Honestly I don’t even like this series that much anymore. I’m only reading it to find out how it ends at this point.

The first two book were so good - can’t wait for this next installment in the series!

It was ok

So I fell in love with the first book and scored the second, but this one just didn't draw me in the same way. I'm also getting a little tired of these short stories. I feel like as soon as I start really getting into the book it's over.

I really like the series but each book keeps getting shorter and it feels like its being dragged.

Quick read.

The crew (Harper, Dex, Rhyland, Kingsley, and Raven) escape into a shimmer blob so they could find a witch doctor - Breezy to help Raven with her cracking skin condition. Rhyland's body is being inhabitated by a demon. It was originally in Kingsley's body when he went to hell. It jumped from his body to Rhyland's. Now the demon knows all their secrets. The Demon went to the Fey Queen to make a deal. If he could keep Rhyland's body, he'll share all the secrets with the Fey Queen. Big secret is that Raven is the next Fate and the Fey Queen wanted to control her starting when she was young. The Fey Queen had a desire faerie entice Nadine over to the dark side. Nadine agrees to become the Fey Queen's friend and report back everything in return the Fey Queen will make sure Raven suffers because she was jealous of Raven. Their parent's attention were always focused on Raven as is Rhyland and Kingsley. Fate told Raven that if she wants to break the curse she must kill a creature that was part of the original curse, a creature who was there that night, a creature that she loves. I wonder who that will be.

Seriously disappointed

I have been waiting for book 3 to be released in what feels like dog years. Book 1 and 2 in this series were so captivating but book 3 just...fell flat!?! In book 2 we end abruptly running for our lives. Well Raven is. We know Rhyland is so in love with her. We think Kingsley might be too but there's something he's hiding. We know everyone is cursed and the Fey queen is evil. Nadine is quite possibly more evil because her betrayal is so much greater. All of these reasons are why I desperately waited for Alluring Raven. I NEED ANSWERS! I WANT CLOSURE! Everything up to this point moved and flowed so quickly! Then book 3....
We are just stuck in the timeline. Fed small morsels of truth. It moves at a snails pace! By chapter 5 I felt like we have already lived in a circus with these characters because we are reliving the same act in a different location. Not in a good way either. Even the dialogue among characters was just lacking. I was and am confused. Is this really the same series? So disappointed. What I'm afraid to believe but compelled to contemplate is the possibility the author is purposefully stretching the series out. I. HATE. THAT.! How long are we going to be spoon fed tiny bites of storyline til we are eventually rewarded a conclusion? I don't like being toyed with as a reader. Receiving a watered down storyline to drag out the plot that is lacking the spirit of the original story just to have more books in a series makes me crazy. I guess I will hang in there for the 4th book in the hopes the curse is broken, things are righted and I feel whole and not left with holes. Ugh. Not to be so harsh. Just raw brutal honesty.

I love the premise of this story. A vampire king and queen who are cursed and must break it? Yes, please! But, at this point, it's starting to feel really stretched out, and needs to be wrapped up. I will keep reading, because I want to know what happens, but I was expecting it to be over because Amazon has "Book 3 of 3." Guess I'll keep waiting.

This story keeps sucking me in.

Another great book by Jessica in this series. There are a lot of past & present events. If you didn't catch it in the first book Kingsley is in love with Raven. And it was his decision that started the curse. Although, I'm not sure he would say that if he knew Nadine's true story. In my opinion she started the curse. She wanted things that weren't supposed to be hers.

In this book we travel to the Land of Moonlight. A land they can access because Raven has Moonlight blood. The fey queen may not be able to travel here but she can send her minions. In this book we learn a shocking truth about Raven. It will explain why the fey queen called her an abomination. There are some weird times when Raven is present one second & in her head in the next. I can't imagine being the twins after Raven has one of these episodes. You will learn more about Kingsley in this book. Including some torture he went through. I assume that is because he altered fate with his decision. Rhysland leaves Kingsley & Raven because of something Kingsley did in a past life. In order to save them because he was afraid he would hurt them. And you will fill in missing pieces to what life was like before the curse. I still have no idea how things will turn out & who she will end up with.

Addicting!!!

If your wondering if you should read this series, do it! I have been glued to my Kindle since yesterday (yes, yesterday) when I started book 1. Since then I've read all 3 books currently available in the series. The characters are well written, there is no lack for suspense (actually it may be killing me) and so many unanswered questions! My only issue is the same as the previous 2 books which is that they are so short! The fact that they are short just makes me go through them way to fast because I can't put them down. I am going to have a serious book hangover today!

I like how different this series from most other vampire books but I'm seriously annoyed at how short each book is and how at the end of each there are more problems but they have yet to resolve anything at all! These first 3 could have been an entire book and it still would have been incomplete as there are practically no answers to the never ending series of WTF questions. I do like how the story is progressing it just feels chopped up for the purpose of making more books and not for the normal anticipation of "what will happen next" that we get from a multi book series. I need more story!

I can't even put into words how great this book was. The story line just flows together. So much has happened and i'm not sure i can mention anything because it will spoil a lot.
This book has one secret after another. and its so good!! I'm more than convinced Raven and Rhyland were always meant to be King and Queen.

Great series!

I really want to think she ends up with Ryland and Kingsley but I’m starting to think that’s definitely not how this series is going to end! (Sad face) Regardless, I am really enjoying the twists and turns of the story and can’t wait for the next book!

I need more of this book ASAP. I have to know if Rhyland can be saved of if it’s his soul that she will take. And Kingsley. I kind of secretly want Raven to fall for him.

Needs serious editing

Man the editing for this book sucks! “Yeah, see here’s the thing,” Rhyland says I gear the sound of boots crunching against the snow behind me.” Gear the sound? This isn’t the only mishap, there are quite a few.

Love it!

A lot of questions have been answered and then so many more arise. And the ending.... I hate cliffhangers. I really want to know how it's going to end.

Short

I hate how short these books are. As soon as I start getting into it, it’s over. Now I gotta wait some more. Hate waiting. I’m so impatient.

Raven is annoying

It took me a long time to finish this book. Raven is starting to get annoying in the scratch your eyes kind of way. I'm debating if I will finish the series.

Maybe more like 3, 3.5. Starting to feel like. They're good. But needs to have more. More romance, more connection. Worried going to cut mc Rysand out and make raven go with his twin instead :(

I didn't like this book as much as I liked the first one in the series. Don't get me wrong, this book is still filled with so much mystery and intrigue, but the further into the book I got, the more chaotic and disorganized it felt. I would definitely say the first half of the book is structured better than the second half. Part of the problem is that there was just too much going on in the second half. So many additional issues were piled on without any real resolution or answers to the events of the first book. We do get some answers, but we're mostly still left in the dark. Not much is clear. There's still so much mystery surrounding pretty much anything. Now with a lot more questions than answers. What throws me the most is the way to "break the curse". This does keep you turning the pages and wondering what's around the corner, but if it had a little less going on with better structure, it would be so much better in my opinion.

This was a great storyline with interesting characters and worth reading. However book 3 ends with a cliffhanger and book 4 isn’t out yet. I would not have begun this series knowing this. I like to read the complete story at one time. It seems storylines these days just go on and on a little longer than needed for the next book A trilogy is good but I start becoming fatigued with the storyline not moving to conclusion
