Fun and Sexy
A very enjoyable book. Some very romantic and sexy scenes. I love the way Nikky uses humor to romance the men and women in this book. It has all the elements I look for. Adventure, Suspense, sexy scenes,and humor. I had a sneaking suspicion of who the bad guy was. I was wrong. LOL. If you're looking for a wonderful story that you can relate to, I recommend this book. Kaye just has such a natural and easy flowing writing style that you can’t help but enjoy her books. Always humorous, with a generous side serving of steamy erotica I know I can count on her for a fun and spicy read. This story follows the blossoming relationship between Annie, a thirty-year old waitress who hasn’t had sex for two years, and Jake, a former SEAL turned toy store tycoon with a three-year old daughter from a short lived relationship. This was a follow up standalone to her novella Bought by the Billionaire Brothers, where we were first introduced to Annie, the best friend who set up Evie with the Stone brothers to take her virginity in a MFM scenario. And one of those brothers (albeit an adopted brother) was Jake. Humour and witty bantering was at an all time high for a Kaye book, which I absolutely loved, but while the sex scenes were hot, I personally found one slightly creepy. There was a HFN ending, but as ever I’d love a longer book showing a bit more of what happens with her lead characters when they finally get together. They always seem to cut off too early and leave the romance side of the story slightly lacking. I enjoyed the attempt to inject some suspense into this tale, but it wasn’t developed enough for my preference and lacked any real oomph or tension. I doubt there’s anything Kaye can do to stop me reading her titles, I just feel they’re missing that emotional depth or little something extra for my tastes to propel them to one of my coveted 5 star “this was a simply amazing read” category. 3.75 stars from me.

Saved By The Single Dad Seal is the second book in the Hearts of Stone series. However, it can be read as a standalone. Gah, this is such an enjoyable book! There were parts of the story that contained humor, and in my opinion, that was a really important element because it provided some much needed levity. By including it, the reader gets a much needed breather from all of the other seriousness. I'm telling you-this book contains adventure, suspense, sex, and humor. If you are looking for a book that you will have no problem relating to, give this one a try.

This is book 2 of the Hearts of Stone Book series by Nikky Kaye. While I absolutely LOVED book 1, This one I really really liked it! It's a very good story, and I loved getting the continuation of the original story. I liked getting to see the original books characters too. The title, cover, and blurb emphasis the 'SEAL' part of the story, which is so not the case. It is also not hugely about a single dad either. There is only one scene where the MC has his daughter. So while the story implies Single Dad SEAL, you did get a single part-time dad who once was in the military. If you look past these items, the story is sweet with steamy parts and great characters with witty banter.

Great book, I loved every page. Full of laughter and steamy scenes.
Read it in a record time, could not put it down till the last page.

~ The perfect combination of funny and sexy. ~
I love any kind of military romance, so I couldn't pass up on the opportunity to read this one. And what can I say?! It was an easy, quick and foremost hilarious and hot read!! An absolutely recommended book!!
I haven't had such a good laugh in a long time. It was spectacular. And all the hot stuff was like the cherry on top.
The story was captivating and pulled me into Annie's world right from the start. I had so much fun reading this book from Annie's and Jake's POV.
Although I haven't read the first book yet, it wasn't necessary to enjoy this one, but I'll probably catch up on the other one anyway even though I now know most of the story already. If you've read the first book in this series, you'll know that Evie and Jake have kind of a history. I was taken aback because this would be a no-no for me. But I guess since they weren't in love or anything, it wasn't as much a deal-breaker.
Anyway, I loved the writing. It was an easy and very enjoyable read. I loved how funny it was and the little added suspense with Annie's stalker.
Annie's fantasies and thoughts went a bit overboard sometimes regarding Jake's big, hard body sheltering hers, his strong arms shielding her from harm... ridiculous one might say but I liked it for a change and thought that it was funny as hell.
The only thing that was not my cup of tea was a certain scene with Evie and Annie. It was just a bit weird. Sorry. I wasn't really into that but I'm not judging. Just saying.
Conclusion: Be openminded and enjoy the laughs.

Goodness!! So freaking hot!
The first time I heard about this book was at a book convention in Tennessee called IRC. This funny and very talented author read us the first chapter out of this book and I was hooked!! I'm not sure if I preordered it then or ordered it later but either way I had to have it on my kindle.
The first book where we meet these characters, Brought by the Billionaire Brothers I read quickly in a day. And this book was faster than that one because pure hotness and wanting to find out about the stalker!!
I loved Evie and Dom but I also loved Jake and was curious if he would find love but I didn't realize we would be getting more story from Annie!! I really enjoyed her input in the first book and was excited to see her in here!!

Fantastic Steamy Romantic Comedy. This book was an absolute joy to read, so funny I laughed so hard I had tears in my eyes. Annie has a stalker and Jake insists she stays with him until they can find out what is going on. Between his baby daughter Stella and Annie there is never a dull moment. His adorable daughter was just an absolute delight, so funny and cute. This is a first read of a Nikky Kaye novel, but boy can she write a fantastic hot, Steamy, Romantic Comedy. I will certainly be reading more of her books. This is my honest review of an ARC I received and has been my pleasure to do.

Annie and Jake's story definitely didn't disappoint and kept me on my toes throughout.
This book is definitely a page turner and was that good I binge read it in an evening.
Their love story definitely kept me entertained and was sweet one moment and sizzling hot the next.
I need me a HOT SEAL in my life to love and protect me and Jake is the perfect man for the job.

This is the second book in this amazing series, and can be read as a standalone. Annie is a waitress, and has a stalker. Jake is a former navy seal, and he insists that Annie stay with him in order to protect her, until they find out what is going on. I loved the humorous and sarcastic banter between these two. No spoilers though; this is a must read, you will not be disappointed! This is a well written story by this extremely talented author, and the storyline flows seamlessly. I look forward to reading more of this series, and I highly recommend this authors’ work for all readers!

So you meet Jake and Annie in the Sold to the Billionaire Brothers book. Neither of them really have much to do with each other in that book but have a lot to do with the other characters in that book. Jake is involved with Evie and his brother Dom in the first book, so it was nice to see to see him have his own book and fall in love. This book is hot and intense and wonderful. I loved it. I enjoyed this book very much and was happy to read it. I voluntarily read an advance reader copy for my honest review.

Saved By the Single Dad SEAL (Hearts of Stone Book 2) by Nikky Kaye is a hot, fun and sexy read. A well written book that has an interesting an engaging storyline. Book is full of steamy scenes, danger, humor, suspense, romance and passion. Annie and Jake have great chemistry, share witty banter and generate a lot of heat. Highly enjoyable and entertaining. I am posting an honest review after reading an ARC copy of this book.

I voluntarily reviewed and ARC of this book for an honest review. A billionaire, single dad, toy store tycoon and a kick-ass waitress get together and things get interesting. Some one is after Annie, Jake sweeps in and takes care of her, by moving her into his condo. Enter Stella, Jake's 3 year old daughter and light of his life. Great story. Loved the way Nikky writes.

Nikky Kaye is the QUEEN of writing hilariously cringeworthy awkward moments and the spectacularly sweaty steamy ones as well! This book has both and I loved every minute of it!!

I really enjoyed this book from the very beginning, there was humour, suspence and lots of hot love scenes. If you like a military romance this could be the book for you.

A quick read, but this book has everything - Very sexy and romantic but also quite funny. Nikky Kaye had me laughing out loud in a few places. I didn't want it to end! Highly recommended!

I really did not enjoy this book, I hated how Jake was so protective of her from the start... This was the first time I've read Nikky books and I can tell you it will be the last. No thanks Nikky.

Now that they are both sharing the same roof things are about to get a lot more complicated.......and heated.

I fell in love with the main characters pretty much from the beginning. There are many laugh out loud moments between Jake and Annie as they get to know each other in and out of bed. Jake's daughter, Stella was just the cutest thing ever and Annie's interactions with her were just adorable. Nikky Kaye writes exciting and humorous love stories filled with enjoyable characters and sizzling hot interaction. And Saved By the Single Dad SEAL is no different.
This is a intriguing, entertaining and well written plot. The characters is enjoyable and has a out-of-this-world chemistry.
