of book things quickly escalate. That is the best part of short novella series, no unnecessary angst. Selma is a daring, confident, and sexy woman that fortunatly Easton can't deny nor resist. Their on the down low shenanigans are hilarious, especially when they can't keep their hands off each other let it be a high society function or pool time.

Both of them are perfect polar opposites that make so much sense once you put them together.

Reviews by the Wicked Reads Review Team

Ruthie – ☆☆☆☆
This is the ninth book in the series and is another scorcher! This time, two people who first collided whilst in college reconnect due to a legal issue. Soon though, they cannot resist the chemistry still sparking between them.

This is a really fun and super sexy story – which explains just why they didn't last the first time around... and it is just the very best reason (and the worst!). They finally disclose more about themselves, and actually both learn some valuable lessons about why they are so far off track. Of course, the journey is not smooth but when Easton goes the extra mile by entering the September competition, Selma realises that they really are meant to be together.

I loved the whiskey distillery elements, it tied in well to the bar, it gave us insight into Selma's nature, and gave us a chance to understand why she felt the need to move on – but also when faced with the truth of the sale, can't quite let go. The connection her brother had with Easton was also an interesting twist, as was Hannah reminding Easton where he was going astray with his career.

All in all, an excellent new story in this fun series.

All Night Long by J. Kenner is the next book in the Man of the Month series. Selma Herrington and Easton Wallace are characters we have seen in other books. Selma as the founder/owner of Free-Tail a boutique, craft, distillery and Easton as the superstar lawyer that everyone uses. What we didn't know is that Selma and Easton have a history. One that Selma walked away from in her efforts to be free spirited and not tied down. The difference is the memory of Easton stuck with her as something more. When Selma decides to uproot yet again and sell, the now successful, Free-Tail, everyone tells her Easton is the lawyer to talk to.

Easton has worked hard and excelled in his legal career. Now people are pushing him to run for a Judgeship. When Selma approaches him he knows either the best or worst thing that could happen to him has walked through his door. I liked that we got to find out more about Selma and Easton and see them together. Easton keeps trying to be the responsible aspiring politician, but Selma brings something real and powerful out in him. Together they are something more, the passion and the drive that they share cannot be contained.

Overall I very much enjoyed All Night Long by J. Kenner. It was hot, passionate and fun. I wished it were a little longer. Another 30+ of these characters would have been fun and a bit more complex, but I think with the next book being Selma's brother, Mathew, we may continue some of the shared story that Selma and Mathew have. This was a nice add to the Man of the Month series and should not be missed.

(I voluntarily reviewed an advance review copy of this book I received for free from in exchange for my open and honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.)

All Night Long
Man Of The Month #9
J. Kenner
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Der, like this wasn’t going to be great, each and every one of The Man Of The Month stories are awesome. I’m not sure how Ms Kenner constantly pulls together new stories with intertwined favourite characters from previous books.

Easton Wallace knows what he wants…. To be a judge. Everything he has and has done is all for this moment. He had the backing to run for it, everything is working perfectly. He just needs that woman on his arm, a wife. Selma.

Young, carefree and hot headed Selma Herrington is owner of Austin Free-Tail distillery, a local company she has worked her ass off for. But she needs a change, and selling her distillery will give her the opportunity to run free. It to sell the business she needs legal council, sadly the name on everyone’s lips is Easton Wallace. The man from a one night stand, she ran away from. Facing him with her wild hair, quick wit and slightly illegal means, will be a huge issue.

With chemistry still very high, their 1st meeting is nothing more than awkward. Easton still harbours feelings over her running away from him. It will mean a new plan, working together for the best price for her, while rekindling an affair that ended abruptly. Both Easton and Selma are hot headed, bold and very sexual, but with their own personal endeavours and history mean that both of them will have to overcome mote than just a normal relationship.

Easton wants everything, including Selma. But winning her back forever will be epic. Lucky The Man Of The Month will always help out.

Selma Herrington heads to her favorite bar The Fix,chatting with Elena daughter of the owner Tyree. She is looking for Tyree to give her a bit of Legal advice, the best Lawyer in the Austin area. Tyree wants to know why she needs a lawyer,Selma lets him in on the deal she has in the works to sell her small batch distillery. He lets her know Landon Ware is the best for the job. She already knew that but really hoped that he would say anyone but Landon. They had a past and she ran out on him many years ago.

Landon Ware is in prime position to run for a District Court Judge, and he needs no distractions. With the buzz from his receptionist to inform him that he has someone waiting to see him. Inquiring about whom it is she informs him Jean Rockwell and she is an old friend.

Racking his brain he knows no one by that name, walking to the waiting area he comes face to face with his past Selma Herrington.. That would explain the alias name, she knew he would never see her.

Selma finally gets Landon to listen to why she needs a lawyer and he was the best for the job. Landon turns her down and sends her on her way,he really can't take a chance and screw up any chance to be a Judge. Selma knows she is going to step up her game and take Landon out of his comfort zone.

The man of the month are best read in order they are stand alones but they have the same characters through out the whole series and it makes so much better.

~~I received a free copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads ~~

This is the ninth book in the series - and is another scorcher! This time two people who first collided whilst in college reconnect due to a legal issue. Soon though they cannot resist the chemistry still sparking between them.

This is a really fun, and super sexy story - which explains just why they didn't last the first time around ... and it is just the very best reason (and the worst!). They finally disclose more about themselves, and actually both learn some valuable lessons about why they are so far off track. Of course the journey is not smooth - but when Easton goes the extra mile by entering the September competition, Selma realises that they really are meant to be together.

I loved the whiskey distillery elements, it tied in well to the bar, it gave us insight into Selma's nature, and gave us a chance to understand why she felt the need to move on - but also when faced with the truth of the sale, can't quite let go. The connection her brother had with Easton was also an interesting twist, as was Hannah reminding Easton where he was going astray with his career.

All in all an excellent new story in this fun series.

One night spent with Selma left Easton wanting more but it wasn’t meant to be will second time around be any different for the man who is being fast tracked for becoming the next judge and for the strong minded wild girl who normally knows exactly what she wants.
Selma is looking to sell her whiskey distillery business and there is only one man she knows who will get the deal she wants and that’s Easton but will he take her on as a client when she left him all those moons ago after a night of passion. Easton can see right through Selma he knows the reason she is fighting for just the perfect deal is because deep down she doesn’t want to sell but can he convince her to stay for her business and more importantly can he convince her to stay for him.
A wild child and a man destined to be a judge can it ever work ........ I love this series and I’m sure I say every couple of weeks this the best one yet and yes I’m going to say it again for me this is J.Kenner at her best, I love that these short stories still pack a punch, they are romantic, full of passion, they have characters we fall in love with and this series makes me feel like I’m home having a few drinks with friends and that’s what a great book is all about.

Selma has made the Free-Tail Distillery a success but her free-spirited personality is beginning to get restless and she is yearning for a new adventure. She has decided to head to Scotland as she received a great offer from a company that would like to purchase it and all that is standing in her way is a lawyer to finalize the contract. The only problem is that the name that keeps coming up is Easton Wallace a previous one-night stand.

Easton is the exact opposite of Selma and is looking to run for office so the last thing he needs is to have the flamboyant Selma in his life. It’s been 10 years since she left with no word and although he can’t deny the chemical attraction between them she is not good for his public image. An arrangement is made where they can finally put their attraction to each other behind them and will keep their relationship strictly private, but will they be able to keep to the deal?

I love these characters as there is so much more to Selma’s decision than first appears and although Easton may screw up the man can make an apology! I am loving this series and this book is no exception. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

As with all the other books I've read in this series so far, this was a very quick and easy read. I was excited because our heroine, Selma, was going to go to Scotland. But I was a little unsure how that would work with the whole Man of the Month contest at the bar and the rest of the cast of this series. In the end I had nothing to worry about, as the author ended up keeping the story going right where we wanted it to be. The passion was very hot in this story, I loved how it got started right away. While Easton started out as a little bit stuffy and I was a little shocked that he was going to be so easily able to resist. But then, when he gave in, it was perfect. I like that the whole relationship went smoothly, for the most part, even though they had to keep it on the down-low because of the fact that Easton was planning to run for an elected position as a judge.
I could tell though that wasn't really what he wanted to do. And it was obvious that Selma didn't really want to sell her company since she kept putting all the caveats on the contract she was trying to push through with the buyers. Finally, I loved the way that Easton decided to do his groveling. It was perfect for the series. I look forward to Matthew's story next I believe!

Easton had everything planned, his life was in perfect order and he was on his way to getting his perfect job.
But after seeing Selma again he started questioning if that was what he truly wanted.

He couldn't help himself and accepted her offer, but now things started getting out of control, as he knew they will.

Selma is a force of nature, she was on her way out of the place but she couldn't leave without having him one more time. He was the itch she could never scratch completely.

Having him once only made her want him more and now it was her last chance and then she would disappear.

But things never go as planned and they find themselves sharing much more than just sex, and maybe this time it won't be that easy to walk away.

Running was a skill she had perfected, but staying was one she would have to learn how to do if she wants to keep him.

Easton wanted perfect on paper and she is nothing like that, but she is simply perfect for him in every other way.

Will he be able to walk away from his perfectly planned future?

An amazing read!

Another quick and juicy read from the Man of the Month series.

In this one we’ve got the spontaneous Selma who really seems to do things on whim and on the other spectrum we’ve got Easton who has his eyes set on a judges seat.

These two couldn’t be more different in personalities but together they are definitely hot and heavy. Want was different about this story is that Selma’s the saucy seductress and seems to be tempting the ever straight and narrow Easton.

This is a definite opposites attract scenario and it makes for some steamy scenes. Another really good read from this series.

Ahhh! What a sweet, feel-good story! I was quickly sucked into Easton and Selma’s world. I love a good second chance romance and this one gave me ALL. THE. FEELS. While things turned hot quickly, it felt believable because they weren’t meeting for the first time. It had been awhile and Selma needed Easton’s help and she was willing to do whatever it took to get it.
