Whips. Chains. Punishments.
These are my world now, ever since gorgeous billionaire Liam Rutherford pushed me into the back of his expensive black SUV, forcing me to live with him at his fancy penthouse apartment in New York City, holding me as collateral for my father’s gambling debt.

Is the conclusion of this series EVER coming!? Honestly, do yourself a favor and maybe skip this series all together. Not because it’s not good (unfortunately for us, it was) but because the author clearly got sidetracked on other projects, and nothing drives me crazier than a cliffhanger series with no resolution AND no clear plans to ever finish writing the series at all! ESPECIALLY if the series remains unfinished because the author gave up on it, or found something else she’d rather write about.
If Hannah Ford has time to churn out yet another expensive, unrelated serial series, why did she not finish this one first? It’s been 9 months since a book released for the “His Property” series, and yet 7 small novella sized books from her newer serial series are releasing consistently. I’m upset by this, and disappointed. This isn’t the first time an author got bored and left me high and dry with a series, but it’s damn bad author etiquette. Don’t start something you’re not gonna finish.
And please (for all us avid readers out here), finish a project before you even let your twitchy trigger finger approach hitting that “publish” button. Otherwise it’s just cruel, negligent, and bad business. Maybe someday I’ll get the conclusion to this story, but the prospect certainly looks bleak.
Readers beware.

I am done with Hannah Ford. In the last week I have read three of her Series. ALL three of them have left me hanging!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

God, please, please, please, put me out of my misery and end this already! And give it a good ending where Liam will actually let Emery in. Where he'll stop being the world's biggest asshole, where Emery will finally grow a steel-strong backbone and leave him and stick to it until/if Liam comes clean.
I like the actual premise of His Property, and it's sexy, but it still gives me the creeps because it feels well, like it is - Emery is a hostage and Liam takes advantage of it, of her, of her lust for him, and he never, ever lets her in. Add in the other creepy characters like Liam's douchey parents, his douchey cousin, and his cousin's ridiculous girlfriend, Vienna, and you just end up with a big mess where we never get answers, just more questions. It's time for this to end because I'm telling you, if this goes 20+ installments with no end in sight like one of the other serials Hannah writes, I will have stopped reading long before that. In fact, if we don't get a conclusion to this serial SOON, I will have to stop reading because it's gone on long enough and the time in between each installment is far too long. I can't even remember what happened in the last installment and I'm sure I won't remember what happened in this one by the time the next one is released.

This authors books are good. But she nickel and dimes you, buy selling her books almost by chapters rather than a whole book. She also starts a series and then doesn’t finish it. She just leaves the story hanging. I will not buy anymore of her books. But if you feel compelled to waste your money, make sure you wait until every last chapter is written and published so you can actually read the end of the story.

Unfinished as per usual
I love how this author writes but this book was published in 2017. I don’t like starting something and not being able to fish it just like her other e-books she’s written. I’m glad though these books were on kindle unlimited so I didn’t waste $2.99 for each “chapter” book she wrote. I need to know the rest of this story but I highly doubt she will revisit this or her other book that I’ve read(both published in 2017).

Wow what a cliffhanger and the suspense continues! Hannah Ford did it again with this book in making you want more. From the very first page, I was spellbound by these fantastically described characters that you will find yourself falling in love with. The drama continues with Liam and Emery—both not trusting the other and jealousy starts to raise its ugly head. Emery is beginning to question her love for Liam, but each and every time she has an outburst, there are consequences—finally Emery uses her head and bellows the “safe word,” which makes Liam stop cold! I like that Liam opens up to Emery about how he obtained the scars on his body. Are there any other demons that Liam has lurking inside of him that causes his need for control? There are several twists and turns within the storyline with suspense, mystery, sex, sex—did I say SEX that is off-the-chart hot, and intrigue that makes it very interesting. The scenes are well written, fast-paced and flow smoothly from one scene to the next. This book will pique your interest and draw you in from the beginning to the very end. I can’t wait to read the next book to find out what happens.

I enjoy Hannah Ford's writing and I have read all four books to date. This dramatically sensual and compelling story is fast paced with enough drama,and mystery that the readers keep coming back for more. I don't particularly like the two main characters because Liam is definitely abusive and uses the excuse that he was possibly abused by his parents to justify to himself why he feels the need to sexually abuse and humiliate Emery. Her self esteem is so low that she allows this abuse to happen time and time again , telling herself it's love to justify her own feelings of lust when in reality their relationship could be anything but romantic. Congratulations to Miss Ford again for presenting a story that is fascinating and compelling!

This is one of my favorite series and I HATE waiting for the next part!!!
But OMG its so good!!!! Like I love Emery and Liam together!! I think once this box is opened Emery will find its Pandora’s box of shat, and all hell is going to break loose!! But this is the first time Liam has ever had anyone in his life that has ever been on his side and I’m beginning to see that. The way she stood up for him I think opened Liam’s eyes to what she could possibly feel for him. Now it’s how he will handle this revelation that will determine the path of their future. Oh cannot wait. I honestly wish we didn’t have to wait so long for the next in the series!!!!

This is a fast-paced read and the 4th book in the series. I do recommend reading these books in order. We continue with Liam and Emery’s story. There are plenty of steamy scenes and I love the intensity of their relationship. We do find out a bit more about Liam but there are still a lot of questions to be answered. Looking forward to more.

I have really enjoyed this series and was happy that book 4 was once again a full length book, however I wanted more answers and only got more questions. I can't wait to read book 5 and hopefully get all my questions answered and that Liam and Emery get the happily ever after that they both deserve

Too many books
I love Liam and Hanna’s story but, book 4 was published in 2017 and we are nearing the latter part of 2018 without the conclusion. Too many books for one story. I will probably not start another book by this author due to the cliffhangers with every book. I have frankly lost interest.

Thrilling!!
Another suspense filled book. There are so many questions I have, where do I begin? These two characters are like a love/hate relationship. Both being stubborn at the same time. I loved it when Liam jumped into the water after Emery. What is in the basement?????? I need the next ten books please Hannah!!!

I wasn't disappointed until the end when we were just about to find out a secret. And well you guessed it. It ended and now we have to wait another few months to find out what limm is hiding from or what he is afraid of. Why emery takes so much is beyond me. But I really do love this book.

I agree it's being drawn out and out and out. I'm not convinced we'll even get to see what's down in the basement in the next book. It's good read, but could be a little more condensed.
