I am a recovering overwhelmed ovethinker and when I saw my blogging friend Julie wrote this one focus method book, I had to buy it. See in October 2017,I had a complete goal breakdown. I looked back at all the goals I had written in January 2017 and realized, I had not completely finished a single goal. I felt like I worked my tail off and had lots of goals started but nothing was complete. yikes!

I know I'm easily distracted, my mind is always running in a million different directions at once. I know life happens, with 3 boys, a home and blog to manage and a chronic illness to try and keep under control, life got in the way of my big picture goals, all. the. time. I know I need help focusing on getting my goals accomplished.

so I picked up Julie's book being the productivity junkie that I am. I liked Julie's take on staying focused on one goal and how to accomplish that. honestly I can't say that she said anything new that I had not read before, but like I said, I have invested a lot of time over the years in reading productivity books. the beauty of Julie's book is it is a crash course in honing in on that one goal that matters to you and how to make the time to get it done. her writing is concise, no nonsense and helpful. with action steps wrapping up each short chapter, Julie helps you hit the ground running. it's just the refresher I needed to start my year off right.
