Another completely stand alone, but fun development of the Tara Normal character. I picked this up at a convention in Pittsburgh years ago. This is really a good read, but definitely focused on the teen/pre-teen ages. It's about Tara's first boyfriend and involves an X-files-like caper with government agents and aliens. Unique, entertaining story. My niece loved it!!
