'Reddest Black' by P.T. Michelle continues the story of Sebastian & Talia. Sebastian & Talia meet in the First Book in this Series called "Mister Black" and the series IN THE SHADOWS, their books in this series are continued on in Scarlett Red, Blackest Red and Black Platinum. Now their story is continued on with Reddest Black. So I have to say Welcome Back Monsieur Black and Petit Red- you have been missed so very much!!!!!
The Reddest Black picks up where Black Platinum left off. Talia is pregnant , Sebastian is busy working while Talia wraps up her latest book in preparation for the upcoming birth of their baby. Talia and Sebastian are excited about the upcoming birth of their baby and everything should be perfect for them yet danger is stalking them yet again and they are on a race against time to prevent someone close to them from dying and also to prevent Talia to be on this killer’s hitlist. Mister Black thinking his family is in danger goes into super alpha mode is a sight to image. He is sexy, possessive and dangerous. You wouldn’t want to mess with him. Talia is her usual feisty, sassy self, just super pregnant. She wants to make sure everyone is safe and that is messing with her. And yet Sebastian and Talia’s love is true and enduring. I couldn’t help but read with intent, since there were many twists and turns as they struggle to get everything settled before the arrival of Baby Black. What a fantastic story in the Shadows series …looks like the next story is going to focus on Cass and Calder, which I cant wait to find out what is going on with them.

I first read In the Shadows Series when I binge read the first 3 books last year. I was SO HAPPY that P.T. Michelle decided to continue Sebastian and Talia’s story in Black Platinum and Reddest Black! I freaking LOVE Sebastian and Talia’s story. It’s hot, sexy, intense, and suspenseful and Reddest Black is no different! (Minor spoilers ahead for the first 6 books in the series).

Reddest Black picks up a few months after Black Platinum ends. This is very much a romantic suspense series so this book had me on the edge of my seat the majority of the book. Someone out there is targeting Talia and it hits closer to home than expected. The twist in this book was perfect and it was one that I did not see coming. This is a very well written story and it was amazing how elements of previous books were brought back for this one. The side characters also played a huge role in this story, which I always appreciate.

Talia. Talia is a strong, independent heroine who doesn’t give in without a fight. She is a heroine that investigates until all the pieces finally fit together the way they should, despite the danger that comes with that. She is compassionate and thoughtful toward people, especially her husband, Sebastian. Talia is definitely one of my favorite heroines.

Sebastian. This man. I freaking love this sweet yet controlling alpha male. He will do anything to protect those he loves, especially when the one he loves most is carrying his child. I love that he wants to protect Talia, yet he doesn’t want to smother her. He really takes her skills and feelings into account when it comes down to it. He truly trusts his partner to take care of herself, even though he will do his damndest to always be the one to care for her. My heart broke with the personal struggle Sebastian deals with everyday, but I was also so proud of him when he truly accepted it as the gift it can be. Sebastian will forever hold a piece of my heart.

The Relationship. These two together are what dreams are made of. They give each other strength and they lift each other up. They are definitely hot in the bedroom. More so in previous books, but this book still has its steamy scenes too. They trust each other’s instincts and rely on each other. They are beautiful together. They always know what the other needs most.

I will always hope to get one more book with these two because I adore them so. I highly recommend this book to those who love: romantic suspense, forever kind of love stories, kickass pregnant heroines, and strong heroes.

Book Review For: Reddest Black by P.T. Michelle 'Reddest Black' by P.T. Michelle continues the story of Sebastian & Talia. Sebastian & Talia meet in the First Book in this Series called "Mister Black" but the previous book 'Black Platinum' I feel should be read before this one. Although if you want the full emotions of their story you might want to read them in order. I have just read the previous book and I did enjoy that and this so much so that I plan on going back and working on reading the whole series. Sebastian and Talia are now getting ready to have a baby along with that happy news there is still things from the past that are not settled. I love the Love these two have!

Talia & Sebastian have been through so much & this time it's more personal. Two smart cookies with a team beside them to back them up! This one made me cry. Heartbreaking & loving all at the same time!

Another Incredible Story

*sigh* I honestly couldn’t wait for the release of this book. I’m an avid reader and HUGE fan of this author. As soon as preorder was posted I bought it...... and waited for release day.

Of course once it released, I was 1/2 way through another book and couldn’t start this one. Then life happened and pushed me starting it even further out. Needless to say I just finished.

I forgot how much I adored Sebastian & Talia. Don’t get me wrong, I knew I loved who they were and their journey but I had forgotten how much my heart feels with these two. How my palms sweat, my heart races and that damn lump sits in my throat. I found myself at work hiding my phone (kindle app) from prying eyes just to read a paragraph or 2 to get me through the day until I could get home, settle in & read forcing my eyes to remain open for just 1 more page.

I also forgot how miserable I feel when I finish it! It’s over.... It’s done..... It’s not just her characters but her style of writing that sinks it’s claws into you never letting up, twisting & turning sucking you deeper and deeper making you feel like your right there in the story, seeing every detail vividly from start to finish.

In The Shadow series always has been and still is one of my favorite book series! I highly recommend this book as well as the 6 before it. Be prepared though for one hell of a ride!!!

Oh Mister Black how I have missed your sexy alpha self!
Reddest Black is the latest installment in P.T. Michelle’s In the Shadows series and continues the story of Sebastian and Talia, where Black Platinum left off. It has all the feels of a good romance with the page turning suspense we have come to crave from this series.

I love me some Sebastian. He is hard-core alpha, but for Talia he has sweet- dare I say soft side that comes out and it’s sexy as hell. Talia is strong, loving, and has that feisty attitude you expect from a redhead. They balance each other, are truly partners, and love each other something fierce. When their future and family is threatened Sebastian and Talia will stop at nothing to keep their family safe.

I loved this book. It kept me on the edge of my seat furiously reading to find out what happened next. The angst and suspense was off the charts. The love between Sebastian and Talia has only grown stronger throughout the series and is so apparent in this book. I loved seeing their family of friends grow closer as well and I can’t wait for more! If you haven’t met Mister Black and the rest of the gang you’re missing out.

The past has come a calling….

This is the seventh book from the In The Shadows series that can be read as a stand-alone, if you’ve followed the previous stories of Sebastian and Talia you’ll enjoy this one even more.

With Sebastian extremely occupied integrating BLACK Security with Blake Industries Talia is trying to finish her book before she gives birth and is stuck on the where to take her character for the ending but she also finds herself dealing with the insecurities that being pregnant causes a woman. Not that she doesn’t trust Sebastian, her hormones are imbalanced. This couple is entering a new phase in their relationship, that of being parents which changes the dynamics, but for these two no matter what disagreements or out of whack hormones there might be love is very much apparent in even the minutest of interactions. They still find ways of surprising each other just when one needs it.

A visit from a pastor stirs Talia’s investigative interests and then an attack on a family member sends Sebastian into super protective alpha mode with his men on high alert. Together as always this strong twosome work to foil another threat to their family. They’d thought their enemies had been defeated after the earlier takedown and arrests, the lull in the eye of the constant storms in their lives added to that belief but it wasn’t over, as Talia’s pregnancy progressed their enemies bided their time, planning a hideous revenge against the powerful couple right at a time of heightened distraction.

Just when I thought that Talia and Sebastian’s story was over with Black Platinum I learned there’d be another book, this reader was thrilled to know there’d be more of these favorite characters. This couple is a most special pairing, when they met their attraction was undeniable and explosive but they had to fight their inner selves to come together, then they had to fight for their love against those who would tear them down, what they have means that much more for the battles they’ve waged to keep it.

This was a wonderful addition to the series, an engaging action and suspense filled storyline with often amusing dialogue, it’s a heartwarming story with memorable characters whose love knows no bounds and conquers whatever darkness comes its way.

I love the series In the Shadows

P. T. Michelle did a great job with this series. I've read the four books and then I got Kindle Unlimited so I could finish the series. I read the first four books like three or four times. Then I've finished the rest of books in a day or so. That should tell you how great the series is. It also puts to genres that I live together. Romance and mystery. This series held my attention and kept me on the edge of my sit while I tried to figure out who was the true villain while I kept reading to see if my guess were with Talia and Bash. I hate seeing this series come to and end. I am now getting ready to read Blood Rose. I suggest that loves romance and mystery to give this series a try. 😉

I listened to the audiobook and I really enjoyed the narrating but it's the story that I loved. I just love Sebastian & Talia and look forward to their stories and love getting Cass & Calder as part of the package as well. This book is contrasted with one of the most wonderful events of a lifetime as well as some very scary and horrible events. I just love that contrast! As always Mr. Black & Little red tear up the sheets! They are so perfect for each other which makes their sexy times that much better!!
This was such a good book, so if you are reading this series, you need to read this one for sure. If you are not reading this series, what are you waiting for? It's amazing!

This series just can't end ...ever

These characters are like friends you want to go have a beer with. Many series bring more and more chart I to the story line to keep the books going. I hope Miss Michelle will be the first that I've read to allow her readers to see Theo, Trevor, Elijah get there own stories while Talia and Bash continue to get their own here and there ... I hope we'll get to see them grow as individuals, as a couple and as a family. Besides loving them the most as characters I LOVE the special friendship between Den and Talia. I hope we continue to see their special bond.

Reddest Black...

What super fanfreakingtastic read. So delicious and action packed. Full love, loyalty and drama. So Sebastian aka Mr. Black and Talia aka Little Red is back at it with plenty of family business with mysterious WTF moments. And now they have a baby. Definitely tingle worthy. Characters from previous books also show up. No spoilers but this is definitely a heartfelt story. Just as fabulous as the first book. Run don't walk to get this book and the others in this series.

This series is incredible!

I LOVED everything about this series, from the intense chemistry between Sebastian and Talia to the crazy action and mystery. This is my second time reading this series through, and I loved it just as much this time as I did the first. I couldnt put it down once I started, I just got so caught up in their stories. This author was amazing, and I am thankful she created this world of Sebastian, Talia and all their family and friends. If you are looking for an awesome series to get into, this is it! Trust me, it is more than worth it!

I just keep being amazed by you P.T... I love Talia and Sebastian epic love story. They have been through so many challenges! Looking forward to the next chapters of Calder and Cass's lives! She's done it again!!

No one writes like PT Michelle. Her stories wrap you up and don't turn you loose until the very end. I love the suspense and the pure undiluted love between Sebastian and Talia. I'd write more but you really need to read this book and series and I don't want to ruin a single thing for any new reader. I guarantee you'll love every page.

Red, Black, and Roo

I so love this series. It was a page turner and made my heart race like no other towards the end. I love the mystery, I love the secondary characters, but most of all, I love the love between Bash and Talia. I love the words Bash used to express his feelings for his growing family. I could read about this couple forever.

Every book has been good, this one wraps them up greatly!

The writer has made each book readable on it's own. However, each one is so worth reading and this one makes the story of Talia and Sebastian so yummy, fun and suspenseful as she has done in them all! I can say I'm still wanting more of them... They are just fun and sexy!

One of a kind Series

I cannot put into words how amazing this series was. Bash is a character that is relatable and unforgettable.I am not in any way patiently waiting for the next Book in the series. I gave it a five star because this story is so addicting, this is one of the books I just could not put down. Every booking this series has its twist and turns, but what really drew me was the connection Talia and Sebastian have. I recommend these books to anyone who likes mysteries and romance.

Good story but not easy to follow

The whole story took place within a very short timespan so it was kind of hard to believe all that happened within a couple of weeks. Even so, the level of action was exhilarating and how everything tied in was quite interesting.
I'm glad I gave up on making the timeline work out logically as well as a few other key events (no spoilers - but as a birth mother, I just can't believe it), and just went with the story.

Refresh Black: A Billionaire SEAL Story, Book 7 (In the Shadows)

The continuous love story of Talia and Sebastian. A baby, kidnap, and more. That is just in the first 10 chapters. Talia and Sebastian had their baby. Talia aunt get mug and it's very badly hurt. Isabell's killer is found. Talia join the Black Industry. Great story.

Sebastian and Talia are just wonderful together. Their love for each other is so breathtaking. So glad to see them going strong still. I really wish the author would have addressed Kenneth feelings on learning Simone's role in the plot against Talia.

Loved it best one yet

Loved this book I eagerly awaited it and was so excited to dive right in. It has a fast paced storyline with many twists, turns ,heartbreak and joy I did guess the bad guy before the characters did but still couldn't wait to see how they figured it out

Love

Great book couldn't put down. defiantly recommend.love the bond between bash and talia. Have some really funny parts that my husband looked and me crazy when I laughed out loud when I was reading.
