Porsche: Vom Konstruktionsbüro zur Weltmarke

Rate this book

Very challenging read, but quite informative.

When addressing the company management's relationship with the Nazi government in the 1940s, there is information that Ferry Porsche, son of the owner Ferdinand, was an SS officer.

There exists an English translation of this tome, but either the family or the company has deliberately sequestered it. There is no public access. Why?

In the book Nazi Billionaires: The Dark History of Germany's Wealthiest Dynasties on page 324 "access to the English translation of Pyta’s study is available only after one requests it from the Porsche firm and when the company chooses to provide it.”

Perhaps the Porsche Library may well have a copy of the English translation?
