Has potential! Needs work

This cookbook, while having some fantastic recipes, needs work. Some recipes have the wrong ingredients in the directions, do not match ingredient list. Some have wrong directions or the completely different directions for the recipe. The Zeppoli recipe has Tiramisu directions.

Although I was impressed with the range of recipes, I thought a proofreader was needed. There are lots of errors that someone could have caught by proofing, before selling the book. Some of the ingredient lists do not match what's called for in the directions. This cookbook is a great concept; the completed cookbook needs some help.

Easy to follow

The recipes are easy to follow also the lemon cream cake is awesome and I recommend this recipe also great soup recipes also pasta!!

I can't really rate this, because I just got it for one recipe (the stuffed mushrooms, which are just about my favorite thing ever). I haven't even read the other ones. But on the basis of this one, I'm confident that the others will work for you!
