Difficult to read on the Kindle. Read more like a high school-level biology textbook than a college-level one. I like that resources like this are freely available online to hopefully reduce the cost of textbooks by students (alongside library books, used books, and renting textbooks).

Wow, that's a tough textbook to follow. Not an intuitive organization and impossible to use as a reference.

Read the book for a class I had taken. I thought it would be boring at first. It was actually pretty helpful with full descriptions of scientific terminalogy and pictures. It's a read for all the senses (except smell I suppose).
