Excellent guide to one of kung fu's more unusual arts, Chin Na (likely a precursor to Japanese jiu-jitsu), which focuses on seizing and joint lock attacks. Includes a nice intro to the origins of Kung Fu in general and other historical info before getting into well-photographed details of particular techniques.
