Let me mention why falling for Charlene is not my wisest move:
1.I need her to be my shark. And that means, I need to work very closely with her! (Did I mention that I’m captivated by her innocence, by that raw talent, by the way she wins over potential investors? And she doesn’t give a f*ck to my money.)
2.There’s media all around – looking for news about my next scandal. (Given my playboy reputation, this trip could be nothing but scandal. I am done the moment I see those plump lips wrap themselves around that cocktail straw. I bet that sweet throat of hers could pull a gallon of c*m from my balls.)

NO LIMITS was just that no limits. I was held in place by this one from beginning to the end. Once I started I did not put it down for anything. I got it all done in one night. I was just suppose to read a few chapters to see what it was all about but I ended up finishing it all before I went to sleep for the night. I was swept in to this office where no interoffice relationships were instituted. That should have made things safe and secure. Going that extra mile and chose a woman that has never ever tried to make a play for him or ever been accused of such activities. This one was had some of everything and then some. Secrets. Lies. Deception. Forbidden passion. Sassy banter. Sexy fun. Two characters, Ellison and Charlene, that makes the most of what they have and then try for just that little bit extra. Michael missed a good trip. Sheila well let’s just say was one to watch for.
I have several Amy Brent books and this one by far was my favorite read thus far this year.

This forbidden office romance relationship between L and Charlie is so freakin hot!! The chemistry is off the charts hot, their attraction is undeniable. It's sweet, it's hot, it's forbidden, it's just freakin fantastic!! Do yourself a favor and pick this story up. Warning: your kindle may melt!! I highly recommend this read. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book.

I loved this book, but I wasn't overly over the top for me.
Sometimes the book felt like the story wasn't finished in places. The sex was hot, but just not over the top.
The chemistry was on and off for me for awhile in the end the story came to it's own.

Not much to write here. You just have to read this story. It is amazing. This story about Charlie and Ellison is by far one of the best books Amy Brent has written until now.

I am voluntarily leaving my honest review for the Advanced Reader Copy of this book.
Playboy reputation, successful, arrogant, strict enforcer of the no fraternizing rule....yes the scandals follow Ellison James, AKA L, and he isn't really against them. The only rule he follows is the no fraternizing on company ground/time. L needs to take a business trip, he is going it alone since his partner broke his leg. That leaves two people in the office to be able to go, and one of them is going to be hard to keep rules.
I am going on a business trip, I need to be the shark for Mr. Ellison James. This is all that Charlie can wrap her head around. He told her this and with not much time to really get ready for the business at hand. The night before the trip is spent studying and learning. She wants to prove herself.
From the ticket gate at the airport, it seems L is very aware of his coworker. More than he feels is appropriate but not enough for him not to be interested none the less. They are really from different worlds, but Charlie has just enough snark and wit about her, and all the while the brains and quick thinking needed to make it in the real estate world with L. This perks interests more.
A sauna kicks things off. Trying to relax, both of them head into the sauna, at different times but things are not just heated because of the sauna. This does however open both of their eyes to a whole lot of wanting to know more from each other. A celebratory dinner with the new investors leads to a traditional drink, one that neither L or Charlie have had before, and one very strong kick to it. Flirting, and a small heating begins. However, it comes to a complete halt and neither are thrilled about that. Now the dinner and drinks and salsa dancing leads things to the real fire. Once they end up back at her room at the hotel there is nothing to stop them.
There are several things that happen that add the twists and misunderstandings. There is also Charlie going to battle for L, even after some cruel things have been said by him. The misunderstandings lead to this, and despite all that, she marches in and takes control of cleaning up a very loose end. All the while there is a secret that Charlie just found out and is trying hard to tell L, but since the misunderstand happened, and now this....there just hasn't been the time. Not for the lack of her trying though. Once L sees what Charlie is doing and has done for him not to mention the company, there is some time for him to make it up to her, and he really needs to. That is when she tells L the secret. From there the whirlwind begins anew and refreshed, much more open and relieved as it does. It also moves into their happy ever after. Every thing these two go through from the very beginning through to the end, all the ups and downs, all very worth the journey taken.

Wow! I really enjoyed this sweet office romance. Amy Brent has done it again and brought us a hot steamy romance with a wonderful story.
In this story Ellison James is a CEO of a multi-billionaire company with his best friend Michael. He has one rule in his company, "No Interoffice Relationships." When Michael breaks his leg and cannot go on a trip to an investors conference he has to find a replacement. He only has two choices. Sheila the shark who makes advances on him at every turn or Charlene the woman who has climbed the cooperate ladder at an unbelievable rate, without breaking the rules. So his choice is a no brainer right?
When Charlene wins over all the investors at the meeting Ellison is ecstatic. He can't believe it. The now have the financing for not just the year but also for the luxury resort he wants to build in the Bahamas. He takes Charlene out to celebrate. One thing leads to another.....
Ellison knows that this cannot continue. Charlene knows it too. But they cannot stay away from each other. When the secrets start to unravel and trouble arrises everything that Ellison and Michael have built together is being threatened. What will Ellison do? Break Charlene's heart and walk away?
This story has it all. Lies, deception, passion, forbidden love, romance and loyalty. It is a wonderful story full of adventure, hot sex and romance. The kind of romance to make you swoon. The main characters are amazing people. Charlene is so snarky, sassy, funny, kind and caring. Eillison is a sweet, caring and such a romantic. You can't help but fall in love with their story. I have to admit though when I first started reading this story I thought Michael and Ellison were filthy pigs. But that really was not the case at all. It only goes to prove that you can't judge a character by the first chapter. haha!
This just might be my favorite book of Amy Brents' yet. She has a wonderful way of writing that has you falling in love with her characters. Her stories flow flawlessly and captivate you. They have loads of sex in them, but without losing focus on the real story. The perfect combination. If you haven't read any of her books yet then you are missing out. You should pick one up today. Especially this one. It is a passionate and wonderful read.

First of all I am a big fan of Amy Brent's stories. I love her relaxed and flowing writing style and the way she describes her characters so that you feel as if you almost know them. In No Limits she introduces us to Ellison [L] and Cherlie. He is the CEO of a company with a very rigid no fraternisation code and people have lost their jobs over this. But then L meets Charlie and he is blown away by her. She is the embodiment of the perfect woman to him and she feels equally attracted to him. But they resist the temptation until they have to fly for work to Finland. Charlie is a up and coming member of staff and certainly her skills helped them gain the investors they wanted. But at work they try to resist but they've tasted the "forbidden fruit" and are now addicted. I loved the way L looked for so many ways every day to have contact with Charlie whilst trying to be subtle and the chemistry between them practically leapt off the pages in my Kindle. The witty humour and dialogue only enhanced their storyline and as the heat builds they go to the Bahamas for a sexual break together. Amy is brilliant at penning steamy, sexual and sensual scenes and she's really turned up the heat in this story. A few misunderstandings and twisted people try to cause problems for them. But Amy always delivers a spectacular ending with a HEA that I know I will be reading again. A fantastic storyline and I encourage you to get this fast so you may enjoy the experience too.I received an arc of this book and voluntarily leave my honest review of it here.

Ellison James or as he is called by friends L owns his own business that he built from the ground up and he got that way with his rules he set in place and the biggest one is no interoffice relationships and he has always followed this rule until he is in Finland with Charlie from his office and that is when all his rules go out the window. Charlie a woman who has been working at L's business since she was an intern and has made her way up the ladder without doing any sexual favors feels proud of that but when it comes to L all her laid out plans change when it comes to love.
What I enjoyed most about No Limits is watching two people who follow their own rules to a fault at all times finally give into something that is really wanted but against all the rules but allowing themselves this happiness. Seeing L treat Charlie with all the respect and caring and her knowing she will never meet another man like him and that he will ruin her for all other men out there. Watching Charlie finding she is falling for him so she better enjoy every moment she can.
This book is great, it left me wanting more! This book has Charlie a woman who is given the chance to prove herself on an important business trip but ends up seeing her Boss naked on accident, L finding himself so drawn to Charlie but not letting himself indulge until he just cant hold back anymore, these two are powerful in the boardroom and even better together, a love story. Ellison is the CEO of his company and has been very strict with the company's policy about interoffice dating. This rule never effected him until Charlie came into his life. Charlie works in his company and has been instrumental in gaining some investors for a major project on a business trip to Helsinki. The attraction between Charlie and L is so intense everyone in the room can feel the heat. They both fight it because neither wants to risk their jobs for something others have lost theirs for. However all it takes for them to forget about that rule is being away in an exotic place and some drinking with clients to lose all inhibitions. After having a hot night of sex both agreed it couldn't happen again except once they are home they still can't seem to stay away from each other. One crazy ex and a disgruntled employee throw some drama into the mix. Add a baby and you have exposure a very possibility. Will Charlie and L be able to make a go of their relationship? What will happen if they're exposed?
I loved this book once I started I couldn't stop until I was at the end. The chemistry between Charlie and L was amazing. This is another 5 star hot for Amy Brent. If you haven't read anything by her this is your chance.

I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. Who says a great office romance can't have an HEA? The story of Charlie and Ellison (L to Charlie and his good friend Michael) was a wonderful read. Yes, L has a policy of no office romance but the heart wants what the heart wants. And when L goes on a business trip with Charlie it is more than obvious that the two have an undeniable attraction to one another that neither can ignore. Once the two give into it there is no going back. They are willing to come up with a way to keep seeing one another and not let others find out. I loved the way L came up with ways to see Charlie. He was a romantic man and made is feeling quite clear to Charlie by the little things he did for her so that when they are needing to keep up appearances she knows he is always thinking of her. There was a tiny misunderstanding because of Charlie's boyfriend and his not understanding she is way past being over him. It is quickly taken care over. This couple was one hot, sexy and steamy couple. I enjoyed how the two figured out a way to make their jobs and personal life work together. Great HEA!

We meet Ellison James CEO of his real estate empire who has a no fraternization policy With his employees. When he has to take another employee to Finland to finish a deal he never thought he would end up breaking his own rule.
When Charlene Simpson received the message to be at the airport the next day to go to Finland she panics she lives in Miami and has no clothes for cold weather but luckily has atine in Finland to sort some out what she doesn’t expect is the feelings she has for her boss she has climbed up the corporate ladder Witt lots of hard work.
Will L and Charlie keep seeing each other? Will they be able to keep it a secret from everyone as Ellison’s company and reputation could suffer if there affair got out. I loved this book and highly recommended it.

NO LIMITS is a stand-alone story – not part of a series.
I love Charlie and Ellison. Their 007 romance was cute and well-thought out. The sex was so hot that I was sweating and the ending was as sweet as a favorite dessert drizzled in caramel. The banter and confrontations with coworkers and clients were intelligent and well-played.
There were parts that I had to push myself to continue reading. I don’t know why I wasn’t connecting, but it was worth it to continue and I’m glad that I did.
This is the first book that I have read from Amy Brent and she has already sent me a second book that I will be reviewing soon.

I love reading. It's my passion and my glass of wine so to speak. Amy Brent never fails to pull you into the story and keep you turning pages until the very end. This book did not disappoint!
This book is a classic boss/employee steamy chemistry, not to be denied feelings from both parties.
You know there's going to be trouble when the CEO of a company with a strict policy of "no employee relationships ever" falls for a recently promoted sexy redhead management team employee and he has no intention of giving her up although both know it could mean their jobs.
Not only is this book a steamy romance but is also seriously funny at times.
There are lies and manipulations that cause L and Charlie some problems but those get ironed out quickly. These two were meant for each other.
Grab a copy, curl up and hang on tight for a different kind of love story.

Office romance! At the end of this one you will need a cold shower for sure!!!! The s*x scenes are really juicy and steamy... lots of details!
Intraoffice romance are a no no in Ellison "L" James company. He is very firm about that, so why is he looking so much at a employee. A beautiful one, but still a employee. But looking and wanting become touching and kissing, and later a clandestine relationship. Trips, gifts, burner phones and lots of nights together. Now he is all in but what will happens when someone finds out?
Charlene "Charlie" Simpson has work very hard for the position she is right now. No one can say she has "slept" her way to the top. But she is lusting after her boss and when she saw what he is packing she cannot put it out of her mind. One thing let to the other and now she is in love with him. Will they make it or will she be out in the streets looking for a new job?

I enjoyed this book, but some of it I did have to push through. When I first started this book, I will say I was kind of turned off by how "L" and Mike talked to each and about the women in their business. Not saying it doesn't happen (hello! look at the news anytime) but still, it was kind of put off. And having to choose the next shark to go with L on a work thing overseas. I volunteered to do an ARC review for this book. Loved the chemistry between Charlie and L.
Charlene is a up and coming shark in Ellison James's Real Estate company. After a coworker breaks his leg, Charlie is asked to go to Helsinki with L for a potential investors meeting. While trying to relax in the sauna, L let's a little more be exposed than Charlie is expecting. One thing leads to another and they are trying to hide they relationship, because L can't be seen breaking his company rules of not dating a few employee.
Trying to hide their relationship and sneaking around had some plus sides but lots of down to, not including the stress.

Charlene is a up and coming shark in Ellison James's Real Estate company. After a coworker breaks his leg, Charlie is asked to go to Helsinki with L for a potential investors meeting. While trying to relax in the sauna, L let's a little more be exposed than Charlie is expecting. One thing leads to another and they are trying to hide they relationship, because L can't be seen breaking his company rules of not dating a few employee.
Trying to hide their relationship and sneaking around had some plus sides but lots of down to, not including the stress.

I read some of the reviews of this book before reading it. Based on those I was super excited about what this book would be. Now I've read it, I should be an encouragement to authors in this very competitive market that there are many different readers.
I couldn't connect with the characters. I'm not sure why. Their dialog and interactions, although described as rich and engaging by others, just didn't connect with me at all. I suspect it was the way in which the book was written, I found it somehow too distant. But clearly, I'm in the minority here.
I'm glad I've read it, but I probably wouldn't read anything else by this author. At least not now. Perhaps I'll change my mind and try another of hers later, but this one has not been to my taste. And, perhaps that's good for the marketplace. To have a diversity of authors that speak to the different types of readers.

This is a super passionate love story. Ellison (“L”) is the billionaire owner of the company that has recently promoted Charlene (Charlie). Her first major task is to go on a business trip with L, who has a serious anti fraternisation company policy. L is obsessed with thoughts of Charlie's body but he gets to know the smart, feisty, sexy, professional woman and one night isn't enough. The heat these two generate is spectacular! I really enjoyed the scene when they both realised they'd fallen in love. Charlie, despite the misunderstandings, knew her man & had his back. Strong, loyal characters and a bit of angst and drama make for a fantastic read.

Loved Ellison and Charlie together they had hawt chemistry ! Ellison is the CEO of his company and has been very strict with the company's policy about no relationships in the work place. Charlie works in his company he takes her on a trip with him to Helsinki were she is key in gaining investors for a major project. The attraction between Charlie and L is so intense , they both fight it because neither wants to lose their job. Will they be able to fight this intense attraction ? And if they give in to it how will it all play out ? You really need to one click this book to find out ! This was a fun and sexy read I really enjoyed. This forbidden office romance is full of hot steamy moments and I love it.
A sassy smart girl and a sexy hot romantic man got tangled up at work and in bed. Oh yeah this got sexy vibe written all over it and very interesting story.
And all the drama, secrets and lies got me devoured this book in a short time.
As for characters, I really like L and Charlie, these two are very easy to like, they're so lovable, love their funny witty banters and the tension between them is superb.
Love the story, love the steamy moments, love the characters, it's an easy enjoyable read for me and definitely one of my fav from Amy Brent.
If you love romance, this one is a must for you.

Oh wow, Ellison and Charlene need a government health warning against them. They are so hot together. A brilliant story of Charlene (Charlie) working for Ellison and gets chosen to go on a job with him as she is a fast up and coming employee, career minded and focused. Clever as well. Not to mention that Ellison thinks she is hot. Only one problem... office relationships are not allowed and that's where the fun starts.
A hot sexy story where Ellison and Charlie can't keep their hands off each other and want more. The things they will do to be together is secretive, romantic, inventive and that's for starters. Rules were made to be broken and I am so glad this one was. Brilliant story, loved it.

Another hit by Amy Brent. This book taught us the inner working of a big company that has a no relationship policy. When te CEO happens to break those rules we find him trying everything way possible for their relationship to be hidden but after trying so hard things just happen. Charlie and Ellison find out that l9ve can happen when you're least expecting it. After everything finally comes out they prove to the people that it was meant to be. This book was simply amazing ad I can't wait to see what she has next for us. I give this book a 5 star. I voluntarily reviewed this book as an Advanced Reader's Copy ( ARC ).

I really enjoyed this latest release from Amy Brent. The chemistry between Charlie and Ellison and sparking and these two really couldn't keep their hands off each other. When it went from fling to relationship the emotions came out and just made me that more invested in the characters. Super hot read with a great story and even better characters. Not to be missed. An incredible book to be read. A romance you did not expect. Office romances are against company policy. Ellison “L” and Charlene have an incredible chemistry. They have a hard time keeping their relationship a secret. They are so hot and steamy together you will need to open the freezer to cool off. Amy Brent did a remarkable job with this one. Everything went together well; even the supporting characters. You must grab this book and read for yourself. There are no limits to the sizzle that happens between Ellison, “L” and Charlene, “Charlie.” L is an owner of the company Charlie works for. She’s been a rising star in the company due solely to her hard work and she’s proud of it. They’ve each noticed the other and the charms each hold. She’s chosen to accompany L to Helsinki to try to nail down investors for a new project. She does so gloriously. They go to celebrate and one thing leads to another. But what should end in Helsinki doesn’t. Which doesn’t bode well since L has a very strictly enforced policy against inter office romances.the heat level is off the charts! I voluntarily read and reviewed this ARC.

What can I say? Hot, Steamy, Amazing Story! L and Charlie's story is sizzling from the beginning. Charlie has never been out of the state of Florida and all of a sudden, with very little notice, she is on her way to Finland with her boss. The main thing that Mr. James, L, is known for in his business is that there is no inter-office relationships. Charlie has worked her way up in this office from the mailroom knowing this, but she can't help noticing her boss and he can't seem to keep his eyes off of her. This is a must read for anyone looking for a steamy romance with a few twists along the way! I voluntarily read in ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I really enjoyed this book I couldn’t put it down, Ellison is the ceo and has put in place a very strict no interoffice dating.But since meeting Charlie who is amazing with clients all bets are off but if they get caught it won’t end well for both of them but after being away on a business trip and a few drinks they carnt stop themselves from wanting more. Will it all work out, will the lies and secrets tear them apart before it even gets started and will we get our HEA read this book to find out, it’s hot and steamy. I loved this story! A beautiful story with some not so beautiful happenings and equally not so beautiful people. Charlie and L were made for each other...in more ways than one. Sheila and Rick were probably meant for each other as well, but certainly NOT for the same reasons. And Michael is just a nattering wild card. What started out as a purely business arrangement, morphs into a truly enjoyable but angst riddled story. Lies, secrets, sex and treachery seem to be the cornerstones of their building and their building business.
