This book is not an age bound book. It is an attitude bound book, that is designed to help anyone that believes in the power of their intention to impact the life--both personally and professionally.
The book content is organized to first ground you on what matters to you and then moves to the next sections that help you try yourself on, understand the context of leading others from your first job to the board room. It is not solely a business book because it talks about what it means to have an integrated life at every stage of your life.
In the end it is my hope that the book helps provide solid ground for you to stand on in this chaotic world, but only if you are willing to do the work to discover what matters in your life.
Both the foreward and the epilogue provide additional context to this question.
