I would thoroughly recommend this book to anyone that has (a) experienced workplace bullying/harassment or (b) wanting a greater understanding of social situations. The book includes a practical guide to recovery, with exercises and examples to assist in doing so. The author's style of writing is relatable, easy to understand and the explanation of human responses (emotional and physical) to stress is illuminating. I hope this book finds its way to those who need it - it is empowering.

I highly recommend this extremely practical, considered and well written book for anyone suffering from or providing support to those suffering from bullying or relationship trauma - in or beyond the workplace. As an experienced Human Resources professional I thought I knew this topic thoroughly but I gained additional insight and many practical ideas from this short and easy to read book.
