This is one of the best non-fiction books that I have read. It is the best one that I have read this year.

The overarching theme is that you need to understand who people are fundamentally so you can work with them and make a lasting impact. You want to genuinely be nice and sincere to others; otherwise, it will come off as insincere, and people will see right through you and then start to distrust you.

You want to compliment people and make yourself relatable to them and never above their status, in other words, they are equal.

Be positive and find a way to let people see 'how the other shoe fits or the different perspective. You want to be able to see all sides of the argument.

Better than Cliffsnotes !

I've read the actual book for a few of these summaries("magic of tyding...", and "win and influence...") and these hit every important part of the book minus the "fluff". Great format for those who have ADHD (like me), you can easily skim the pages and bold headers and subtitles pop. just love it!

This book is a classic for a reason. Carnegie breaks down the simple yet often overlooked principles of human connection, making it feel like a masterclass in communication. While some of the advice feels a bit dated, the core ideas about empathy and making others feel valued are timeless.

Required reading for being a human being!

Will read and reread multiple times! The advice is that of almost biblical truths. No argument. It’s fact! It’ll be my go to for situational advice.

Wasn’t sure what to expect

The information was well put together. Given the fact that the original was written 80 years ago, the information was still very relevant.

Finished on the way to school drop off! I have thought lately why spend countless hours in long books, when I can get the info condensed?

Good short read.

It's a summary of the highlights! I gave it a 4-5 simply because it is such... a summary. I like that it explains the key points in each chapter and readability in just above an hour. I recommend this to all who want to understand people in general.
