I am famous for buying Journals and never using them for long. This one is the exception. You get a fuel gauge to rate your feeling (from Empty to Energized) and there's scribble space for brainstorming as well as setting out the day's top three priorities. I often get clarity by recording the following day's prospects the night before and revising it the next morning. It's simple but powerful. You plug in the date and location so if you miss a day, no big deal. I am a big fan of Mel's whose mission seems to save us from ourselves. I would buy this book for a friend, that's how much I like it. In fact, I am running out of pages, I will need to buy another one for myself soon.
The 5 second journal is a great tool for anyone working from home, self employed or even on the side. It´s great on days when you lack motivation or any day if you struggle to focus or if you just need something that gives you a push to get going on your projects. It´s beautiful and I recommend it!

I used it right after I used Mel Robbins to get me outa my work slump and it worked amazing for the intial month .. until I got very repetitive with my goals and daily aspirations... Too expensive for just a journal ....
A journal I finally use! I currently own for different journals and a few different pocket calendars and this journal is the only one I seem to use consistently. I love that you can date each page and customize it based on how you want to use it.
