In a thriller by the author of The Crosskiller, Irish gangster Tommy Coyne disguises himself as a priest and leaves New York for Mexico, where he is taken for the real thing and leads a dangerous crusade. Reprint.
I absolutely loved this book. It’s one of those books that I’ve read throughout the years and each time I finish it, I’m overwhelmed with the experience.
This guy writes such a great book. Apparently he stopped writing after "Big Time" and it took a lot of nagging from those close to him to write this one. Im glad he did as are many other people. I don't know the man's situation but he should write more. If you like Lorenzo Carcaterra you'll like Marcel Montecino.
