Hopeful Hearts #1

The Amish Hopeful Heart: Beginnings

Rate this book
Amanda Miller is happy, or so she thinks. Her boyfriend Adam fills a void she didn't know she had, because love is about companionship. But something nags her, as what Amanda has in her life, her sister misses in her own. But why? It bothers Amanda and questions lead to trouble.

Amanda's sister Martha, is much older, as are their parents. But it bothers her that the happiness she experiences isn't shared by her older single sister, herself already in her late thirties and never married. As she reflects on these things, Amanda meets a mysterious and handsome stranger. He keeps popping up in her life and causes problems for not just her own love life, but something about him affects Amanda's sister, too.

A jealous boyfriend, a watchful, disapproving sister, and a seeming mystery. Amanda just wants life to be simple. But can it?

Good Start

Not sure if this is just a sample, a novella or just a short story. I'm confused, that's for sure!

Sweet

I loved the story, very sweet, would have liked to find out more about Amanda's sister and the Linvilles, I have some suspicions, but I won't ruin the story for others.

Trust the Lord

In life we should always trust the Lord. He has our best interest in mind and wants us to be happy.

An Amish romance.

This book was very well written with a lot of suspense. Amanda met an Englisher who she worked with and her boyfriend became jealous when she was with him.
