Dogs of Fire MC: Savannah Chapter #2

Stealing the Biker's Heart

18+ for language and sexual situations.

Jasmine Buckley’s busy life has no room for anything that doesn’t involve color palettes, fragrance samples, or building her burgeoning cosmetic empire. And she’s certainly too damn busy for a man. Too bad for her, she’s about to meet a man who could either be the makeover her love life needs, or the ultimate test of her new waterproof mascara formula.

Valen "Alamo" Slater is the unapologetic Sgt. At. Arms for the Dogs of Fire MC in Savannah. Alamo is used to getting what he wants, and right now what he wants is Jasmine Buckley. The beautiful and fiery redhead is everything he’s ever wanted in a woman. The problem is, she has rules…strict ones. Lucky for him, there’s never been a rule he couldn’t bend…or break.

When Alamo discovers his sister severely beaten, his pursuit of justice plunges him into the heart of an ever-present and growing darkness in Savannah. With everyone and everything he loves in danger, Alamo must face the demons of his past in order to protect his future.

Quite a sweet biker romance. Alamo (H) is interested in Jasmine (h) for a few months already. Jazz didn’t know and thought Alamo liked her friend instead. Things got cleared up and they started dating but took it slow in the smexy times. No big conflict in their relationship.

Safety : yes
No cheating
No love triangle
No ow/om mentioned
H/h both don’t have tortured pasts

Heroine was kidnapped for 2 hrs by a psycho admirer (whom she never dated). Alamo saved her before anything more horrific could happen.

Another great addition. I loved it. Love the writing. Slight push/pull in the beginning, didn't last long. Safety: There was talk about the villain raping and murdering women. He kidnaps the h, and grabs her, but that's as far as it went before she was save. Great story.

description
I love this series!

Piper Davenport knows how to tell a tale of alpha males and kick-butt women! This is the second in an off-shoot series and each story is a wonderful blend of action and drama, love and anger. Yes, there is not a lot of love lost between some of the characters but that harshness is balanced with the love for family and, if lucky enough, lovers…

“Valen “Alamo” Slater was apparently my kryptonite.”

Jasmine is Willow’s best friend and she kicked butt in the first book. Alamo is the perfect match for her – strong, independent, loyal and fierce. He and Jasmine have sizzling chemistry and the push and pull between them is snarky, and sizzling hot. With the emotion that won’t speak its name, that means they are dodging love as well as danger. The back and forth is never too much as they navigate family turmoil as well as unknown danger. Saying there is never a dull moment is an understatement as the balls in the air just keep growing. Somehow this author balances it all well with a writing style that handles it all effortlessly…

“Seriously, dude? You’re pretty and you’re sweet?”

This author has quickly become one of my favourites and is on my stalker list. *ahem* On my insta-read list. Can’t wait for more!

Hello new favorite read!!! Stealing The Biker’s Heart brought me back to the first time I fell in love with MC romance. Everything I love all jam packed into one incredible book, heat, sweetness, the perfect amount of drama, and a swoon worthy romance that kept me glued to the pages. Sexy alpha biker + sweet romance= sheer perfection! Piper Davenport delivers the best of the best with this one!

I haven’t read a biker I love as much as Alamo in quite some time. He’s a perfect blending of bada*$, alpha, and romantic. 100% dedicated to his woman while still being the epitome of biker I fell hard and fast for him. Jasmine and Alamo were so incredibly perfect together I found myself living for every moment they were together. Between the scorching steam and the romance that left me happy sighing I was totally addicted to these two!

I fast became a huge fan of Piper Davenport so now every time she reveals a new release I can't wait to get my greedy hands on it especially when there's a tease at then end of the last book or during . Stealing a bikers heart is number two in the dogs of fire Savannah chapter but can be read as a standalone so you wont be confused I would suggest though that you read everyone of this authors stories because not only are the secondary characters mentioned through out the book they are the bomb and I can't wait to read more about them lets just say by the end you'll be craving more . I'm shamelessly drooling over this cover as I do every one of these men are fire and describe the heroes to a TEE total bonus because I'm a cover whore (wink) . Jasmine and Alamo are perfect for one another everything about them just made sense the witty banter , sexy times are oh so steamy , and out of the world chemistry . I really liked Jasmine in a way I could connect with her because her own insecurities made me think of my own yet she showed a lot of confidence with her work along with things she believed in , beautiful on the outside / inside , funny , amazing friend , protective of the hero and talented . Every time I finish one of Pipers reads I think there is no way the next hero will be better but I'm always proven wrong because OH MY GOSH ALAMO is now my favorite super swoon worthy , silver tongued devil who has the ability to evaporate the panties while leaving you in a puddle of goo , and doesn't let anyone insult his woman including his woman . The story line had me hooked till the very end with amazing characters , hilarious moments , steamy sex scenes , and tease on the next couple along with the one after that so YAY . Don't hesitate to get you're one clicking fingers ready readers because you'll be busy getting everyone of Piper Davenports stories once you get a taste .

Valen "Alamo" Slater has wanted Jasmine Buckley since he met her, he didn't act on it as the time was not right. Alamo is ready to act on it but Jasmine is seemingly oblivious towards his feelings towards her. Not to mention Jasmine is focused on her business and developing a cosmetic line and is not sure she wants the distraction.

Jasmine has been crushing hard on Alamo but she thought he liked her best friend, she could not have been more wrong. As they begin exploring the attraction they have for one another, Alamo finds himself rescuing his sister which puts Jasmine in harms way. Alamo is going to protect his woman no matter what and the more he has gotten too know Jasmine the more he knows she will be staying by his side no matter what.

Another page turner from Piper Davenport. What I love about this series is you can visualize the characters and the the way the story unfolds. Loved Alamo, he is gruff but not where Jasmine is concerned. Loved everything about this book.

Another hit!

Great story, fantastic characters! Jasmine is a very strong woman making it on her own. Not a damsel in need of rescuing, but also not afraid to lean on the man she gives her heart to. Alamo is dang near perfect as far as I could see. Especially for Jasmine.

I look forward to reading more of this series!!!

My rating: 3/5 stars!

Hmm. I reaaaally wanted to like this book more. But I found too many things I wasn't a fan of.. *sigh* 😞

Giving it the average 3 stars because of Alamo being a gentleman. The storyline had so much potential. I was hooked at the start, and liking the fact that Jasmine wasn't your typical wafer thin supermodel heroine that the hot, alpha guy wants. She seemed like an independent, confident, smart woman. But half of that went to shite whenever she's around Alamo.

I don't get it... Individually they're great characters, but whenever they're together all they wanna do is fudge each other's brains out. And Jasmine can't seem to control herself. For someone who's almost in her thirties, she still has the mind of a typical hormonal teenager.. Ugh. 🙄🙄

The fell in love in a pretty short amount of time. Within days of being together Jasmine became a little too desperate and needy.. It just got old real quick.

The storyline went downhill rapidly after they hooked up. It became predictable and my eyes glazed over. Any potential plot points were wrapped up fairly quickly and I felt like there wasn't enough build up or anticipation. Just like the its predecessor, it felt choppy and lacked flow.

I'm a little bummed. Based on the blurb I was really looking forward to this book. But it ended being anticlimactic and too vanilla for my liking.

It wasn't a bad read, but I wouldn't be reading it again. Not for me.

Stealing the Biker’s Heart (book 2) in the Dogs of Fire: Savannah Chapter by Piper Davenport

Stealing the Biker’s Heart by Piper Davenport is the second book in the Savannah Chapter. Dogs of Fire Motorcycle Club are located in various places in the US. These particular novels are set in Savannah. Each book can be read as a stand alone, but you can also read the whole group in order, which is what I choose to do. The club is not a 1% club. They work to stay on the correct side of the law however, sometimes it is really hard.

Stealing the Biker’s Heart is the second book in the Dogs of Fire: Savannah Chapter. Valen "Alamo" Slater is the Sgt. At. Arms of this chapter. He is a determined man who wants Jasmine Buckley, but she is in the midst of opening another salon and working on starting her own cosmetic lines. Alamo is also dealing with his sister being abused by her husband so he is in full alpha mode. Jazz does not fall easily in with his plans, but it is hard to say no to all his big, bad badness.

The book was full of hot sexy scenes with language and erotica. It is not a book for everyone, but in truth, I enjoyed reading the novels and enjoyed how the bikers and their families interacted. If you want to read hot MC book, this would be your next read. Stealing the Biker’s Heart (book 2) by Piper Davenport was a good read.

Jasmine is the best friend of Willow (from Saving the Preacher's Daughter) and Alamo is in the same MC as Willow's man, Dash.  Jasmine is strong, amazing business woman.  She knows what she wants, but is hesitant about going after it, because her self esteem isn't all that great.  Alamo knows what he wants, and doesn't hesitate to go after it.  He just isn't all that great at reading women.  Great chemistry leads to hot scenes, but miscommunication lead to confusion.

I enjoyed the chemistry in this book, as well as the non stop action, mystery, and general hotness of this story.  Jasmine and Alamo make a great couple, and I loved seeing such a strong female character hold her own against such an Alpha male.  The sparks flew whenever they were together!  (Did I mention yet how HOT they were together?!?)

This was such a great addition to the Dogs of Fire series.  While there were mentions of evens and characters from previous books, this story can be read as a stand alone.  However, this is such a great series, I'd definitely recommend reading all of the books!

We all have our "go to" authors and Piper Davenport is certainly one of mine.

This story is about Jasmine (Firefly) and Alamo (Mo). Jasmine is a bit insecure about her figure and although she'd love it, doesn't think Alamo is into her but a friend instead. Jasmine has a set of rules and I loved seeing Alamo help her break them! But there is danger in Savannah and it's closer then our couple realize. Is there a future for the business woman and the biker? Can these two learn to communicate? or will the darker side of life dim their glow?

Piper Davenport has a great writing style that sucks me right in. The words flow the the pages that I can't turn them fast enough. One thing she does really well is cross over characters from other series...if you've read the Cauld Ane you may recognize a name. This is a great addition to this series.

Stealing the Biker's Heart By Piper Davenport is book Two in the "Dogs of Fire: Savannah Chapter Book". This is the story of Jasmine Buckley and Valen "Alamo" Slater.
I have not yet read the previous book (but it sound like a good one!) so I was able to read this as a standalone book.
Alamo has been attracted to Jasmine since he first saw her at the funeral of her best friends father. After that she has been attending some of their Chapter's social events with her best friend.
Jasmine too is attracted to Alamo but she thinks he likes her other best friend. Once their misunderstanding is corrected they move forward with getting their relationship together. There is a back story of a murder on the loose and some things with his sister.
Overall I really enjoyed their story and I look forward to more stories by this author.

I liked this one more than the last one. There was a little more biker life and a little bit more action. That being said It was still just ok. Still felt over the top at times. The baddie was easily figured out. I knew as soon as he was introduced. Not sure if I will continue with this series.

Manages to be both crass and boring

The sex scenes are frequent and pretty boring for all that there's some vulgar language used (sex scenes and vulgar language do not bother me at all). The dialogue and plot lines are thin and I found my self skim reading to the dialogue for the last 40% of the book, there are no surprises and overall it's kinda dull.

OMG! I forgot how much I love Piper Davenport’s one liners!! I mean it grabs my attention every time and makes me laugh out loud!

😍 OMG 😍 love this quote from the book between Parker and Jasmine...”you like him.” “My vagina does, yes...

So you have Jasmine, heroine, who as been watching Valen from afar. While doing so, so believes he has a thang for one of her BFF, Parker! Thank goodness Parker sets her straight!

Enter the drama of having a murder happen in the park the ladies like to use...

I love that Jasmine is a ball buster. She wasn’t happy with Valen not calling and held him to it, however he did the same when he found out about her date with Thomas. Their chemistry’s awesome. And I love how Valen speaks to Jasmine. Pure, honest and sweet.

Jasmine and Valen are working through a relationship and have set their boundaries. Jasmine seems a bit flighty for someone that has not had issues with relationships in her past. She doesn’t seem to trust that Valen is into her and wants to see where this relationship will go. She didn’t want him to meet her family and want their relationship kept quiet. Valen, of course, won’t have that and pushes right in and gets to know her family.

I do like how Valen supports his sister and helped to get her out of an abusive relationship.

These discussions they have....

“Scare them, how?” I shook off my tipsy fog. “No, scare’s not the right word. Intimidate.” Alamo frowned. “No reason to be intimidated.” I raised an eyebrow. “You’re intimidating all the same, Mo.” He closed the distance between us, boxing me in against the island. “I intimidate you?” “You did when I first met you.” “Yeah?” He kissed my neck. “How come?’ “Probably because I kind of wanted your cock inside of me.” Alamo laughed. “The feeling was mutual.” “You wanted your cock inside of you, too, huh?”

I so LOVE Valen. He has Jasmine’s back. Even with her family. He brother is an a$$ and tried to tell her she will ruin the family name and can’t take him out in public. But I like that Jasmine stood up to her brother and is still in a relationship with Valen. I also like that shadow heard the commotion, contacted Valen, Valen had her back right away. As the story progresses we realize that Quinlan‘s husband is a dirty bastard.

He raped his half sister and another women. So officially he’s out of her life. We also learn about Valen’s demons. He watch his brother drown at a young age. He blames himself and has yet let those issues go. HOWEVER, Jasmine has his back we his sister. I really love the relationship these two have. No drama but love and respect. This is so well written.

It’s disappointing that someone Jasmine trusted, set her up to be kidnapped by a serial murder. She was badly hurt due to Thomas breaking both her feet. BUT, Valen was there to get her to safety. This ending with Thomas reminds of a Criminal Minds episode, where the un-sub dressed the women up as dolls. Why, is Thomas dressing her in Opals clothes.

And don’t let Jasmine fool you....she has the heart of a woman wronged. Vengeance is hers!!!

“Did you shoot him?” He studied me. “If I said yes?” “I’d kiss you.” “If I said no?” “I’d still kiss you, I’d just be a little bummed,” I confessed. “I’ll fill you in when we’re alone.” LMBO

I loved that Valen made sure her cat was brought to his house so he would be close during her recovery.

where Scruffy was curled up in the middle of the huge bed. He raised his head with a meow, unfolding himself to walk to me. “Ohmigod, you got him already?” I patted my thighs and Scruffy jumped into my lap. “I wasn’t gonna leave him alone in your condo, baby,” Alamo said.

BEST PROPOSAL EVER!!!

“I don’t think life can get any better.” “You don’t think?” I shook my head. “No, it’s perfect.” He gave me a gentle squeeze and stepped out of the cover of the blanket… then lowered himself onto one knee. “Mo, what are you doing?” My family formed a circle around us, and he opened a red velvet box, revealing a stunning diamond ring. “Jasmine Elizabeth Buckley, I love you. More than you will ever know. Will you marry me?” I covered my mouth with my hands and forced back tears. “Ohmigod. Yes!”

Stealing The Biker’s Heart is the second title in the spinoff Savannah Chapter of the Dogs of Fire series and features Jasmine and Alamo, who both featured in the previous title Saving the Preacher’s Daughter.  Their title is full of twists and turns, full of action, intrigue and suspense.

I absolutely adored this pair of characters.  Jasmine is relatable, and confident despite her insecurities.  She’s sassy, savvy, strong willed and independent.

Valen aka Alamo is the SAA for the Dogs of Fire, and takes his responsibility very seriously, with a tendency to be an overprotective alpha.

Miscommunications fire Jasmine’s insecurities, and their inability to communication their affection and intentions, keeps both characters on their toes, and fires up their verbal sparring.

The chemistry and attraction between this pair is intense, steamy and passionate.  Their banter is witty, fun and flirty.  Despite their bickering, their story is sweet, steamy, and full of heat, heart and humour.

I loved seeing the cameos of previous characters from not only this series, but others written by Piper Davenport, and eagerly anticipate further titles in this series.

Having a man in her life isn’t exactly high on Jasmine Buckley's list of priorities at the moment, this is a woman with much bigger ambitions, like proving that she can make it in business, not just any business but her own cosmetic business, and as much as she is sure that she is happy in her own skin, as beautiful as that is, she can’t help but be attracted to the one guy that she is certain that is totally off limits…the guy that has the hots for her bestie.
Well as hot as Valen (aka Alamo) Slater is, it took him a little time to get across the point that his interest in her friend was all in her imagination because he had his sights set much closer to home…he wanted her and what he wants he gets!
I loved Alamo, he want afraid to call it like it is and to go after what he both wanted and needed but it didn’t just stop at affairs of the heart, nope his role as Sergeant at Arms in the Dogs of Fire MC put him on a collision course with danger on an almost daily basis, and throw in the fact that he is dealing with a situation with his sister and a killer that isn’t shy of making his presence known, well breaking a few of Jasmine’s rules was a walk in the park…anyway he was never going to play fair when it came to getting his woman.
This was a ne sitting read for me, I could have spread the story out but as the danger crept ever closer and the anticipation continued to mount, I quite simply couldn’t find a place to pause and take stock.
I was asking myself all sorts of questions, holding conversations with my kindle about whether or not this sexy as sin alpha male would get everything he hoped for or was fate going to play hard ball with him? Could he keep those that he loved and cared for safe from the imminent danger or would his happy ever after slip through his fingers?
I have no doubt that you will totally fall in love with Alamo and he deserves our admiration, but Jasmine isn’t just making up the numbers her, she is a fantastic character and just the right woman for him, together they were sensational.
I thought the story was totally on point, the pace flowed beautifully, the secondary characters brought more than most to the page and nothing was quite what I expected.
Oh, and that ending…wow!!

Hi, I'm Ana and I love MC books. Lol. I really do and I can't get enough of them. And when an author that I love has a new book from this genre I'm on cloud nine and can't start it fast enough. Jeez.. Should I be worried?
Piper Davenport is the one to blame, she's not the only one but she has a big part in there. Her writing is raw, intense, spicy and so much more.
Stealing the Biker's Heart is the second book from the Dogs of Fire Savannah Chapter and it's her latest release and tells the stories of Jasmine and Alamo.
But before I tell you a little bit more about this story I need to tell you that you should read all Dogs of Fire books because despite they are all standalones you will find characters from those books.
Jasmine is a visionary and a business woman. She's always busy working and that leaves her with no time for men's. She's alone but proud of herself until the day Alamo crosses her path.
Can she forget her own rules? Can she go for it without over thinking?
Alamo the sergeant at arm's for the Dogs of Fire MC. He's a cocky guy used to have what he wants when he wants without objections. Until his life crumble with Jasmine and let's just say that he will need to work for it. When his sister is brutally beaten he needs to find what the hell happened and seek revenge but how can he do so without putting everyone in danger?
I knew it. I just knew that I would love this book. This woman is the bomb.
The plot is intense and super engaging and let's not forget, super hot. The interation between the characters is not only funny and cute but also perfect and raw.
The way the story progressed left me so into it that I needed to keep reading and reading until I had all the answers I was seeking. And what answers they were.
This book will present you with strong characters, a bit of suspense, funny scenes, lots of laughter and some pretty hot stuff as well. The twists and turns almost made me insane but I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. For me it's the perfect package.
Oh Piper if I'm like this only after reading two book from this new series how will I be when all its over?
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Piper Davenport’s Dogs of Fire, Savannah Chapter, is shaping up to be one heck of a series. This is only book 2 of the series but it has all the components of a great MC story. It’s full of fun, suspense, laughter, romance and of course MC brotherhood. It also has strong characters with unique personalities that you can’t help but fall in love with and relate to.

Jasmine is a strong willed, independent woman who owns her own salon and is in the process of developing her own line of skincare products. She comes from a well to do loving family and pretty much has the world by the tail. Well other than her love life. Jasmine has a huge crush on a biker named Alamo, but he doesn’t appear to reciprocate her feelings. Alamo is the Sergeant of Arms for the Dogs of Fire MC. He owns his own mechanic shop and is head over heels in lust with Jasmine, a girl he worries is out of his league but is determined to get her.

This is a very well written book with storyline full of twists and turns. Believe me when I say this is so much more than just a MC romance tale. We have a serial killer on the loose, family members who are in trouble and need help, we have family members who like to but in when they really shouldn’t and the list goes on. I can’t recommend this book enough. It’s full of love, intrigue, and comradery. Once you start reading you’ll be glued to the pages until the very last page.
2 Thumbs Up for a terrific book with a super storyline. I highly suggest 1-clicking this one ASAP, you won’t regret doing so.

Jasmine Buckley's life is busy building her cosmetic empire, and too busy for a man, but she's met one that could makeover her love life. It's too bad that she's convinced that he likes one of her best friends better, so she does her best to put him out of her mind. Valen 'Alamo' Slater is the Sgt. At Arms for the Dogs of Fire MC in Savannah, and used to getting what he wants, and what he wants is Jasmine. However, getting her to understand that is getting a bit frustrating, not to mention when he does, she has very strict rules that he will have to bend/break. On top of that, he must rescue his sister who has been severely beaten, and a serial killer is on the loose. With the danger getting closer to the ones he loves, will Alamo be able to keep everyone safe? OMG I couldn't get enough of this story, and devoured it in one sitting in a matter of hours! Jasmine was a fantastic heroine, who I fell in love with instantly! And Alamo was a drool worthy alpha hero, who was bossy, but I loved as well. Together they were super sexy, as they lit the sheets on fire during all the scorchin sexy times. And the entertaining cast of secondaries were hilarious, but added more depth as well. With the added in suspense of a serial killer roaming about, the twists that came to a head, made for a huge f-bomb worthy reveal, for which I didn't see coming! Piper Davenport has a brilliant & addictive writing style that I absolutely love, so I cannot wait to read more of this series! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is the second book in this spinoff series and it was great! Jasmine is one of Willow's besties and along with Parker has been introduced to the guys in book one. The moment Jasmine met Alamo, her girly bits tingled and it just keeps getting worse. The problem is that whenever Jasmine sees Alamo he is always hanging with Parker, which leads Jasmine to believe that Alamo is interested in her and she isn't going to begrudge her friend, so she just quietly lusts for what she thinks can never happen. Alamo has always "seen" Jasmine, but she never seemed to be interested so Alamo hasn't really tried. When it becomes clear to him that Jasmine does have the same interest as he does, he will stop at nothing to get her, not even Jasmine herself. But with family drama, a killer on the loose, and the everyday normal life stuff happening, will the two be able to take this to the next step?

This was soo freaking good! This was more about the love than the MC and that was fine with me. With some really cracking me up parts, some steamy sexy times, and the perfect amount of violence added in, this is a 5 star read.

Jasmine loves her bestie, however, sometimes she'd like the hot guys to look at her the way they do her friend. Especially Alamo, Srg at Arms for the Dogs of Fire MC. He makes it clear the attention he paid to her friend was to get the rundown on Jasmine because he wanted her and planned to have her. Their relationship ranges from sweet to steaming. Together they fight to rescue his sister from the scum she is married to. Found beaten and bruised, Alamo finds out it isn't the first time and vows to get her out with his sweet little niece despite the wealthy man she needs to escape. With Jasmine and his brothers on his side, the vicious man doesn't have a chance.
She is a strong woman and needs to be with a man like Alamo. I loved watching them spar, love, and build a strong relationship and support team. Each builds the other up. The club is made of a strong group of interesting people with unlimited loyalty. One of the reasons I am an MC fan. If you are or want to find out what they are all about, this is a good example to begin with. I am anxiously waiting for more from this series.

Absolutely loved Alamo!!! My heart went out to Jasmine at first for liking him but feeling as if she is never the chosen one. That she isn't what he wants. The fact that she sucks it up and learns to be happy with herself and put her mind to what she wants is something many of us wish to be able to learn. Don't get me wrong she still has insecurities but she doesn't let them hold her back. I loved her! She is smart, sassy, feisty, successful and caring and she is going to be someone you wish you were friends with.

Alamo is the type to do his research and that is exactly what he has been doing. He has wanted Jasmine but at first life was too crazy and now that it is't he is trying to find out more about her through her friends. He knows that he wants Jasmine and once he gets his chance and blows it, he knows he must do what he can to fix things. Life once again gets crazy but he isn't about to let her go.

I love Piper's work and the couples she brings us. Their stories are ones that quickly become some of my favorites and this one was no different. I can't wait to see what she has in store for us next.

Making Him Work for It

This was better than the first one of this section of the series. I still felt like there was missing parts of scenes but it seems like it was intentional as the preview of the next installment has the background to the beginning of some of the scenes.

Loved that Jasmine and Alamo found each other. Their dancing around the other is seriously how relationships get blown up, but anyone reading these instalove romances who's been in any kind of relationship should know that. Didn't make me want to smack either of them less and telling them to just speak up.

The suspense in this installment was built up better than in the original part of the series or the previous installment of this one. Had a hint of who might be the gentleman strangler midway but since the character didn't show up until the big reveal actually caught me off guard.

The scene setting was also much better. Having been to Savannah and seen some of the parks and fountains discussed put me in the scene with the characters. Could have elaborated a little more for those who haven't already been to Savannah.

This is book two of the Dogs of Fire Savannah Chapter MC book series and I gotta say I LOVE ME SOME ALAMO!!!! MMMM MMMM MMMMM!!

Alamo is the typical alpha male, bad a$$ biker, oh and how we love them like that! Jazz is strong, confident and independent. She doesn’t need a man taking care of her, but it’s nice to know they care.

For the most part of LOVE this book, but I did find it confusing at times. I wondered if I had forgotten something from the first book, but no, book 1 was about Dash and Willow and wouldn’t have gotten into Jazz and Alamo’s past in depth. Things were mentioned that I felt could have been explained more in depth, like how Alamo and his sister came to live in Savannah. I also think that more information could have been given as to why the one antagonist did what was done. That part of the story line just sort of ended with no real explanation. Other than those few things, I did really enjoy this story. Steamy, drama laden, romantic, it’s got all that. 4 stars with 3 hands down the pants!
