It has been a minute since I have read one of her books. This one did not disappoint. There were some parts that I felt were left out but she made up for it in a couple of chapters. Really good book. The plot and twists in this book are too much. I can't wait to see how she pulls it all together in part 2. Good job, Ms. King......I thoroughly enjoyed the story.
Fast paced with a lot of twists and turns. The characters aren't fleshed out and are one dimensional. But, it's not horrible. The ending left off on a cliff hanger. So, I'm interested to see what happens next. 3.5 stars.
It has been a while since I read a Joy Deja King book. This book just reminded me why I always loved her books. This was a crazy book with so many twists due to all the connections between the characters. I will definitely be finishing this series.
Omg, this is so good, so dramatic which I love. Storyline is awesome, loved the characters, Clayton is a handful. Cliffhanger, can’t wait to start Book 2.
My, my, my. Crazy the way people can play games with your life. True definition of actions and consequences and missed understandings. Can't wait to read what's next
A solid 3.5! The book was good, but there were a lot of parts that felt unfinished. The story lacked a lot of details in my opinion during certain parts. Decent read, but I’ve read better from her!
The drama and intrigue were above average. A father and son sleeping with the same woman was bound to create problems. a married woman scorned adds sizzle to the story also.
