I was provided with the opportunity to read this book prior to publication. It's good. Very good. If you like a Jason Bourne style of reading, then I strongly recommend this for you. Matthew Reilly readers will also find this a very appealing read. One thing I particularly liked about it was how the narrative was woven; not predictable and with a very believable and contemporary scenario underpinning the action - all while avoiding any sense of cliched writing. The action scenes are really well written, with attention to detail and some some good fight scenes. I like a good fight scene! (And, with family members who are martial artists, I'm hard to please.) Plenty of suspense, well-crafted, with a definite "hold your breath" run to the finish. Nice work, Kron :) I look forward to reading more! I can definitely see this making the transition to the big screen. Keep 'em coming Kron, this Aussie is waiting for more.

The Locke Cipher is the authors debut novel and what a debut novel it is. And
nothing like what I thought it was going to be in fact it is so much better.
Gabriel is one every talented writer his writing style is strong and crisp....
I loved it.

The plot is original and like nothing that I have ever read before I won't give to
much away with the plot. But I promise you that you won't be disappointed.
It is fast paced with each page leaving you wanting more. The author does a
brilliant job of questioning what if free electricity really did exist The Locke
Cipher will really get your cogs turning.

Daniel Bateman is a strong likeable character fans of Jason Bourne and Jack
Ryker are going to love him I certainly did and this book would make a brilliant
film.

Yes this book is full of action and suspense not forgetting it will
pull you in from the start and keep you gripped until the very end….talk about a
cracking pageturner.

There is nothing not to like about this book which I highly recommend giving it 4.5
stars.

I had the privilege of reading an early advance copy of this book and I think it's a cracker! It's original, it's exciting and it's chillingly plausible. Its greatest strength is that Kron can really tell a story. He grabs you from the start and pulls you into an intriguing web of international crime and conspiracy. Don't let the 'techno' label put you off - just focus on the 'exciting thriller'. Because it really is.

Imagine if the technology to provide free electricity for all really existed. Then just ask yourself if there are any lengths governments and energy companies would go to in order to suppress the knowledge.

Daniel Bateman, the main character, is an Alternative Energy buff. He's also a likeable bloke, the sort you might like to have a drink with. Which makes it all the more gripping that it's him who finds himself caught up in the intrigue which will see the technology hunter become the hunted - a wanted man, fighting for his life.

I'm not going to say too much more about the plot for fear of giving spoilers. I'll just say that that I was very excited to get a chance to read this. It deserves to do well, and I think it will. It's a rattling good tale - a true page-turner. One of the best new authors I've read in a long time.

This was recommended to me by a friend and I didn't think it would be my kind of read, but almost immediately I was proved wrong, really glad I kept an open mind and was pleasantly surprised. It is fiction, (but it probably isn't) it makes the reader hungry for more facts, it makes the reader want to know the history. In fact the only reason I put the book down was to go and do research on Google. Very well written, fast paced and full of intrigue. One of the best books I have read in a while, best seller material.

I was sent an advanced readers copy of this book and I must say I was pleasantly surprised! Think... Jason Bourne meets government conspiracy, meets modern day energy issues. Action packed, suspenseful, masterfully written. I had to keep reminding myself this book was fiction! Kron had me pondering the history of energy and what free energy would look like in my community. MUST READ!

I will not rate this novel even though it's a great read.

I will not rate this novel because l read this book a while back under the title The Kron Cipher by David Michael Rogers and l gave that 5 stars disappointed that Amazon didn't say this novel was retitled with a different author before l bought this copy.
