Olivia has moved to New York for a fresh start for her and her daughter. She gets annoyed when she knows her neighbors sees her struggling to get moved in but doesn't offer to help her. Zach has been struggling since his Navy career ended and has been trying to keep the fact that he won a billion dollar lottery a secret. When Zach and Olivia run into each when she's introduced as his new therapist its like fate keeps shoving them together. Unable to fight the attraction Zach and Olivia end up in bed together. Olivia keeps saying its a one time thing but Zach is intent on making sure it keeps happening. When he gets sick its not just his friend Lark that takes care of him but Olivia too. The more time they are together the closer they get and when Zach mentions Olivia to his dad it makes everything more real. Zach hasn't been completely honest with Olivia and when he finally does tell her none of it matters to her she still loves and wants him. However when he secret gets out he accuses Olivia without finding out who leaked it. Can Olivia forgive him? Will Zach be able to handle everyone knowing his secret?
Loved this book! I couldn't put it down once I started and Meghan was a little scene stealer lol I would recommend this book to anyone that loves to read.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. I loved this book from the start to the end this book had me on the edge of my seat. The story was well written and the characters chemistry was amazing. Olivia moves to New York with her 3 year old daughter for a fresh start she takes a job as a physiotherapist and works hard to make a new life for her daughter megan and herself. Zack is an ex Navy seal who was injured in the line of duty, having been medically discharged he is struggling to come to term with the pain he suffers and the life he now has. Zack and Olivia are Neighbours and after meeting a few times they the begin a strange kind of relationship, little does she know Zack has a mighty big secret but will he tell olivia will there relationship continue or will the blossoming romance heat to boiling point. Highly recommend this wonderful story i really loved it
I volunteered to read this ARC for an honest review. Alexa did an amazing job on this story. I was hooked from the start. Olivia is a single mom who is trying to get away from her past. She moves with her daughter to NYC and needs to start again. She has new job and a new apartment. No need for any further complications, right? Zack is an ex Navy Seal who was injured. He is in a lot of pain most days and doesn't want o seem weak to anyone. Zack sees Olivia moving in across the hall and wants to help but can't take a chance. After falling and having Olivia help him up, he finds out that she will be his new therapist. There is a chemistry brewing just below the surface. He doesn't want any one in, she is afraid of getting hurt. Love how their feelings develop and build through the whole story, never a dull moment. Got to read just so you can see how it ends. Will a fast budding love last and survive secrets? I HOPE!
This was an emotional story featuring Zack and Olivia. An injury ended Zack's Navy Seal career and left him frustrated. Then he wins two billion dollars in a lottery and is determined to keep it secret. His life gets turned upside down when Olivia and her young daughter move in next door. He doesn't do kids and has no interest in becoming involved with anyone. Both had demons they were fighting. Zach had depression from his seal experiences and Olivia was still bruised from bad experiences with her ex. Things heat up when she becomes his replacement therapist. Then his lottery win gets leaked and he accusers her of spilling the beans. Lots of drama and surprises, but no spoiler. This is a great book and I enjoyed reading it. I received an advance copy and voluntarily chose to review it.
After an injury in the military, Zack is hiding and feeling depressed. After the father of her child turned out to be a jerk, Olivia decided it was time to start over. Neither expected a neighbor to fill the void missing. Will Olivia decide that Zack is the same after learning his secrets? Will Zack ever come out and admit to his status?
This was a really cute read! Loved Olivia's daughter. You couldn't help but adore both Lark and Zack with how they interacted with her. I didn't blame Olivia for being cautious and I felt that with the way her parents acted they didn't help with her self esteem at all. Loved how once Zack realized that he messed up he was determined to fix it. Great book!

Well written story about Zack and Olivia. A nice storyline and plot. I like the hot chemistry and the steamy scenes. Both characters are strong and develops nicely through the book. I like it is written in dual POV which gives the reader both the thoughts and feelings of the main characters. The story is written in a new angle and it is fun and sexy. It has drama, passion, lust, emotional ups and downs and twists that gives it an edge. Some scenes could have had a bit more depth to them and some of the challenges are a bit forced. But I like it in spite of these things.
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book
What a great story from Alexa Davis! This is not your typical SEAL or Billionaire plotline. She took these two basics and turned them into a whole new story that was exciting, inventive, fun and sexy. I really enjoyed this till the very end. And had a few laughs too! I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book. Hero, Zack = 5/5 Heroine, Olivia = 5/5 Chemistry = 5/5 Sex = 5/5 Plot = 4/5 Mystery = 3/5 Action = 1/5 Darkness = 1/5 Humor = 3/5 POV = dual Would I recommend this book = yes Would I re-read this book = yes Would I read future books by this author = yes
Seal'd By The Billionaire is a lovely story about a rich but damaged veteran and a physical therapist who has been hurt in the past. They are both looking for a better future. The characters are likable, but due to their life experiences, they are not very trusting. This causes misunderstandings and conflicts on both their parts. There is an instant lust between them which quickly morphs into love. If you like stories of love at first sight with a few bumps during the journey to an HEA, you'll surely like this book. Enjoy!
I received this book for a voluntary, completely honest and non incentivized review. Seal'd By The Billionaire is a sweet story of coming to terms with the twists and turns of life, of finding so many different types of love, and overcoming fears and opening up to let love in. It's different in the sense of how Jer became a billionaire and Olivia being a strong and determined heroine. I'd love to read Lark's story too!
A romance between a single mom and an accidental billionaire. It has a nice happy ending and a number of steamy sex scenes if you are into that. The story felt a little flat to me and not all parts of the story was engaging. The challenges the couple faced seemed little unnatural as well. Overall, I liked the gist of the story, but as story was a bit slow, I wouldn't have minded skipping some of it. Voluntary and honest review after receiving ARC (advanced reader copy).
Olivia and zacks story is so sweet and emotional. With secrets causing a small rift between them, things are slow to progress, but when they finally let go, things explode for them. Until a sneaky wench causes trouble for them both and tears them apart.
This is a definite must read, I believe Meghan is possibly my favorite character out of them all. She's just so amazing!
I'm voluntarily reviewing an advanced reader copy of this book.
This was well written and held my attention from page one, the characters were engaging and the chemistry electric, I loved this and I loved Zach and Olivia
I received an ARC and voluntarily leave my own honest opinion
This was a sweet, enjoyable, quick and sexy read. The characters were likeable and relatable. The story was engaging and entertaining. There were more than a few grammar and spelling mistakes that threw me off now and then but overall a pretty good read.
Zack’s Navy SEaL career ended due to his accident. Olivia moved to NY for a new start. Zack and Olivia have such magnetic chemistry together. I voluntarily received this book to review for my honest opinion.
Plenty going on in this story that leads to a happy ending the author wrote this story well and it hooked me from beginning to the end I voluntarily reviewed an advance copy of this book.
I liked both the premise of this story and the main characters, but found that sections of the book dragged for me and some aspects of the plot seemed a bit unrealistic.
This is well written book and I was engaged from the beginning. Zane is a former Navy Seal recovering from an injury that ended his military career. Olivia is a single mom to 3 year old Meghan. She has just moved to New York City into apartment across the hall from Zack. Olivia is also Zack's new physical therapist. Their attraction to one another is instantaneous and hot. I fell in love with Zack and Olivia. Little Meghan also stole my heart and this book left me smiling.
