Good, but each book feels sort of like a filler. I'm still interested though, despite the mistakes and cliches, but the writing has improved imo.
Safety:
Ow drama- hero goes to club and puts on a pretense that he's still a playboy, so watches two women make out in front of him. He's not attracted to them or anything, he's just pretending in front of his friends. Hero goes to a meeting with a client who people think is his ex and that it's a date. He wanted to make the heroine jealous, but nothing happened between him and the client.
Om drama- heroine is in an arranged engagement (she and the friend don't love each other like that or anything) which causes tension and jealousy. Heroine does a photoshoot and dinner with a guy she used to hook up with, for work. It causes jealousy and minor drama, but nothing happened between her and the om.
There is a lot of jealousy between the two, especially since we have a lot of details of their past sex lives, but both are loyal to each other and have only been with each other since dating.
No cheating/sharing
No virgins

This story just keeps getting better! I LOVE seeing Hunt in charge! It’s so sexy seeing his dominating side! Tatum has a love/hate relationship with obeying Hunt. She didn’t want to like how much she really liked it! The dirty talk was hot!! There was a lot of sex scenes lol. That ending though!! What a bombshell! I can’t wait to see how the story unfolds in the next book!

I've been in such a reading funk. Nothing was catching my attention and I did a lot of skimming in books.... well thank goodness that's over!!!!
Boss Love was soooo good! I'm in love with these characters. Tatum isn't a whiny women who goes back and forth. She's straight and to the point however she does have that soft side. Diesel is just, where can I get one of him???? I love his confidence and compromise. He just lays it out there.
I could read them over and over.
I love the mystery that is through out the book. We did get some answers and you think that's going to be it but NOPE!!!! More drama and more secrets!!!! I can't wait to see what happens. I need all the books so I can sit for 24 hours and read them all!

Tatum and Diesel just keep getting better with every passing moment. Tatum had her turn at the helm and now she has to turn herself over to her Diesel - a prospect both equally scary and exhilarating. Tatum’s fears for ceding control are rooted deep, but something about Diesel has her stepping outside her comfort zone. Diesel has been waiting for his turn at helm and boy was it worth it. With every moment they seem to grow closer and he for one can no longer imagine a life without his strong beautiful Boss Lady by his side. There's just one problem, their relationship has a clock and another has a claim.

3.5 - Stelline
Quando ho scoperto non essere l’ultimo episodio di una trilogia, ma solamente il terzo di una serie di nove, mi sono un po’ demoralizzata. La sensazione che l’autrice abbia voluto inserire un po’ di scene di sesso come riempitivo (peraltro, a differenza dei primi due volumi, un po’ ripetitive) è stata piuttosto fastidiosa, e l’appiglio su cui si è basato il cliffhanger finale mi ha dato la sensazione di un tentativo di “allungare un brodo” destinato a ribollire ancora per molto.
Ad ogni modo, atteniamoci a questo “Boss Love”.
"Quando mi svegliai il mattino seguente, era come se giacessi su un massiccio tappeto di roccia. Sotto di me c’era il petto di Hunt, che si gonfiava e sgonfiava a ogni respiro. Il suo odore mi avviluppava, risucchiandomi tutta intera come in morbide coltri, confortevoli e calde."
In questo capitolo vediamo il rapporto tra i due amanti farsi sempre più intimo, riempirsi di tenerezza, condivisione e sfociare nell’innamoramento. E dopo una lunga serie di pagine destinate a questi risvolti relazionali, finalmente tutti i segreti verranno svelati e le carte messe in tavola.
“Credevo fossi tu quello al comando.”
“Lo sono. E voglio farti l’amore così come desideri tu.” Le baciai la bocca, separando le sue labbra piccole con la lingua e facendola poi scivolare dentro. Non volevo scoparla, non volevo afferrarle la gola e sbatterle il cazzo nel culo. Volevo baci dolci, sospiri silenziosi, sesso languido.
“Non credevo che Diesel Hunt facesse l’amore…”
“Nemmeno io lo credevo di Tatum Titan… ma è quello che stiamo facendo.”
L’inversione dei ruoli di potere sembra perfetto per questa coppia, come se avere un uomo dominante, possessivo e che si prende cura della donna fosse una condizione più “giusta” rispetto alla precedente, perfino in una coppia in cui anche la donna ha (o dovrebbe avere) caratteristiche alfa. È come se l’autrice volesse mostrare che in una donna queste doti testosteroniche sono acquisite a causa delle avversità della vita, una maschera che volentieri essa si toglie di dosso, se incontra l’uomo giusto, il quale invece le incarna in modo del tutto naturale.
Entrò indossando solo i jeans, tenuti a vita bassa. Era scalzo e a petto nudo. Con i capelli corti e occhi aggressivi, era proprio succulento.
Per un attimo, non m’importò che fosse lui al comando.
Durante il periodo di dominazione di Hunt, Titan lascia il posto a Tatum, nel senso che la donna d’acciaio si sgretola e finisce per lasciare definitivamente il posto a quella più fragile e insicura. In certe scene, e per certe scelte, ho trovato eccessiva questa doppiezza, questo crollo di personalità di punto in bianco. Ho trovato strano e poco coerente che, in questo episodio, Tatum non sapesse più fare le sue scelte da sola e dovesse basarsi così tanto sull’approvazione di altri.
“All’inizio, ti desideravo e basta. Avrei fatto qualsiasi cosa per averti.”
“E ora hai qualcosa di molto meglio di un accordo. Tra di noi c’è amicizia, fiducia, lealtà, e rispetto. Abbiamo tutto ciò che tu hai sempre voluto. Compresa la passione.” Continuò a guardarmi negli occhi, senza batter ciglio.
Come ho anticipato, scene di sesso ce ne sono molte, non tutte particolarmente significative, in particolar modo per una certa ripetitività nel vocabolario. Non mancano comunque scene un po’ più forti, che non scadono mai comunque nel volgare né nella violenza.
Hunt mi guardò in viso, notando le lacrime che ruzzolavano. “Chiedimi di fermarmi, e lo farò.”
“Mai.”
Complice anche una traduzione non eccellente, ho faticato a entrare in sintonia con il finale. Non è questo il luogo, ovviamente, per spoilerare, basti dire che così come ho trovato faticoso giustificare un tentennamento così lungo di Tatum, allo stesso modo ho trovato difficile accettare le scarse motivazioni che hanno portato al passo decisivo, e questo non è necessariamente dovuto alle “parole” utilizzate (leggasi traduzione), ma al contempo è vero che esse non hanno aiutato l’esaltazione di questo climax affinché fosse davvero d’impatto.
“La tua vita sentimentale non deve essere condotta come un business.”
“Tutta la mia vita deve essere condotta come un business. Non posso permettermi di fare un altro errore.”
Visto il numero di episodi ancora mancanti, penso di non svelare nulla dicendo che una serie di malintesi porteranno tutto a rovesciarsi di nuovo, riportando in auge personaggi che pensavamo perdenti. Ma quello che dovete aspettarvi da questo capitolo, comunque, sono alcuni colpi di scena e passione. Tanto romanticismo, speranze che a tratti paiono realizzarsi, e imprevisti che vi faranno sospirare.

In qualche modo, trovavo più sexy che mi chiamasse così che Padrone. Non la corressi perché non avevo bisogno di sentire quel nomignolo. Irrigidii la schiena e la mia erezione prese ancora più vigore dentro di lei. Mi stava chiamando con il mio nome, cosa concessa a pochi. Ma questa donna poteva permetterselo, perché se l’era meritato.

This third book of the series was an emotional rollercoaster.
Diesel Hunt is one of my favorite alpha. Tatum is so lucky to have this man in her life.
The only times I liked the girl was when she was in Diesel's bed. There were some moments when she opened up about her past where she was sweet and looked like a human being, but still she's not my favorite person.
I was pissed with her many times, how she disregarded Diesel's feelings and was so hard when he opened his heart.
Thank God the second time it went better, otherwise I would have hated her.
The book ends with a cliffhanger. I hope is not that stupid of Thorn that set Diesel up. I hope it's his father's doing it...maybe he read the file or that businessman that he saw in her building twice.
Anyway she should have had more trust in Diesel after all the love demonstrations he gave her.

Ufff ese fuego entre Tatum y Diesel es tremendo. Justo cuando todo comenzaba a tener sentido (más haya del sexo), se desmorona... Necesito el siguiente libro ya! Thorn, te tengo en la mira y si no fue él, sería toda una locura descubrir quién.

Short rant: This is the second series that I've come across recently that wants to drag the story out across 4 books. I can't and won't do it. This and the other series could've been condensed into 2 books. Tatum was never really in control in my opinion.
Now there's a fourth book about what exactly? Sigh, I just can't.

The story with these two continues to heat up and FAST. We see now that it’s Hunt’s turn to be ‘in charge’ – that there’s a trade of power, and that while it’s hard for Titan, it’s something that she’s willing to do – for him. This next part of the journey with them gets really intense on a whole new level and that’s the type of stuff a good story is built on.
In this third installment, we get to the deeper bits of what’s going on in their back story. We see Hunt dig but not too harshly to get into what makes Titan into who she is – to better understand what happened 10 years ago not only to shape her as an individual, but as part of her relationship and partnership with Thorn. There’s a lot there that makes you understand her better, but i think that there are still questions in my mind of what’s in it for Thorn aside from being with someone who’s safe and makes sense. I have to question his motives from time to time especially as they’re related to Hunt because it just seems off and a bit too easy.
There are a few interesting paths that this third book takes. We see business deals get personal with Hunt, feeling like he needs to beat his father on a deal which he does, but the repercussions to that are yet to be determined. We see Hunt and Titan get into a new relationship that makes things more complex and really causes future questions to be asked now. We see a business takeover option by both Titan and Hunt separately cause rifts in their relationship and the business world, but what comes of that is something quite interesting and unique.
The underlying tone of this book similar to the others is trust and loyalty. The idea that you can trust someone and be safe is new to both of them, but it’s something that should be put back on the table….There’s family trust, there’s friendship trust and there’s lover trust and all of that plays a strong role here.
The other undeniable quality of this story is that there’s so much chemistry and passion between these two that you know that it can be great but it can also be explosive. They’re constantly pulled together but they also let others easily pull them apart. It’s hot and intense and where this passion leaves us is at both a great and horrible place. Things seem to have turned the corner, and blocks are all falling into place but a controversy breaks and that means that everything that they worked for both professionally and personally has been crushed and broken, likely beyond repair. It’ll be for us to read in the next book to see how this plays out – so that means you all know where i’m now going – back into this series and book #4.

Avevamo lasciato un Diesel pronto a dominare la SUA donna, e in questo libro l'ha fatto.
L'ha dominata come ha voluto e Titan si è lasciata dominare dal SUO uomo.
Ora le regole del gioco erano cambiate.
Ero eccitatissimo.
Su questo terzo libro, nonostante non sia molto lungo, le scene erotiche la fanno da padrone e non solo, i due protagonisti sono sempre più attratti l'uno dall'altra, ormai non è solo sesso tra loro. Si sono aperti, si sono dati corpo e anima e ora che il tempo tra i due sta per scadere, Hunt ha il terrore di perdere Titan. La paura però è anche per Titan, sarà in grado di dimenticare Diesel? Ma soprattutto sarà in grado di mantenere la promessa fatta a Thorn.
Finalmente, in questo terzo capitolo i sentimenti, oltre che al sesso, la faranno da padrone. Il POV è sempre alternato, così com'era stato nei precedenti.
Riusciremo anche a capire il forte legame che lega Titan a Thorn tanto da aver pianificato il futuro insieme.
Matrimonio, figli e una solida partnership lavorativa. Tutto senza amore.
Confida a Diesel il segreto che si porta dietro e che ha fatto in modo di legare in maniera definitiva la sua vita a quello del suo migliore amico.
Era una cosa che non avrei mai voluto che accadesse, un risultato che non avrei mai potuto prevedere. Ma ora eravamo entrambi lì, a cuore aperto. "Ti amo, Diesel Hunt. Ti amo così tanto da averne paura." Non appena sbattei le palpebre, da entrambi gli occhi una lacrima scese a rigarmi il viso.
Ma è proprio quando i nostri protagonisti aprono il proprio cuore, i propri sentimenti e si mettono in gioco e sembra che tutto vada nella direzione sperata che il colpo di scena è in agguato.
Un finale inaspettato che mi ha lasciato a bocca aperta.
Brava la Quinn a creare un po' di suspense perché se la storia è ancora lunga molte cose devono accadere e credo che questa sia solo la punta dell'iceberg.
Ovviamente ora non vedo l'ora che arrivi il seguito per capire come le cose procederanno e che strade intraprenderanno i due protagonisti.
Credo che i colpi di scena non siano terminati.
Rimango però un po' dell'idea che nove libri siano un pò troppi e che forse si sarebbe potuto impostare in un'altra maniera le varie uscite anche per il costo dell'ebook.
Al momento però questa mia critica l'accantono, e quando avremo avuto il piacere di leggere tutti i libri,forse, a quel punto potremmo dire se ne è valsa la pena oppure no.
In attesa del prossimo quarto volume "BOSS WOMAN".

Ma soprattutto sarà in grado di mantenere la promessa fatta a Thorn.
Finalmente, in questo terzo capitolo i sentimenti, oltre che al sesso, la faranno da padrone. Il POV è sempre alternato, così com'era stato nei precedenti.
Riusciremo anche a capire il forte legame che lega Titan a Thorn tanto da aver pianificato il futuro insieme.
Matrimonio, figli e una solida partnership lavorativa. Tutto senza amore.
Confida a Diesel il segreto che si porta dietro e che ha fatto in modo di legare in maniera definitiva la sua vita a quello del suo migliore amico.
Era una cosa che non avrei mai voluto che accadesse, un risultato che non avrei mai potuto prevedere. Ma ora eravamo entrambi lì, a cuore aperto. "Ti amo, Diesel Hunt. Ti amo così tanto da averne paura." Non appena sbattei le palpebre, da entrambi gli occhi una lacrima scese a rigarmi il viso.
Ma è proprio quando i nostri protagonisti aprono il proprio cuore, i propri sentimenti e si mettono in gioco e sembra che tutto vada nella direzione sperata che il colpo di scena è in agguato.
Un finale inaspettato che mi ha lasciato a bocca aperta.
Brava la Quinn a creare un po' di suspense perché se la storia è ancora lunga molte cose devono accadere e credo che questa sia solo la punta dell'iceberg.
Ovviamente ora non vedo l'ora che arrivi il seguito per capire come le cose procederanno e che strade intraprenderanno i due protagonisti.
Credo che i colpi di scena non siano terminati.
Rimango però un po' dell'idea che nove libri siano un pò troppi e che forse si sarebbe potuto impostare in un'altra maniera le varie uscite anche per il costo dell'ebook.
Al momento però questa mia critica l'accantono, e quando avremo avuto il piacere di leggere tutti i libri,forse, a quel punto potremmo dire se ne è valsa la pena oppure no.

Ok, Victoria Quinn, you got me. I don't know if I was getting tired of the push and pull or if I don't even want to write this review because I want to move on to the next book.
Let me calm down however and assess this instalment. First, it was way better than the last. Diesel Hunt knows how to act out sexual fantasies. He has always remained even-keeled, sometimes to the point of soft.
In the beginning, I didn't mind the power balance but now it's starting to feel like we are doing the same thing that made us appreciate the premise of this book. Walking on eggshells with your lover is never fun.
Thankfully, we are growing. Slowly. But growing nonetheless and even with so many moving parts, I am still aware of all the pieces on the board.
The sex had more variations but it's not so much BDSM. I did however got tired of it. If you remove the sex, there isn't much. Just Diesel trying to woo and not offend Tatum, despite following her every need and want and Tatum pulling Diesel along by the balls while she behaves like the offended party.

Totalmente recomendable y con ganas de mucho más.
Aunque ellos no lo quieren reconocer el pacto ha cambiado.
Ahora los dos están locamente enamorados ya se llaman por su nombre, se respetan, confían uno en el otro y tienen una bonita complicidad, hasta se asocian.
Eso hace que Tantum le cuente a Diesel su secreto por el cual Thor y ella tengan ese pacto y se quieran casar. Solo que si sale a la luz la destruirá.
Eso hace que Diesel le descubra sus sentimientos más ocultos y le haga una propuesta que no puede rechazar, cuando todo parece ir sobre ruedas, la verdad les explota en la cara y hace que la traición aparezca y le destroce el corazón a Tantum.
Cuando ya sonaban campanas de bodas, su escritora da un giro de 180º y hace que todo cambie, el final ha sido de infarto y ahora la espera me mata para leer su cuarta parte.
Felicitar una vez más a su escritora Victoria Quinn por mantenernos siempre en vilo y pegada a las páginas de esta intensa historia.

2 rating This low rating is merely the fact that this author wrote NINE different novels about the same couple. I initially believed that the series wasn't a standalone, but never surmised that the entire series was about Hunt and Tatum; assuming that other characters in this book got their story. I was shocked when going to get book 2 that there are nine different books for the same two characters. How much can you talk about how hot each of them are to each other and how great the sex is with these two characters to span nine novels. Overkill and sadly not a good marketing ploy.
This isn't "Outlander" that spans generations that goes back and forth from the present to the past with a huge list of characters; this is about two very successful business people who are sexually drawn to one another. Nine books x 300 plus pages at 6.99 each is allot of money for one story.
I liked book one and I liked the characters. The book was well written (accept for some obvious typos/editing issues) but overall was an entertaining read. There is no series that should be nine 300 plus page novels that is that good or is worth that kind of money.

Das soll nun das Ende sein?
In diesem Buch geht es um Titan, Hunt und Diesel den wir bereits aus dem letzten Buch kennenlernen durften. Hunt zeigt seine Dominanz gegenüber Titan und es gefällt ihr sogar, deswegen lässt Sie ihn auch gewähren… aber wird das von Dauer sein? Auch Gefühle kommen so langsam ins Spiel, so langsam kann sich auch Titan nicht mehr dagegen wehren. Aber Sie will ja schon bald heiraten nur nicht Hunt? Als wäre das nicht schon schlimm genug tauchen plötzlich alte Sachen von Titan auf und Sie weiß sich keine Erklärung dafür, bis Sie bei Hunt auf was stößt was aus dem Gleichgewicht bringt.
Die Spannung in diesem Teil nimmt einen sofort ein, denn man weiß gar nicht wer mit wem und überhaupt zu tun hat. Es sind eine Menge Leute dabei und diese muss man erstmal zuordnen können. Ich fand es äußert spannend wie die Geschichte nun enden soll, oder nicht? Für mich sieht es stark nach einem vierten Teil aus, denn es gibt ein offenes Ende, aber lasst euch selber überraschen!

Este libro me ha gustado menos que los anteriores. Entiendo la trama pero hay demasiadas escenas de sexo y demasiado similares. Diesel (vaya nombre ha elegido la autora) debería estar al mando pero, al final, es Tatum (este se lleva la palma) la que lleva la batuta. Aquí se explica por qué Tatum tiene un trato para casarse con Thorn pero no me convence. No veo motivos suficientes para hacer un acuerdo con alguien de ese tipo y casarte solo por un buen nivel de vida y buena publicidad.
Ambos van diciendo terreno hasta que llega el momento inevitable pero claro, si hay más libros hay que enredar la trama y el libro acaba en cliffhanger. Me imagino por dónde van los tiros...
Mucho sexo, mismas conversaciones y más de lo mismo. Veré cómo va el siguiente y si algo nuevo, distinto a lo que ofrecen los anteriores. Por cierto, me parece horrible que la protagonista no coma y solo beba para estar delgada. Menudo mensaje...

How many times can I say that this author writes a fantastic story? I absolutely hate serials but will break my rule on reading them for a few select authors (one of which is Victoria Quinn). This awesome character driven story keeps you so engrossed that the segment is over before you know and leaving you wanting more. The inner struggle for Titan and Hunt to actually face their feelings as they draw closer to the end of their arrangement is really showcased. I totally love the banter between Titan and Thorn and really cannot wait until he gets his story told.
Freakin' hell! Just when you think everything is falling into place for Titan and Hunt - BOOM - big huge monkey wrench gets thrown into the works. This part ends with a gigantic stumbling block thrown their way by a hidden enemy, thus leaving you thirsting for more. Part 4 is a week away and the wait is going to be an agony.

La sensazione che l’autrice abbia voluto inserire un po’ di scene di sesso come riempitivo (peraltro, a differenza dei primi due volumi, un po’ ripetitive) è stata piuttosto fastidiosa, e l’appiglio su cui si è basato il cliffhanger finale mi ha dato la conferma di questa volontà di allungare un brodo destinato a ribollire ancora per molto.
Durante il periodo di dominazione di Hunt, Titan lascia il posto a Tatum, nel senso che la donna d’acciaio si sgretola e finisce per lasciare definitivamente il posto a quella più fragile e insicura. In certe scene, e per certe scelte, ho trovato eccessiva questa doppiezza, questo crollo di personalità di punto in bianco.
Quello che dovete aspettarvi da questo capitolo, comunque, sono alcuni colpi di scena e passione. Tanto romanticismo, speranze che a tratti paiono realizzarsi, e imprevisti che vi faranno sospirare.

My jaw is to the floor!!!!! 😮 Who the heck did it???? Major cliffhanger that broke my heart. When I was reading this book, although i was smiling and happy, I seemed to always be waiting for the other shoe to drop. And when it did, I still wasn't ready. Why Victoria? lol Is it the jealous friend? The scorned businessman? The vindictive dad/brother? Jealous friends? I don't know but I'm heartbroken. I can't wait for Boss Woman! I hope Tatum don't move from words people spit in her ear and research before she lose everything she ever wanted. I hope I'm wrong with who i think did it. I can't see the bestie being that jealous.

I can’t even begin. The ending stole my breath. Ugh...poor Titan. This book dove deeper into Hunt and Titan’s agreement. Hunt was in charge now. And Titan was loving it. I loved witnessing their growing trust and affection. I loved seeing how Titan slowly opened her heart. It’s is such a wonderful ride to witness. And the all consuming secret, wow. Everything will make sense once you read this. And the steam factor as always is off the charts. Victoria Quinn never disappoints. I voluntarily read an advanced reader copy.

OMG can we talk about that ending!!! I'm loving the angst between Hunt and Titan but at the same time they both make me want to pull my hair out. This emotional rollercoaster they have me on is driving me crazy I must confess I love witnessing their growing trust and affection change into something more. It's great to see Titan slowly opening her heart up to Hunt. Overall enjoyable and entertaining read I'll be anxiously the for the next book in the series. Oh wow Victoria Quinn what are you doing to me. Boss Love picks up From Biss Man and my goodness you go through every emotion twist turns. My heart is still hammering now.
I could not put this book down, Boss Woman can not come out soon enough. The ending, I want more and Victoria certainly knows how to leave you in suspense. Absolutely brilliant series and is just getting better and better as the story develops.
I feel like I have been on a rollercoaster and I’m not ready to get of just yet.

An emotional journey of letting go and finding something you never thought you would get, only to have it ripped away and destroyed. Titan and Hunt are playing by his rules this time and the relationship changes from just sex to an emotional connection. But when Titan’s baggage comes to light will it be the end of opening her heart or will she revert back to her old routine with Thorn? With a heart wrenching plot and characters that the reader cannot help but fall in love with this is a must read. I cannot wait for more in this series.

Wow! Just Wow! Finally Hunt -- now Diesel -- gets his turn at being in charge. Titan -- now Tatum -- has to relinquish control.. She has to get over her issues... We learn the backstory. Diesel now knows... He and Tatum are closer now... The story line is excellent. Well-written. Even Thorn is less of a thorn near the end... LOL.. (pun intended!) As a reader in this book, you feel all of the emotions, love, sadness, fear, and in the end -- anger! Why???!!! Who??!!! Like Hunt -- I want blood... But I have an idea who... if you think back...
