Dixie's Corner
Follow five east Texas teenage boys as they ricochet from one coming of age comic misadventure to another during the 1960s. Their favorite source of fun was the chase. They loved for people to chase them so, they commited all manner of innocent atrocities to get folks to chase them across hill and dale. Their favorite escapade was to take an old camera with a flash attachment and hide in the bushes outside Miss Dixie's front porch in the waning evening. When Miss Dixie's gentleman caller came out the door and gave her a peck on the cheek, the boys would shoot off the flash. The gentleman caller, thinking someone has just photographed him coming out of the neighborhood whorehouse would give a heated chase in order to capture the "evidence." Of course, all the stories are factual but, the names have been changed to protect the guilty, as there are no innocents.
