Here is the second episode of Wonderfully Broken. Excerpt- We finally heaved a sigh of relief watching no one following us. 'Truth or dare', she asked panting. She may take revenge if I chose dare so I should continue with truth. 'What part of women's body, turns you on the most?' she asked without a second thought . I was non-plussed by her question. How could she ask me this? How should I answer her?
Wonderfully Broken is a set of 5 books in which a single story is split into 5 parts written by different authors. The episode I read was the second one named ' ALWAYS THE LAST TO KNOW' by Ankit Sharma.
Since I didn't read all 5 episode, I will just be telling my views on the second episode. The title and the cover of the book are Nice but a lot more could have been done to make it more attractive. The plot is good and the language is lucid . But there are many editing errors. The book needs a good proofreading. The author should work more upon his writing style and narration.
In order to grasp the complete story, all the parts must be read in continuation. Since it is an instaread, I was able to complete it in just 20 minutes. A good attempt .
Wonderfully broken by Ankit Sharma is a short story love, friendship and heart break.
The title is eye Cathy and attractive. The cover photo is beautiful shows two people walking hand in hand. The blurb is written in beautiful manner it increases the curiosity will make reader unable to keep the book down without reading.
The language and narration is simple but author need to do work over it. The character are also simple you can easily connect with them in story.
The author need to work over narration part from next time in such way that it makes readers to hook till the end. The story is not so match engaging and at same time I expected something different from inside story because of the title. It's on my personal point of view.
It's a pocket book so you can easily carry with you anywhere and overall it's one time read. It will hardly take your 30-40 minutes to complete.
