What the heck, why isn't this better known? Gorgeous art, close-ups of animals' feet, animal itself in the background in habitat, encourages young biologists to be and anyone curious about all the different kinds of feet that get all the different kinds of jobs done. Sort of like a Steve Jenkins book but with an entirely different style of art. Text is simple and smooth, back matter reveals the animals, in case you are not sure what you're looking at.
