Father Neil Anderson is a young priest enjoying the growing success of his first parish, as the number of his congregation has swelled massively since he took office. Everything is going so well that he is quite shocked when two of his parishioners, John and Rebecca Ravenstone request that he arrange an exorcism to be performed on their only daughter Kayleigh. They have no doubt that she is possessed by some demon spirit as her erratic anti-Christian behaviour is getting out of control and they fear what may become of her.

On the other hand, Kayleigh views herself as one of the enlightened ones and is sick and tired of living under her parents authoritarian regime. As she is only sixteen years old she has no choice but to put up with them but longs for the time when she can escape and live the life of fame, wealth and luxury that she has always dreamt of and wanted since she was a child. Deep down, she knows that there is nothing that she wouldn’t do in order to fulfil her ever growing desires…
