Jasinda Wilder is a New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and USA Today bestselling author of more than 100 titles including the #1 Amazon bestseller Falling Into You, the Audie Award-winning (best audiobook) Alpha, and the beloved, 17-book Badd Brothers series. She and her husband Jack Wilder have sold more than 7 million copies and have been translated into more than 20 languages worldwide. You can find them at their fairy tale cottage by a lake somewhere in Michigan with their 6 kids, 5 dogs, 2 cats, 2 bunnies, and way too many ducks and chickens.
This is the fifth book in the Badd brothers series, and it wasn’t my favourite. This story is about the Badd twins, who are rock stars that are becoming more and more famous. They are back in there hometown in Alaska and starting to rethink their careers. They grew up with another set of twins whom they are very close with. Now they are all adults, and all taking a hiatus from their famous lifestyles... what kind of trouble can two sets of twins get into? Especially when they are highly attractive to one another!!
You're sensing that a "Big But..." is coming, right?
Well, you are in fact right!
So "Badd Brothers" are too hot to be true and I love them too damn much to miss one of their books so I put up with a few things here and there for them! This is me not being able to resist their hotness! And in this book is DOUBLE!!!
"Badd Luck" was a pretty good book and I liked the whole twin thing going on, with them being friends since teenagers and all that stuff. There were some hot scenes so that's a plus! But even though I'm not a fan of mixing things up between the four of them, I'm not sure it bothered me either. At least not as much as to the point to stop reading the book! I mean, technically it wasn't their fault the mix of couples that happened, but I could have felt better with a one time indecent, you know. And then my other issue was that even though they had some mixed feelings and blah, blah, blah that stopped completely when Corin and Tate had sex and "I love you" started popping up like there was no tomorrow! My point is that I wanted more details of how they overcome their mixed attraction before the "I love you" was said. It ended abruptly...
3.5/5 OK so this situation is a little screwed up but what do you expect with two sets of identical twins; who chooses who and how do you tell them apart. Throw in a lot of alcohol and it's a recipe for calamity.
Although, it is pretty obvious from the start which twin is best suited for the other in the way their personalities mesh together, the balance and sense of contentment they provide, which, in all honesty, made the multi-directional physical attraction that much worse.
As the story progresses the differences between the twins is more obvious especially their hopes and dreams, as they mature their individual paths become more prominent although they haven't explored the possibility of separating from their twins. Life has a way of taking things out of your control and pushing you to where you should be even in the most unexpected of ways. Badd Luck is told from Corin and Tate's who are a great example of everything happening for a reason.
Badd Luck retains the hotness Jasinda is well known for but I have to say Corin showed a depth of sensitivity and romance I wasn't expecting. I completely adored how his fantasies included his happiness and not just where physical aspects were concerned.
Jasinda incorporates the topical issue of sexual harassment within the narrative via Tate and Aerie's modeling career highlighting (sadly) just how widespread and generally accepted the practice is.
Badd Luck ends with some major revelations and a minor cliff-hanger leading to the other pair of twins story in Badd Mojo - I haven't really taken to Aerie through Badd Luck so I hope Jasinda weaves her magic and alters my opinion.
I thought this series couldn't get any hotter. I was so wrong. Jasinda has surpassed all of my expectations in this book. It's filled with emotion, angst and sexy times. The plot was so intriguing. I loved it so much. Once I started this book, I couldn't stop myself from reading it in its entirety. I was hooked to know about the twins love life. Two pair of hot twins together sounds so delicious. Cannan and Corin; Tate and Arie. But who will end with whom? It's a series of standalones. But, I would recommend to read from book 1. I'm so excited for the other twins book. It's going to be so good. I will definitely do a re read before starting Badd Mojo. ARC received for honest review
It was great to jump back to Alaska and the Badd brothers whole level of hotness again. This book starts the HEA for the twins Corin and Canaan. And wouldn't you know, they happen to be lifelong friends with a set of identical twin women. None of them has ever thought to cross that friend boundary until now. And it gets a whole lot messy before it seems to right itself out. This book focuses mostly on the feelings between Corin and Tate. Aerie and Canaan are also in many chapters together with them, but this is the blossoming relationship with Cor and Tate.
There is ongoing tension between all four characters. The couple we better friends with the opposite person they are now paired with. For Corin and Tate, love blooms. They are happy and perfectly in love. We are left with a bit of a cliff hanger and some unresolved issues with the other set of twins.
Overall, a smoking hot read. A bit taboo maybe? But still totally in love with this group of brothers. The next up--real soon actually is the conclusion to the twin story. Fingers crossed that mommy dearest keeps her hands out of the mix.

Let me start off by saying I have loved every Badd brother so far. There isn’t one of them that wasn’t amazing and mad me swoon. The author has this way of pulling me in and messing with my head with each book. It’s in a good way but messes with my head one the less.
That being said this book messed me up bad. The way she wrote it we get the twins and see them find love with the Kingsley twins. Are right? Twins with twins. But this book was HOT. Yes all caps Hot! I’m not going to what happens. I’m not going to say who ends up with who, because that’s half the fun of this book is second guessing what could happen.
It was well written and I loved seeing my favorite Badd boys and getting more impatient for the baby Badd. I feel that he is going to rock my world. But this book? This book showed me just how Badd these boys could be and let me tell you? It’s real Badd.
Thank you for this amazing book and I can’t wait to see what happens. I love the way you write it, the duel Love dynamic yet your giving both sets their own voice. You have wrote a family of hot men that I will never forget.
So this book has to go in my list of favorites for this year. I was drawn in, hook, line and sinker. You don’t have to read the other book to enjoy this one but once you go Badd, you can never go back. 5 holy crap stars. #2OCCJD
This story was much shorter than the others, I think. And I didn't enjoy it as much as the first ones either. I did like the fact that these two, Corin and Tate, knew one another. Instead of instalove with a random stranger like the first boys.
Corin and Tate are both sets of twins. Tate and Aerie. Corin and Canaan. Growing up together T and Cane were closer and A and Cor were closer. But then they fell off going off and living their own lives and now they're all back in Ketchikan. But PLOT TWIST! Tate feels drawn to Cor instead of Cane. But naturally all the twins are attracted to both of the opposite set because they're all identical. So shit gets real.
I didn't like the whole "accidentally" swapping twins thing. That was super annoying. I just couldn't get past it. That's why this is a three star for me. But I must say I'm still totally invested in this series because I seriously love these Badd boys.
List of Badd brothers by favorites: Sebastian and Dru Baxton and Evangeline Zane and Mara Corin and Tate Brock and Claire (<-- still hate this bitch -.-)
Can't wait to see where Canaan and Aerie land on the list! :D
I have absolutely LOVED the Badd brothers and the women they fall in love with. I was looking forward to seeing what happens with the twins, Corin and Canaan. Sadly though, I did't love this like I figured I would.
I am obviously in the minority here since there are lots who have adored this. I just found the whole not sure which twin to be with a bit squicky. And If it wasn't for that, this would have been great. The connection between Corin and Tate was awesome...they've known each other forever and already had a strong connection. Cor was really sweet and I loved his fantasies that he shared!
I'm really hoping that the continuation of this part of the Badd Brothers stories, which will be Canaan and Aerie's story (we got some of them in here, but this was about Corin and Tate) won't be as squicky (yep, I'm liking that word tonight LOL).
I'm in a little bit of a book funk lately. This book includes.
All this concept of two set of twins falling in love with each other seems to me a little flat. Predictable. Nothing fun 'about that. I wasn't wrong. I didn't like this four way thinking and the two sets of povs. j It just bored me. It reminded me the uncertainty in triangl type of stories because the two sets of twins didn't know which one to pick. I don't like it. Nor the triangl theme.
And I don't know, the writing felt juvenile. Personally, I like more mature characters. All this and they didn't even met.
Although I have to say, I liked the previous books of this series and this author's mind.
Um I have a serious lady boner for the Badd Brothers but shoot Corin Badd totally captured me!
Like where can I find him???
Author Jasinda Wilder delivers another Badd Brother that you will want to keep as your own.
Corin is sexy with that lip ring, which you will want to bite just like Tate wants to!
And being a twin is double the pleasure for us.
Tate is a girl after my own heart with her straight up no nonsense attitude and telling Corin what she wants and how she wants it.
These two had the pages dripping wet with tension and when it finally exploded, it exploded my cherries into outerspace!
Just wear no panties and have your Devices charged up because this book will leave you needing a major release that will be so satisfying as these characters were!

I had a hard time with this one, both sets of twins came off as party kids, but they were just turning 21, so you had to sort of expect that. I also had a hard time with the ambiguity of things between the couples. The couple of times they almost switched partners weirded me out. I did like that the 4 of them addressed the situation. The situation with Tate at the end was a bit over the top and not shocking at all.
Multi-directional sexual attraction between two pairs of twins. Huh. Too horny. I don’t get that twins can be so casual on being naked in front of each other. Groping the wrong pair here and there. Urghh
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.
Did not like this one. Seriously the twins annoyed me for some reason. Drama queens. the fact they kept drinking and "switching" twins was super weird to me. I really just didn't like this one...like at all.
Every book I read from Jasinda that is within this Badd Brother series, I think to myself ...wait this is my fave ...this is the most funniest of the bunch, I love this Badd brother more, but so torn, I keep thinking I am super in need of a rating system, but I don't know how to make it make sense in your eyes, ...I gotta find a way to tell you which is more funnier??! I have never heard why Jasinda did places these book in Ketchikan, Alaska, not sure if she has a connection to Alaska or whatnot? Maybe she just loves it there, traveled there or who knows? I am just guessing. I have always wanted to get to Alaska, Hawaii is the other state I need to get to. I need 2 get overseas 2, so so so so so many places I wanna see. ( ;
Sebastian & Dru - book 1 Zane & Mara - book 2 Brock & Claire - book 3 Baxter & Eva - book 4
I think for some reason I connected more with Eva more than any of the other girls so far, I am far from being rich like Eva's family is, but I understood her life and how it all played out. Corin and Canaan (boy twins) & Tate and Aerie (girl twins) but it is mainly about Corin & Tate - book 5
Why I would recommend this series, you have #5 books 2 get through & if you read slow enough, not that you will want 2 read slow though ...but you will have another book #6 which is Canaan "Badd Mojo" & Aerie's book on Nov 17th & book #7 "Big Badd Wolf" on January 16th, 2018. So you can really get soaked in this whole series and all these Badd men. They are wild hot, so funny at times, and just a big whole family that is just so great. I love them all. I was looking for a list of the brothers, I am having a brain slip ... I look forward to Lucian, did I make that name up, oh no?? He is the viking-Badd brother? I am not finding my notes? Nuts!! I can't wait 'til the smart brother either, they were really joking with him in the book #5. Love him too. He is way cool. Make robots and all.
a big ole' shout out to Jasinda ... THANK YOU!! thank you for adding that bonus chapters in the back, why? 'Cause there are bits that I feel really added to tell WHOLE STORY, why these twin boy (men) and twin girls (ladies) really connected and should be together ...it was aligned in the stars. I felt that without those bits you may feel at a lost or not totally getting why those twins were perfectly matched together? So loved this book. Now how does one put which one has the holy hotness stars or rating??! Not sure ...but each book at times is so hot, you better get ready 'cause girl (or if men are reading this too?) it is gonna get HOT IN HERE!! fire, fire, panties on fire!! lol!! so so true!! I love this style of writing, I love the characters, I love the interactions ...not only between the main characters and their loved interests but the folks they work with, or meet on the street ...whatever it maybe .... the situations are just too awesome and perfectly written. There are so many times each book where I am thinking to myself gosh how did Jasinda come up with this??!
I do have one question though? Should it not be Meg Ryan instead of Melanie Griffith? with Billy Crystal? When Harry Met Sally (1989), right? curious. am I wrong? If you are looking for several series that you should so read, I am going to put those on my blog, I just love it when certain authors keep going with series, I get that some get tired of writing them ...but we fans love them so so much!! thank you! ( ;
I am sure I have said this in past reviews but I simply can't get enough of the Badd Brothers and this series.
This one gives us the twins and let me tell you, you are in for a wild ride because not only are they twins but their story involves another set of twins.
Friends since they were young, the Badd twins and the Kingsley sisters have always been close. Now that they are all grown up lines get blurred, feelings get involved and they cross over the line from just being friends to becoming more.
It's hot, it's confusing at times for them as they navigate those feelings of attraction. Not only that but there is a connection between these four that really gets to you. You can almost feel it. And well let's just say that Jasinda has a bit of a surprise in store for us with this one.
This series continues to be a great read full of Baddness, this one just happens to be double the Badd.
Double the Badd Brothers... Double the Kingsley sisters... It's complicated, but it only adds to the sexy factor.
Do you pick the one you're closer to or the one that excites you? Corin has always been closer to Aerie, but it's Tate that's the star of his fantasy. Yet, he's attracted to both. How does he choose? You need to read and find out his process of elimination.
Now, as for the book in general? Jasinda Wilder nailed it. Badd Luck is super sexy, fun, and in true Badd fashion... HOT!! If you thought it was impossible for the series to get better, pack your bags because things are getting good in Alaska!
Cannot wait for Badd Mojo, because these sets of twins will have you on the edge of your seat. Badd Brothers is without a doubt a MUST READ series.
I really enjoyed this book, no surprise there as Jasinda Wilder has a way with her Badd brothers. I was unsure how I was going to like this one as it was a cliché of twins dating twins but I was pleasantly surprised. I love the relationship both sets of twins have with one another but they leave some things secret and only share with an opposite twin, Tate and Corin. Then as things are just getting good, it seems like the world is against them having alone time together!
Okay. Where to begin? Hmm. I love this series, really. And do not assume the story based on the blurb. I know others are skittish if not really avoiding a menage of sorts of siblings..who happen to be twins on both sides. Yeaaaahh..I don't know how to feel about it myself but it turns out not what I expected..and I'm already anticipating the next book. The ending though? Oh. My. Fanning. God. Just, you really have to leave me hanging like this Mrs. Wilder? Seriously?
(could have swore I did review this on Goodreads as well as on Amazon, where did it go?) HOLY HOTTNESS!!! And Yes that is HOTT with Twin “T’s” !!! There is no doubt that the Badd Brother’s are Hot, Sexy, Alpha and Amazing Lovers but when you throw in the two Twins together with two Smokin’ Hot Twins Models it’s just that => HOLY HOTTNESS with Twin T’s Times Two.
Ms. Wilder has certainly outdone herself with the Badd Brother’s series and it just keeps getting better and better. I really don’t need to go on about how fierce these guys love and protect their bar, family and women; as that all just goes without saying in this series and OMG the Twins have it in spades. One thing I totally love about this series is that even though each book may center around one brother, the Badd Brothers and family are in them all as well. To a degree that is inevitable due to the fact all the boys are home for a year running the bar, but Ms. Wilder not only gives us a unique romance with each book she also keeps us updated on the the lives of the family we’ve grown to love and drool over.
As for as Badd Luck, just WOW. The Twins (Corin and Canaan) meet up with their best friends since they were kids (Tate and Aerie), who also just happen to be twins. The girls needed a get-away from modeling and their hectic lifestyle so they decide to go off the grid to their childhood home in Ketchikan, Alaska (and of course to meet up with Cor and Cane). And Meet Up they do - from the time the girls get off the plane to the last page of the book this is one crazy mixed up journey that will have you flipping pages as fast as you can read them.
The twins story of course deserves two book so Badd Luck ends on a slight cliffie but Lucky for us readers the other half of their story (Badd MoJo) is due out in a couple weeks. This is a Sexy Flirty Fun book that I highly recommend and if you haven’t started the Badd series, start one-clicking NOW. You don’t want to miss out on this series; it’s Jasinda Wilder at her best in my Humble Opinion.
Reviewing on behalf of Relentless Book Chics Ramblings and Reviews
Two sets of twin’s doubles the fun; I loved this story.
I’m a huge fan of this author and have loved all the previous books in this series so I couldn’t wait to read the twin’s story. I wrongly assumed that Corin and Canaan would share a book so I was pleased to learn that they get their own. This book is Corin’s and in 2 weeks we’ll get Canaan’s in Badd Mojo.
As twins in a family of 8 boys, Corin and Canaan loved their friendship with the Kingsley twins, Tate and Aarie. Once they all grew up, the boys went off to be rock stars and the girls to be models so over the years they’ve hardly seen each other but have kept in touch.
When the girls decide they need to take an indefinite break, they feel that the best place to do that would be where they grew up; Ketchican, Alaska. Excited about a reunion with their childhood friends, they decide to Skype them and give them the good news. Both the girls are shocked when they realise how hot the boys are now and from the flirting they’re receiving, the boys clearly feel the same.
When the girls arrive they dump their luggage at their grandparents B & B and they all set off for Baxter’s cabin so they can be totally off the grid and rekindle their friendships. Growing up it was always Tate and Canaan and Aarie and Corine who were closest but now as adults, they’ve switched and this makes them all confused.
When alcohol is thrown into the mix, the twins all have a wild time but with inhibitions lowered and hormones raging, what happens when you think you’re kissing one twin and learn that it’s actually the other one?
I loved this story although the twins aren’t my favourite of all the Badd brothers. It was great fun to read and there were some laugh out loud moments as the twins seemed to get out of one mess and then find themselves in another. I highly recommend this story and all the previous books in the Badd series.
"Is love in the air for you as well?" "Not yet. But, then, you guys haven't arrived yet."
HO-LY COW!!!! This book was beyond sexy!! *praise hands and major muppet flails*
I knew that Corin and Canaan Badd would each have a hot story, but LAWD! Those twins are just steaming! Add in Tate and Aerie, and you have one epic story!
These four haven't been together in a few years, and now the once best friends suddenly see each other as attractive men and women. The attraction is off the charts because what could possibly happen when two sets of identical twins find each other hotter than sin?!
"I have a feeling none of us have any idea what we're getting ourselves into."
I won't spoil which brother ends up with which sister because that should be experienced for yourself, but I will say that I enjoyed them all!! Each one of them is their own person, and I liked getting to know the two in this book! I can't wait for the next one because I have a feeling it's going to be even better!
Corin, Canaan, Tate, and Aerie are four characters thatI completely fell in love with from the start! Even though I knew the boys from the other Badd books, this one showed who they really are...and they are pretty awesome. Not to mention knowing they have piercings and tatts just makes it even better;)
Jasinda can do no wrong when it comes to storytelling! These Badd brothers have taken over my mind and heart, and I can't wait for more!!!
"Holy hell. How do you do this to me?" "Do what?" "Make me feel like...like there's never been anything even remotely close to the way you touch me." "Because there hasn't." "That, baby, is the damn truth."
Double your pleasure.....double your fun with this book. Twins boys plus twin girls equal mix ups and madness, fun and games and quite a few laughs as these four old school friends hook back up after the girls have decided that they need a break from modeling and want to return to the only home they've really known and head back to Alaska where the Badd twins are waiting for them. They know that the other set of twins are hot as all get out, but when they meet face to face, things change and attractions shift and the four couple up and get down and dirty. It's all fun an hot sex, falling in love and .....well the hits just keep coming and get worse when the girls mother shows up and all hell is about to break loose....aaaannnnnndddd the book ends and we have to wait for Badd Mojo to see what happens next....I can hardly wait!!!!!
This book is well written and while I thoroughly enjoyed it, I had to keep reminding myself of their ages and professions because the way the spoke threw me quite a few times....aaahhhh youth!!! LOL. I loved these characters and found that their choices for each other were perfect as they matched each other so very well. I am really curious to see how things turn out with this story. Did I mention that I can hardly wait???
If you haven't been introduced to the Badd Brothers, I urge you to do so immediately and fall in love with all of these brothers. I highly recommend this book and this series!! Hot guys...all brothers...what's not to love!!!
Let me start by stating I have read the whole series up until this point and this book was by far my favorite of them all. We finally get to see the twins story. Or at least half of it, with kinda a glimpse at the other half. There will be another book with the other half of the story and that makes me so excited!
Ok, so in this Badd Brothers book we get the story of Corin and Tate. Corin is one of the Badd twins and Tate is actually another identical twin herself. Fresh off the plane and running away from their modeling careers, they choose to run away back home to Alaska for a break to figure out what's next. They don't want to do what they are doing forever and choose to contact the boys to let them know of their arrival. Aerie is Tates identical twin and we kinda get part of her story with Cannan as well. Although they will have a book soon. Their is mixed feelings and emotions as both sets of twins think they are pairing off with the best fit twin for them, things get Uber complicated and super sexy!! As things begin to play out between them all you will see what I say when I say we get part of the other twins story too. It's hot from cover to cover and I can't wait for Badd Mojo to get more of these four!!!
*I received an ARC of this title at my request and am providing this voluntary review*
Badd Luck by the incredible talented author Jasinda Wilder is the fifth book in the Badd Brothers Series. Badd Luck can easily be read as a standalone, there are only a few cross-overs. But I recommend to read this wonderful series in order. Badd Luck is a twins book. There are for one the Badd twins Canaan and Corin. They´re 20 year old famous rock stars and now back in Ketchikan, Alaska, to honor their father´s last wish and will. And for two, there are Tate and Aerie Kingsley. They´re 20 year old very successful and sought after models. Both are tired and burned out. After the last incident they decide on to take a leave of absence and hide in Ketchikan. They all grew up together in Alaska and held contact over the years. And now they´re back together. But the now they´re all grown up and there is crazy crazy chemistry between Cori and Tate. And these two are the main characters in Badd Luck. Yes, they all are young, but the lived a very fast life, a life that let them grew up fast too. But nothing is easy for them and the lines are blurred sometimes.
I started redaing Badd Luck and was hooked from page one. I read the book in one sitting ( who needs sleep), I couldn´t put it down. I had to know what happens to the characters. This story has it all—tension, angst, suspense and heartbreak. I've smiled, laughed, cried and was angry at some point. It is not often I feel so connected to the characters, but Jasinda Wilder has accomplished just that. I love the story, the characters and the words. I could feel the characters emotions in the words. I recommend Badd Luck and wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thank you, Jasinda Wilder !
I just love the BADD brother series, and it seems with each book they get hotter and hotter! Author Jasinda Wilder does not disappoint in this latest installment of these sexy Alaskan alphas! This book brought us the twins, Corin and Canaan, the rock star brothers. And also twin, Tate and Aerie who grew up with the boy's but were moved away by their mother. The girls return and chemistry between the group is something else -- something that leaves a little confusion amongst themselves and the pages ready to burn from being so hot! I was strangely left routing for certain "couplings" between both sets of identical twins... I just really was wanted to see certain ones to end up connecting and ending up together. I think the twins, both sets, suprised me in who they were as individuals, and even who they were while coupled together. They really made me smile and giggle and wish I were 21 again! I cannot wait for the conclusion book of these 4 to see where their stories go. And as with the previous books in this series, I LOVE that we get glimpses at the characters we've already fallen in love with!
