Other than the fact that Sean is very pro anything southern, and very anti, anything northern, the stories are very heartwarming. You feel good when you read the stories, like there is hope for humanity!

As with the other books I’ve read of this author, the stories were tear inducing yet enjoyable, and often prompted reflection. This book in particular covered some darker material than his other books seemed to (while still putting a positive spin on things).

A trip through the South
This book is a compilation of Sean's writings for his posts. Ever since I 'discovered' Sean, I have been reading all his books and his posts. I was so excited when he and Jamie walked El Camino and he posted every day about their journey. They started walking a couple of weeks before my daughter started her walk. Reading his posted gave me an insight into what my daughter would be experiencing. I am a GRITS (girl raised in the South) so I can relate to so much of Sean's writings. I look forward to reading his next book.

If you’ve ever lived in the panhandle of Florida, this is a must-read! He takes all the crap people go through in life and makes it beautiful! The entire book filled the depths of my soul with joy and hope. You don’t find too many books like this anymore.

Great reading
I love his writing. He always cheers me up and/or brings back memories that warm my heart. Since I live in the FL Panhandle, I especially enjoy heading about our area.

Another Home Run
I’ve read several of Sean’s books and have enjoyed them all.
I like this short story format for taking breaks.
As always I could relate to several of the stories.

Love as needed now
I enjoy reading anything Sean Dietrich has written. The turmoil in this country right now frightens me, so I read books as wonderful as this one to remember the goodness that abounds in human nature. Thank you Sean Dietrich, thank you.

Sean’s Writings Are Always Heartwarming
Over the last year I have nearly read all of Sean’s published books and am always pleased with the product. I fear that I am getting precariously close to running out of his stuff to read.

I've followed Sean on Facebook for some time now and adore his writing, stories, heart! In a time when hateful seems to be the norm, Sean reminds us that everyone has a story, to be kind to others and to notice the good. He makes me want to be a better person!!
