I had to read this book for a class. I am partial to books for classes that have bold print vocabulary words. This book was wordy and one has to dig to get to the "meat and potatoes." For my learning style, I didn't care for this informative read.

Read for grad school. A very readable book on evaluation; useful, but idiosyncratic in its layout and structure of information. Wish the gimmick had been abandoned to lay out the information in a better way.
