കുറച്ച നാളുകൾക്കു ശേഷമാണ് മലയാളത്തിലുള്ള ഒരു മാന്ത്രിക കഥ വായിക്കുന്നത്. ഒരു നല്ല അനുഭവമായിരുന്നു. ഇതുപോലെയുള്ള ഒരുപാട് കഥകൾ വായിച്ചു വളർന്ന എന്റെ ചെറുപ്പകാലത്തെ ഓർമകളിലേക്ക് ഇതെന്നെ വീണ്ടും തിരിച്ചെത്തിച്ചു.

ഒരു കെയർടേക്കർ ആയി മനയിൽ എത്തിയ വിഷ്ണുദത്തനെ കാത്തിരുന്നത് അതുവരെ അയാളുടെ മനസ്സിനും വിശ്വാസങ്ങൾക്കും എതിരായിരുന്ന അത്ഭുതങ്ങളായിരുന്നു. ആദ്യരാത്രി തന്നെ ക്രൂരതയാർന്ന ഒരു രൂപവുമായി പ്രത്യക്ഷപ്പെട്ട രുദ്ര വളരെ പെട്ടെന്ന് തന്നെ അയാളുടെ സങ്കല്പങ്ങളിലും ജീവിതത്തിലും ഒരുപാട് മാറ്റങ്ങൾ വരുത്തുന്നു.

പതിവ് ഭീകരതയിൽ നിന്നും മാറി നമ്മൾ കേട്ടു വളർന്ന പുരാണങ്ങളുമായി സമന്വയിപ്പിച്ചെഴുതിയ ഒരു സങ്കല്പകഥ.

I'm reading a Malayalam magical horror novel after a long time. It was a good experience. It took me back to a time in my childhood when I grew up reading a lot of stories like this.

Vishnudattan, who comes to the mansion as a caretaker, is received by the wonders which was totally against his views. Rudra, who appears in front of him on the first night in a malevolent form changes his beliefs and affects life in a great deal.

Unlike usual horror stories, this one weaves mythology and fiction together to deliver a wonderful story.

Interesting

വളരെ പെട്ടന്ന് വായിച്ചു പോകാവുന്ന ഒരു നോവൽ. മാന്ത്രിക നോവൽ എന്ന വിഭാഗത്തിൽ പൂർണ്ണമായും വരികയില്ല എങ്കിലും, അടുത്തെത്തുന്നുണ്ട്. ഒരു പ്രാവശ്യം വായിക്കാം. സമയം പോക്കാൻ കൊള്ളാം.

വളരെ നാളുകള്‍ക്കു ശേഷമാണ് ഒരു നല്ല മലയാളം നോവല്‍ വായിച്ചതു. ചെറുപ്പത്തില്‍ വായിച്ച നോവലുകളെ ഒര്മിപിച്ചു.

രുദ്രയും വിഷ്ണുദത്തനും ഇപ്പോഴും മനസ്സില്‍ മായാതെ നില്കുന്നു.

Good one...

A kind of timepass novel..good story line and interesting. Please note this is not at all a horror story, but you can expect some supernatural contents.
