The run-up to Christmas is stressful at the best of times; for Finola McGee it’s shaping up to be a nightmare from hell.
Just when she thought she had everything in hand, she is left to cope alone with her five year-old twins, two wild ponies, an unfinished Tipperary country house; and an old flame turning up on her doorstep. Added to that, her film star husband seems suspiciously reluctant to leave his dream life in LA. Their relationship has always been stormy, and the gossip in the media doesn’t help. As Christmas morning dawns, Finola faces her biggest challenge - making the best holiday ever for her children and gluing the family back together again.
Susanne O’Leary is the bestselling author of more than 30 novels, mainly romantic fiction set in Ireland. Her many books set in County Kerry have been hugely popular with readers all over the world. She shares her time between Dublin and Kerry, where she and her husband have a little cottage near the beach. The wild, beautiful landscape, the small villages and the friendly people of that county have inspired her to write her feel-good stories. She's been inspired to represent people of all ages and walks of life, with lots of romance, and more than a dash of humour.
When she is not writing or reading by the fire, Susanne loves heading for the great outdoors, walking on the beaches or scaling the green hills of her favourite county.
Sweet fast paced and turns out good in the end.twists and turns up in the air and I held my breath shouting no don't go there. With great aplomb she did anyway. The as most of which their lovely twins knew dad would fix on Christmas eve
Loved this series...my only complaint. ....Book 4 was way too short - could have been three times longer. Have read quite a few of MS. O:'Leary''s books and loved them all. THANK YOU!❤
…and a great way to wrap up the Tipperary Series. I loved that it was a well-written novella, a pleasure to read during a busy time of year. I definitely recommend this series for a good current Irish story.
As usual, Susanne O'Leary wrote another great book about family devotion and deep abiding love. The characters are dynamic and draw the reader into the story. I definitely recommend this series. If you love stories based in Ireland then Ms. O'Leary delivers the goods.
Another great Christmas story. Happiness, tears, and love. These characters bring such joy. Susanne never disappoints. Thank you for your amazing books.
I was so excited to read another book I The Tipperary series. I loved this short, sweet Christmas story and the opportunity to have other characters pop-in. I really enjoy all of Susanne’s stories.
