Events unfolding on a side road in Sicily, a traveller site in the UK and a yacht off the coast of Somalia, have no obvious connection. Still, Karen Harris, Commander of Unit T, is to find these seemingly unrelated events are about to draw her in, not only on a professional level, but soon in a very personal way, when she targets a criminal cartel called 'Circulo'. A human trafficker snatches Karen under the eyes of her security. Karen isn't taken as a hostage, or to be sold, the trafficker wants Karen dead. Odette Boyer, a covert operator with Unit T, is also taken. She is to be handed over to a group who specialise in supplying into the Middle Eastern brothels. As the hours tick by towards their separate fates, it is obvious no one is coming to their aid. Karen's already resigned to the reality that by this time tomorrow she will be dead, while Odette is considering her own future.A contract killer, working for Circulo, turns up at the moment Odette is handed over and Karen is due to be shot. Karen suspects, with Circulo having a contract out on her, he's here to witness her execution. Although she hopes Odette's fate, with him coming, will not be the same as hers

Fantastic read.

What a great read, this whole series is brilliant. You really feel like your in the middle of it all. Karen’s life certainly is full of action.
Hopefully the next book will be out soon.
