I did not like this one.. I don't like that she just added another guy into the group with out talking to them first. I felt like that was straight up cheating. Even if no one seemed to care. It just felt wrong to me. And I also don't like the whole Harry and Evan thing. NOT because I don't like M/M because I freaking love M/M but when I'm reading a RH book, I want everyones focus to be on the girl. I almost felt like Harry cheated on her.. which I understand is ridiculous. But thats just how I felt about it.

Adventurous, romantic, real and super steamy! It was a really fun and easy read along with lots of emotions mixed in. A great contemporary reverse harem series ♥️♥️
Runaways follows on pretty much straight away from the previous book, Tearaways. Due to Raul's big win in the casinos of Las Vegas, he's proposed that they head off to Africa and do something good with the money - building a hospital for a needy village. Given it will allow the group to stay together, everyone is up for it. And since the twins' brother, Paul, a doctor, has just shown up, everything seems to be falling into place.
As the group head off on another adventure, Olivia is excited for the opportunity for them all to stay together longer, but things aren't plain sailing. Paul is confused about Olivia's relationship with all the men - particularly his brothers - and causes problems by being vocal about it. And then there's the situation between the group's two alphas - there's friction and Olivia can't work out why.
Will they be able to work together to achieve their goal? Or is the relationship status between them all just too complex to maintain? You'll have to read the book and find out! Another great read in the series - I found this one more gripping than the last book, though be warned, it does end on a bit of a cliffhanger, but we don't have too long to wait until the next book is released. I look forward to finding out what happens next! Another well-written, thrilling novel in this intriguing reverse harem romance series.
As you can see I have up my rating from a 4 till 5: The reason is, is because the writer grew on me. Seeing it from her point of view is better than I expect it. Okay granted it took me a few books to get there but it is pretty good. And again instant gratification. I am all for the smut and no build up. I guess you could say I'm not really a foreplay kind of girl lol. I'm going to go bury my head in the sand now.
I didn’t enjoy how everything was handled with Paul. I feel like their relationship is very fickle if he was accepted without any kind of confrontation.

Book three in the series and it just gets better and better. Starting from where book two left off the story is still exciting, the gang face another adventure as part of the challenge. We get to know Olivia and the boys better and the storyline takes a new twist I did not see coming
I am really enjoying this series, I love all The characters and am enjoying the exciting storylines and I highly recommend this book and series
Olivia and the rest of her team, plus Paul are heading to Africa to build a hospital in Anya's village. This time the challenge is of their own making, it's charity with a sense of adventure. And it keeps the team together. Perfect. Olivia is in love with her five men; Henry, Evan, Raul, and the twins Lucas and Mason. They all adore her in return. The twins brother Paul will also be accompanying the team. As a doctor, he appears to be a perfect fit but will he upset this unconventional relationship? Worried for his brothers he could be a problem. Olivia already has her hands full trying to keep Evan and Henry in line, she doesn't need another difficult male. Africa will definitely be a challenge; heat, hard work, dangerous animals. There are also so many possibilities for happiness as long as they are together.
My reaction to this book changes by the moment depending on what page I am talking about. It may be my favorite book in the series. I may be unbelievably upset with it. I will do my best to cover both sides equally and fairly. This won't give details but could be a spoiler. Please stop reading now if you don't want to take the chance. Positive: The sense of fun that was missing a little in book 2 is back. The Challenge captured my attention in book one as a fun adventure. Fun, fun, fun. Even with the lost boat mishap and danger it was exciting, adventurous, and enjoyable. Book 2 lost its momentum. This book recaptures the magic and it's even better this time around because the characters are committed to one another. There's a true bond between the men as brothers and between the men and Olivia. There are love and friendship, respect and understanding. The heat between Mason and Olivia finally exploded, Henry's kink, Raul's playfulness, Evan's intensity, and Lucas's sensitivity are all highlighted. This part of the harem story is ideal. Africa serves as a great setting. It's hot, deadly, raw, and beautiful. Negative: Paul. Yes, it was obvious how it was going to play out but I hate how we got there. Olivia made a bad choice. As far as I am concerned she cheated. I feel that she cheapened herself in the process. I liked the connections she had with the others because they felt emotional. Yes, that led to great, steamy sex, but it started out with a bond first. Paul was insulting and suspicious. He has never claimed to really care for her. She respects his doctoring. LUST. It looks like she can't be satisfied by 5 incredible men whom all love her, she has to have another because she acts on lust now?! Eventually, they will take turns in the real world; when she gets a good haircut, has a great waiter, goes to a pain-free dentist does she take all of those men too? I know I am being ridiculous and I'm exaggerating but could she not manage to control herself to talk to her men? How would she have felt if they decided, "Hey Anya is a great girl, she's one of us now!" No respect or consideration for her guys. I'm also having an issue with Henry and Evan. The little dance they are doing with one another and not talking about it with Olivia is also not harem-friendly. I'm all for a little M/M (I realize that we aren't there yet, but something is happening) but if they keep it hidden and the relationship separate from Olivia that is not cool with me. The harem revolves around love and consideration, not secrecy and selfishness and both of these relationships within the harem are upsetting to me with the way they are being handled.
The positives outweigh the negative and I did enjoy this book. Plenty to celebrate! I look forward to continuing this adventure. I'm hoping for more guy time the next book. Evan, Henry with Olivia, the domination and kink, the M/M factor is hot! Lucas with his blend of innocence, pure adoration for Olivia, and that something uniquely Lucas makes his every scene special. Mason and Raul both bring the passion. (I'm ignoring Paul. He'll get his whether I want him to or not.) Stowaways is next up and I plan to dive in right away!!

After hitting it big in Vegas, Raul wants to head off to Africa and put his winnings to good use. Since it's a chance to stay together Olivia is all for it. Between her and her five guys they have everything they need to build this hospital, except a Doctor. Good thing the twins older brother just happens to be one. They already had a couple problems arising in their relationship at the end of book two, can bringing another man on the trip really help settle things down?
I mentioned this earlier but one thing I love about this series is how it's set in a situation that could really happen. Not to me, but it's believable. Put five guys and a girl on an island stranded and yea, there's gonna be some hookups. There will be some squabbles between the men. Not everyone will be happy and content all the time and that's real. Lily gives us all of that. Even in book two when we were back in the real world, we got real drama. That continues on into book three.
At the end of book two I was left a little worried. Things were getting a little dicey with certain characters. I'm glad to say that got settled first off so we didn't have to dwell on it. We pick up some extra drama with big brother Paul in this one though. He's taken a special interest in Olivia's relationship with her men. He's not scared to speak his mind on it either. While he is very outspoken and can be a little rude at times, I have to say I have a soft spot for him.
We get a couple surprises in this book. Some things I didn't see coming and a couple I sorta thought might happen. And Holy Hell that ending. I seriously messaged Lily when I finished and was all Why Woman?!?! February can't get here soon enough.
As with the other two books in this series, we get lots of sexy times. Super, intense, hot sexy times.
This time we head to Africa with everyone, a new chapter in the Challenge, Does anything change? Not really. If you've liked the previous books, you'll probably like this one too. There was the addition of one more without discussion beforehand that made me a little uncomfortably close to cheating, but this is a fantasy of fantasies and everything seems to be turning out great for everyone (even with mild cliffhangers at the end)
Long story short, mostly the same kind of nice storytelling, hot boys, and Olivia proving she's not a dang bimbo because boys can be stupid. Will keep reading because these tend to be short, sweet, to the sexy and romantic point, and Kindle Unlimited is awesome.
Omg! Could this book get any hotter. To say I'm sad I've finished it is an understatement! In this book the guys are in Africa, building a much needed hospital for their friend Anya's village. With the twins' brother Paul there as well tempers become frayed as he finds their reverse harem difficult to comprehend. With wild animals and heated passions, this is an exciting and thrilling ride. Runaways by Lily Harlem is the brilliant and very sexy third book in The Challenge series. I can't wait for more!
Oh. My. What? That last bit. . . . Whew! That was Hot! The temperature just skyrocketed in Book 3, The Runways. Six. Six, count em' husband's. No, Dorothy. I don't think we're in Kansas anymore! Our Olivia has certainly got her hands full, not to mention, other parts. Now the question becomes, can she keep up the juggling act and will her men continue to curb their alpha male tendencies. I can't wait to find out in Book 4.
I love Olivia's story! Her relationship with her five men from The Challenge, Harry, Evan, Raul, Mason and Logan, just keeps getting stronger. It's obvious that their's is a true love. But now that Paul is in the picture too, will that change the dynamic of their crew, or could he possibly be accepted as one of her men? The South Africa trip is exciting on every level! Love it!
Pretty good for RH but be forewarned it is book 3 of 5 and it’s 1 continuous story. You wouldn’t want to read less than all 5 books as it’s not a complete story. The next book literally picks up the second the last book left off, which usually feels like it’s in the middle of a scene/ chapter. 5 (6?) guys but she usually with one at a time. Some cheating, because 5 guys aren’t enough?...but the guys seem to be ok with it🤷♀️
I hadn't realised book 3 of this was out. I absolutely adore the dynamic between the guys. I love Harry and Evan and I'm more than interested to see how that dynamic plays out. Paul is a welcome addition but it's quite confusing how Raul and Paul are spelt so similar, there was some confusing times when I misread a name! Can't wait for the next.
Off for another adventure! Anything to extend their time together :) I loved the things that were done for the community and how the guys all accepted their role in the relationship. Not wanting anything changed, i like the sexiness of the book and the story line behind it.
No secret that I enjoy the characters and storylines for this series- the Africa trip was great, but I didn't enjoy the addition of Paul to the plot--it seemed so random when the other relationships were so emotional. Some interesting twists to the plot which may turn off some readers, but I'm loving the new possibilities.
Africa. Selfish act of kindness turns into a scary adventure. Animals are not the only danger out there. Even someone close to Olivia turns out be rotten.
**Cliffhanger-ish Warning!** I love this book! It's just a part of this amazing series, and it's obvious with the problems being unresolved. It's still a fast-paced, fun, and exciting reverse harem romance. This time the crew goes to Africa so they can build a hospital. There is also a new person in the group, Mason and Lucas' brother Paul.
I like that there are some changes to the Challenge. Technically, the original Challenge is over, but the crew decides to stick together as they tackle a new, charitable venture. The thing I like the most about this series is that the female main character, Olivia, isn't sure of what she's doing with five men, or how their relationship should work. She discovers that Paul isn't all bad, and then sparks of attraction start to fly. Mistakes may have been made by some people...
**Spoiler-ish Section**
I HAVE to read the next book in the series. There's plenty of suspense and unanswered questions at the end of this installment: How will the sixth man affect Olivia's other guys? How will this new commitment work out? Will the leopard hurt - or kill - another person? How many more adventures will there be?
