Beef Bourguignon ** Not a success. This version is a sad disappointment. The sauce thin and not nearly flavorful enough. Also don't freeze extra as carrots, which had been most successful part of it, became the saddest.

Creamy Lamb Curry *** Another yummy meal where the extra freezes well.

Moroccan Lamb ***** Very similar to a recipe that came with the instapot but oh so good. All the stars. Extra freezes really well.

Garlic & Ginger Asian Ribs * Another slow cooker recipe. I let it marinade for the better part of a week, rather than just 8 hours. Despite that, not enough flavor, and what there is I don't care for. Edible, but I will not make again. Ugh.

Creamy Honey and Mustard Pork Ribs *** I had to go elsewhere for the BBQ & Mustard Sauce recipies. First time trying slow cooker functionality. Didn't work well. The ribs were too tough, so I added some time under pressure (40 min) - it was then delicious though not just falling but fallen apart. Upped the amount of mustard sauce.

Hot Beef Shred *** The first instapot recipe I made. Really a sort of hot onion soup with beef. I immediately made it again. After other successes I found it somewhat lacking... But it got me started, and someday I'll go back to it.

Smooth Parsnips with Onions ** I used this as suggestions. Substituted Glee for Lard (and reduced amount) substituted Red Wine for Beef Stock. Presume that sprig was intended instead of "1 thyme spring" - My blender had real difficulties with the parsnips - had to do it in tiny, tiny batches. Reasonably tasty, but not worth the effort. Better parsnips recipes available.

OK cookbook. I've bought quite a few Instant Pot cookbooks and only get one or two recipes out of each. I am wishing for a great one that has all the recipes I want.

It looks like this is not an "official" InstantPot cookbook, but I got it as an ebook for free. it has some cheat sheets that could be handy but I'm not sure I'll use the recipes. I'm kinda old school; I like physical cookbooks that I can write in.
