Great intro to understanding how chakras work with some stellar visuals and offering of how to incorporate chakra work into my yoga practice.

I studied this as the text book for my yoga teacher training and loved it. Pauline has done a great job putting together a diverse range of information on the dense topic of chakras. She is a colour therapist and the strength of this workbook is its use of visualizations. I regularly draw from it in my yoga classes.
