First Time by Selena Hart was a quick fun read but is still a forgettable read due to the ending. For the majority of the book, I was having a good time. My favourite part of the book was probably the beginning when Diane caught Julia giving a blowjob to her husband, Craig. There were quite a few things I enjoyed about this book which included, the age gap between Diane and the couple, the fact that Julia instigated it, and the fact that it all took place in a public hot tub. I always love a good outdoor setting because they have more chance of getting caught which brings another element to the books.

On the other hand, even though there were all really good elements there were still factors I did not enjoy. Firstly I found the sex scenes to just be average and I found at points I was skim-reading past them. Then secondly the fact that the ending ruined the book for me. I hate the fact that Diane was only with Craig once and they never get back together. I am also so mad that Diane realised that her fetish is to be the other woman who brings a man and his woman closer together. I wanted her fetish to be that she inserts herself in between the relationship so that the husband cares more about her than his wife. With this being the ending I am definitely going to try and remove this book from my memory so that way I have space for better reads.
