I had started over and made a great life for myself. Then Logan walked back into my life, but he didn't recognize me. He had walked away ten years ago and devastated me. Now I would get my revenge and make him pay for hurting me. Who says that revenge can't be fun? He's still the same cocky guy I knew, but he's also sweet and that made me question how long I could hold out for. I planned to thoroughly enjoy my time with Logan before I destroyed his life. I just hoped the cost wouldn't be too high.
I've lived my life the way I wanted to, not answering to anyone else. The result was friends that don't have a very high opinion of me and a lonely life that I started to wish included someone who truly cared for me. Cece was the hottest thing I'd ever seen and the moment I had her, I knew she was not just someone that would pass through my life. My attraction to her didn't dim, even when she left me tied to a bed. Her spirit and spunky attitude didn't push me away no matter how hard she tried, but I began to question if I could truly bring this woman around or if she would be the one to tear my world apart.

Logan is the type of guy who never wants to settle down. A typical manwhore. When he was young he had a nice girlfriend he maybe could have loved but she was too young, naive, inexperienced and clingy. So he ended it with Cecilia and hasn’t looked back since.
Cecilia was devastated when her first love Logan dumped her by telling her she was too childish and needed to be more of a woman. She changed everything about herself including her name she goes by CeCe now and even her last name changed when her parents divorced and she couldn’t stand her cheating fathers name. She works out, wears hot clothes, makeup has a great job and never sleeps with the same guy more than once.
When she sees Logan again and he doesn’t recognize her but wants her, she sees the perfect opportunity for a little revenge. This book is fun and hot and she really sticks it to him. But she falls for him too so there are some unexpected happenings on the way to the HEA.

So, I thought that maybe after liking the second book in this series more than the first that whatever issues I had with this series were over. Unfortunately, this was not the case for Logan. I wonder if me and the author’s writing style just do not mesh and that could very well be the issue. I don’t like writing negative reviews and I try to be respectful always when I do have to. For me I just struggled throughout the entire book. I am not going to sit here and do a long drawn out review nitpicking the book, so I am just going to end this with as always form your own opinion, what didn’t work for me may work for you.
This sounded like such an interesting book. Boy loves girl, girl loves boy, boy decides she’s too clingy and inexperienced in bed so breaks her heart in the process of breaking up the relationship. Ten years later we find that the girl has changed everything about herself because of the cruel things he told her. She's decided she isn’t getting hurt like that ever again. But…life’s a funny old dog and he comes back into her life and comes on to her…without recognizing her from ten years previous. Pretty interesting premise with lots of promise of sweet…and maybe not so sweet…revenge.
Unfortunately, the story did not live up to that promise. It’s one more story of the girl being in the wrong again, of a guy who can be an obnoxious jerk whose life is filled with one-night-stands and yet when a woman engages in these same activities, she is less than dirt. In this entire book, the so-called hero, Logan, skirts around the issue of his incredibly bad behavior ten years prior to their new meet-up; he never gets how damaged she was at his hands. She was fragile, he was her first lover, and he behaved abominably. Cece, our so-called heroine, certainly goes over the top in her quest for revenge and behaves atrociously as well. The two, as one of the secondary characters notes, are toxic together. They truly are.
In the end, Cece does the right thing for her transgressions, which are fierce. She loses everything: her career, her self-esteem, her reputation, her friends (but for one, Vira), and even her mother. Sidebar here: what on earth was going on with Cece’s mother? The woman was cheated on by her husband, Cece’s father, and yet had the audacity to cast stones at Cece who is in severe emotional distress. I do not get it because the behavior of Cece’s mom makes no sense whatsoever, within the structure of this story.
The epilog is unbelievable: it’s as if a magic wand is waved over the entire story and everything is hunky dory. It’s too settled for the circular, labyrinthian course in revenge this story has led us on. Even the mother sees the light and her bad behavior is never mentioned, let alone questioned. While I love happy endings, I also believe they need to be earned. This story was about a bunch of people intermingling with the backdrops – there was even a staged kidnapping that was just as head-shakingly unbelievable as the rest of the story, so I guess it fit in well. Based on the book’s premises and storylines, these two protagonists really are toxic to each other – lots and lots of sex, but little else. Here, a fast sexual encounter against a wall in a club leads to true love forever and ever. Nope, not buying it. Two toxic personalities marry and make babies and live happily ever after. Nope. Ditto – not buying it.
Finally, this is part of a “Love of a Good Woman” series, but I have to wonder, where is the good woman here? Cece did terrible things that were downright evil. Logan is a clueless jerk who never really grew up. The story at times droned on; even the sex became dull and tainted. This story could have been so much more. Unfortunately, it did not live up to its potential. Revenge can be sweet, but it doesn’t have to be mean nor sordid. It could have been erotic and even humorous; instead, it was profane and heartless.
Jesus! This series keeps getting hotter and more intense with each book that I read! Logan and Cece have a past, not a pretty one and its been years since they've both seen each other but let me tell you something guys... sometimes time doesn't heal it all and in this story you'll get to read how it can affect a person so much that, that person is not the same as before and that's what happened to Cece... NO SPOILERS ABOUT THAT!
But, I will admit there were situations/moments where I wanted to strangle Cece but at the end, she realized her mistakes and the love she bore for Logan and did the ultimate sacrifice for him... Now, Logan did have a hand on how Cece became the person she was, maybe some of you won't agree with that but oh well, it is what it is so there you have it. Sometimes a person can make a mistake that can affect another person's life and change them and sometimes it really isn't for the better and that's exactly what happens in this story. Young people, immature decisions and years passing by, the rage, hurt and pain festering can lead you to making drastic changes and bad made decisions... If now you'll intrigued because of what I've been saying, then go ahead and check out the third book of the series, "For The Of A Good Woman" and see how these two despite the pain, the years that have passed by, the rage, the miscommunications, the bad decisions, their heart know that they're the one for each other and within that realization comes regret, revelations, true feelings revealed, some more pain and hurt, forgiveness but above all else, love ❤
First time leaving less than 3 star. This heroine is awful. In revenge for a relationship that over a decade ago. She causes water damage a that goes on for a whole day. She has cops arrest and harrass him. She has him attacked in a biker bar. She then is almost raped then rather than let him help her. She goes to a bar and bring home 2 guys. He asks her not to sleep with them but she tells him to leave. I can't read to see what else she does to him. This is supposed to be a love story.
It's official. I'm doomed. Doomed I tell y'all. Wanna know why? Because my TBR keeps getting bigger and bigger. That's why... But I wouldn't change a thing. I'm loving this. The perks of having several books from the same series is that once you end one you can just grab the next and start it. This had been happening to me with this author. Book after book is being devoured by me. And guess what? I'm loving it. Do you know Giulia Lagomarsino? If you do you know why I'm this excited but if you don't you need to. Asap. Her writing is intense and will hook you up. Logan it's the third book from For the Love Of A Good Woman series and jeez... This book tells the stories of Logan and Cece. Logan is one of the guys, cocky and a womanizer. But sometimes this life can be exhausting and when you think you are ready to settle down... Cece left her hometown after the love of her life broke her heart. Now, after 10 years she's back and guess what? He doesn't remember her but she hadn't forgotten about him... Let me just say that I read this book in one setting. I needed to know more and more. There were parts of the story that I wanted to hit someone, but really hard because I was getting mad. Do you know when you pass a car crash and you know you can't look but your curiosity is stronger? Well that was me. I wanted to know but I was getting so frustrated. Jeez... These two are so freaking stubborn. The plot is well written, super engaging, with some ups and downs... The hot stuff was off charts and Dayum... This book presented us with revenge, hate, crime, deceive, but also love, second chances and friendship. Now I'm gonna take a break to absorve all this and then it's go time. Giulia... What can I say? I was mad at you but then you redeemed yourself... Lol Now I'm starting Drew's story... So many questions that need answers... I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
Revenge may be a dish best served cold...but will it all explode in her face and cost her everything she really needs in the end
*** 3 1/2 Stars *** Logan is the third book in the For The Love Of A Good Woman series. The story is about Cecelia "CeCe" and Logan who were together for a time when they were teenagers. But after being intimate, with CeCe giving Logan her V-card, he broke up with her. It is now ten years later and he has always regretted what he did as she was the only woman he has ever really loved. For CeCe her heart was broken into a million tiny pieces when Logan walked away from her. It took years to glue herself back together but she has still not really ever gotten over it. Over the years CeCe has changed just about everything about herself fueled by what he had said, that she was not woman enough for him. When she moves back to her hometown and their paths cross Logan does not recognize CeCe as the same young woman who still owns his heart. CeCe decides that revenge is needed and goes about getting it...but will it all backfire when he begins to really fall for her and shows her just how much she means to him.
For me this story was a mix. There were parts that I quite enjoyed but others that just did not fit for me. i also did not really like that CeCe was so bent on revenge that she was willing to blow everything up, including her own potential happiness. Logan may have been a Class A jerk when he was younger with what he said to her but that was a long time ago and he has definitely matured since then. I found myself wanting to shake CeCe more than a few times and tell her to grow up and get some counseling, and stop trying to get revenge when it really was not warranted, at least to me.
I received a copy of this book and am leaving my honest review. My opinions are all my own.
This is Logan's story , we meet him in Jack and Cole's stories He is the manwhore of the group but now we find out why. Logan hurt the one woman who he loved when he was younger and said things that he never should have said and now all he has is a different woman all the time. Cece was thrown away by Logan years ago tearing her heart out and it made her change everything about herself. Now she is back in town and she is going to get revenge , funny thing about revenge it really never accomplishes what it is supposed to and ends up hurting a lot more than helping
Excellent, we go through all the emotions from drama to humor Hurt in her pride and her heart broken by Logan a few years ago, Cecelia decides to take revenge on Logan when he does not recognize her now that she not a girl anymore, but a woman. She seduces him, manipulates him and ridicules him, while letting him approach her again. The story is unpredictable, very humorous, steamy, but it also has more dramatic, more moving parts. We are going through a real emotional roller coaster. I loved the story and the characters. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book
Cecelia and Logan... HOLY S*** can she hold a grudge and her friend definitely doesn’t help the situation. WOW!! I had to stop reading a few times, but it’s a good book. Will they get a happy ending after all? I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
This book left a bad taste in my mouth. Ugh. If I could leave 1/2 star or 0 stars, I would! The H & h were not likeable. Cece was terrible! She and her friend Vira carried out all kinds of mean (and sometimes criminal) actions against Logan. She didn’t seem to care that her actions could end his company & put many people out of work. Logan was a horn dog and Cece wasn’t any better.
Her beef? Ten years before, they dated & he broke up with her. She badly wanted revenge. This was stupid. It was ten years!! My gosh, get over it and grow up.
And then, when she was mad at him & took home two strangers to have sex with all night, with him listening outside her apartment door, it was too much. No where in any of their multiple encounters with each other or other people, was there a mention of birth control or disease protection. She didn’t know those two men from Adam—they could have been axe murderers or walking STDs!
I’ve read some of the books in this series, but it’s doubtful I will read ‘Sean’ because it will have Vira in it and she is vile. If you read ‘Logan’, good luck. Have the Dramamine handy.
The revenge romance trope was a first me and honestly? I struggled with this one. For me I found the actions of this book to be very juvenile and spent most of the book wishing that the heroine would just grow up and for those reason I couldn’t connect with the story. I also struggled with supposed redemption of Cece it felt very ‘woe is me’ and I didn’t like her any more come the end of the book. I did finish it however and for me the saving grace was Logan. I liked him as a character and thought he was very caring and compassionate; he didn’t deserve what was done to him at all. As always with Giulia’s work this was well written and paced, there was some humour and some hot scenes, but unfortunately this just wasn’t one for me.
This book nearly turned into a DNF so many times. I wanted to finish it because I liked the previous 2 books in the series. The only way I could finish the book is by reading a few pages at a time, and speed reading. Everytime I thought it couldn't get worse, it did. Both cece and logan were not likeable characters, cece friend vira wasn't likeable either. I've read a lot of books in my time and even though I have a few DNF books, this has to be the worst book I've ever read. I will however carry on to the next book in the series.
I was disappointed that the female lead went to such levels so much later in life. It made both leads so weak and immature. There is nothing romantic about STDs. Safe sex is romantic.
I don't normally write anything, but I had to. Come on, in what possible way could we care about cece. Couldn't stand her from start to finish. Not what I would expect this to go. In fairness I read Reeds security first and thought I'd go back. wrong . so far not liking this series
Revenge is a dish best served cold? I couldn’t wait to read Logan after reading Cole. It piqued my interest on the character that we have come to know through the first two books. Logan is the third in this series, but can technically be read as a stand-alone. If you want to understand what is going on with the other characters, then you will want to read the first two books first. This book has revenge, romance, heat, and heart break. The plot of this book is unique from the others. I think that is what I like most about this series. The characters are connected, but each character really had their own story. Each book is different than the last. We met Logan in Jack and continued to get to know him in Cole. He obviously had something going on with Cece, but we are unsure what exactly by the time Cole ends. This book picks up a bit before the stuff going on in Cole. It gives us a good view of Logan and this new character, Cece. I really liked Logan. He seemed a little bit like a playboy, but it was obvious that he was willing to change for the right woman. He had a lot of redeemable qualities. Then you have Cece. I will be honest, at times I did not like her. I thought some of the things she did was a little immature and borderline psycho. With that being said, I grew to like her even through these actions. I found that the same actions I hated actually made her who she needed to be by the end of the story. The heat in this book was on point. The characters had chemistry from the very beginning. I really liked how their past threw a wrench in things, but did not affect the heat. Pure attraction and chemistry knows no bounds. Hatred and heartbreak cannot touch it. I like that this story showed how true that it is. I really liked the writing style in this book. The story is told from a dual point of view so we really get to know each character. This was important because had it been told from one point of view, we would not have all the information needed. I liked that this book also overlapped with Cole’s book. We were able to see an event that happened in both books, but from different point of views. The pace of this book is steady. I really enjoyed it. Overall, this is a great book. So far, I am loving this series. I cannot wait to get started on the next book. I would recommend this series to others. I would also recommend the author. I am really loving the way she writes and the characters she creates. She has created a world I want to get lost in. Ratings: Plot: 5/5 Characters: 5/5 Heat: 5/5 Writing Style: 5/5 Overall: 5/5
So … book three of the For the Love of a Good Woman series, and this is so far my least fav. Cece has moved back to town. With a new attitude, new style, and overall just a different person than the one that left heartbroken ten years ago. Logan had crushed her heart, and what he said to her as he was doing it is something that Cece will never forget, hence the lifestyle change. Logan is now a grown up, who admits that he has made mistakes in the past, but who hasn't. When he sees Cece on the dance floor he has no clue who she is he just knows that he wants her. For Cece this is a chance, an opportunity to get the revenge she has always craved... but will she regret her actions later on?
I'm just going to come out and say it... there is no way that he wouldn't recognize who she is, it wasn't like they had a one night stand, they were in love. He thought about her often and regretted what he had done, there is no way he wouldn't be able to realize who she was. I went through all the scenarios, and the only possible way was if she was really, really overweight and lost it all (not the case) or she had her face reconstructed. This wasn't just a few minutes that he didn't recognize her, this was until she told him, over halfway through the book… WTH? I found myself really hating Cece, and by the end of the book I really didn't even want them to be together. Cece is a level of crazy that no one needs in their lives. I felt bad for Logan pretty much the whole book, if I had been his friend I would have warned him away. The author did give us a good story, and even with my intense dislike of Cece, I had to know what happened next. Lots of drama, some really amazing crazy naughty times, that dash of danger, I give this 3 stars.
This book was very hard for me to review, as my feelings are very conflicted. We have Logan, who has a past littered with broken hearts when it comes to women, as he hasn't treated them well at all, especially when it came to his first love, CeCe. Then there's CeCe, who has been bitter for a long time about how Logan broke her heart, and yeah, he was terrible to her, especially since he can justify his behavior with the excuse that he was young. Now, she's going to have her revenge, and where some of it I was on board with, there came a point where I wasn't so much on her side. But then there's the whole he didn't even recognize her either, and that's why he had some of it coming. By the time I was on his side, he goes & wrecks it again, and then she gets even worse, so this is where it gets complicated for me. At this point, they deserve to be choked out, because I'm straight up pissed at both for all the mean game playing. And yet, I couldn't put it down, because I needed to see if either and/or both ever grew up. In the midst of all the immature game playing, a few twists came out of nowhere, so at this point, I'm dropping f-bombs in between all the colorful metaphor name calling. And with all of my extreme feelings out to play is why I gave this story the perfect rating, because the brilliant Giulia Lagomarsino had me feeling like I was a spectator/secondary in the story, and I was completely invested. So anyway, I CANNOT WAIT for more in this very original series, and I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Lets see, upon reading what Logan said to CeCe when breaking up with him I felt angry towards him. How dare he shatter her like that? Had me thinking, of course, men suck. Theyre assholes and inconsiderate. Then after their first encounter and her plan of action to get back at him, I was reading Logans point of view and right away I became angry at CeCe and didn't like her character. I was fully routing for Logan in everyway! There were times I felt like screaming at them because they were being immature, but ladies and gentleman reading this. we can relate to those times we've jumped to conclusions or the lack of communication created a dent in the progress made in the relationship. so, of course I then started routing for them both. But just when you think its just a revenge romance book, that touch of thrill comes in and has you absolutely glued with anticipation of what's to come! Sometimes I even found myself skimming to try to get a point of action....I had to stop myself multiple times. hehehe.
anyways. awesome book. I enjoyed it but it did take me longer to read than the first two because I felt those were a little more action packed. but wonderful book none the less... again, definitely recommend Giulias books to anyone who wants a little bit of erotic reading, romance, comedy, and thrills all jammed packed into one book at a time. Gets you "excited" in more than one way and that's exactly what I want in a book. Especially the erotic parts. hahah
Although I really liked the first two books, this one just didn’t do it for me. This couple seemed to have nothing in common other than great sex. All the fucking in public was a turn-off for me. No exhibitionism in my DNA.
You could get whiplash following their on again/off again relationship.
Cece is in her late twenties or early thirties. She’s alienated from her father and isn’t close to her brother or sister. She has exactly one friend even after returning to where she grew up. Doesn’t that scream of someone who is incapable of having healthy relationships?
Sean at one point said she and Logan were toxic for each other and yet Logan's buddies insisted that he done her wrong and should reconcile. I’m not sure if Sean was in on that intervention or not.
In the beginning of this book, Cece has just moved back after living in Philadelphia. Now, I don’t think these books ever specify where these people live but it’s obvious that Cece has moved away before. Why does Vira throw a hissy fit about Cece moving to Nebraska?*
The HEA was pretty unbelievable. Three kids in five years? At least three of those years would have included her being pregnant and then postpartum. Where did she find the energy to then take on a job working with horses? And still going out clubbing with her bestie? I don’t think so. Color me meh.
*I found out in the next book that the town where they live is about an hour from Pittsburgh so Cece apparently hadn’t moved too far from home.

Wow.. this book put me through so many emotions that I was legit sobbing my eyes out by the end of it. When an author makes you both hate the main character and make you feel so incredibly sorry for her that totally makes them a great writer in my book.
Logan was a revenge to romance novel that only got better as the chapters went on and that truly gave meaning to the saying that “Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned”. I truly believed that both Logan and Cecilia were so toxic for each other that there was no way that they would be able to work things out. This girl went from hating the man who had destroyed her confidence 10 years ago to wanting revenge to falling in love with him only to want revenge against him again because these two were seriously so bad at communicating.
BUT just how it was sooo easy to destroy one another; I mean she did lose her job over this man just to set everything back in order after she tried to ruin his life.. it was also so easy for them to come together again and realize that they were IT for each other. Because through all the craziness there was nothing that either of them could do that wouldn’t end with them being together.
LOVED this book and after my eyes have recovered from all the sobbing.. I will definitely look into the rest of this author’s works!
This is an exciting action packed suspense filled second chance romance story.Logan is a successful business partner with Ryan and they are trying to make it a huge success.Logan is tired of his friends thinking of him as a screw up an a male slut. He used to be not long ago but he really wants to find someone to settle down with an start a family. One night he stopped in to the pub to have a drink when two women enter the club an make their way to the bar for a drink he only has eyes for one she's the most beautiful woman he's ever seen.Cece and her roommate Vira came out to blow off some steam dancing and having a few drinks .Cece knows her friend will find someone to take home .When Cece sees Logan she almost had a panic attack. Her friend asks if that's him an she says yes he's the one that broke her heart and crushed her spirit. Now ten years later she may get her chance at revenge. When Logan introduces himself and drags her in the dance floor. After dancing a couple of songs she feels someone behind her an knows it's time to turn Logan on even more.So Cece an Vira start dancing together touching each other and kissing each other suggestively. After the song ends Logan drags Cece into a dark hallway he kisses the life out of her.
This book disappointed me in so many ways. CeCe fell for Logan many years ago, but she was a naive kid. Logan was no better. She was ready to build a life with him but he wanted to explore other relationships so he broke it off. Yes in a pretty shitty way but as I said immature. Ten years later they run into each other but Logan doesn't recognize her. She decides to lead him on an exact a bit a revenge on him. What it comes down to they fall for each other but CeCe has put her revenge in place and now she has to suffer the consequences of what she has done. CeCe picks up a stalker who almost rapes her and when Logan tries to take care of her she wants more and when he refuses she storms out and ends up picking up 2 guys at a bar and sleeps with them. For Logan to forgive her for everything she did just didn't cut it for me. She tried to ruin more than just him. I don't find it believable that his friends were rooting for her. She was a vindictive bitch and didn't deserve forgiveness. Logan just turned into a bitch. For me they were both unlikable characters.
Book three, there is a lot of time jumping each book moves forward at the end years pass. But next book goes back and shows you another character and there journey (I did wonder who Cece and Vira was in last book when Alex was working behind bar) this book goes back before the fire in bar but that seen is in this book from Logan and Cece POV.
This author has made it complex with time travel back for each book showing new martial along side other events already been told. In truth not my favourite style of telling but if you like to read a series again this would be a good one because you will notice things set up for future books people in place for there story to be told.makes it fun to re-read and you are it all come together it is interesting to see. (Its also fun to notice things before they make sense in next book, then your like oh cool that makes sense), Always a interesting read from this author (but not a fan of book one poor Jack sorry but story was to slow in telling for me)
Logan is a story about revenge. Logan & Cece were high school sweethearts, until Logan wanted something else. Irreparably hurt, Cece reinvents herself & learns how to have no-strings fun, courtesy of her friend Vira. Logan doesn’t recognise the new Cece when they meet as adults, and Cece plans to get her revenge. What I liked about this story-the characters are similar to each other, yet more mature & understanding of each other. As much as Cece was impacted by Logan's words for so long, she is able to move forward & look after her own needs. Logan is more understanding & caring than blaming of her choices. It’s a difficult place they're in, with more than just their relationship as an issue-there's a huge element of danger, too. The story held my attention & kept me reading far longer than I intended. Loved catching up with Logan's group of friends & their partners.
I received a copy of this book. My honest opinion is voluntarily provided.
4.75 stars This is the third book in the For The Love of a Good Woman series and it is one intense look at the lengths a person will go to get what she thinks she is due. Cecilia fell in love with Logan but he did not feel the same and they split on less than amicable terms. Fast forward a few years, Cecilia is a new woman with an amazing job and killer looks that would have any man salivating and that is exactly what she attracts when Logan enters her life again accidentally. What follows is a methodical plan designed to stick it to Logan without care as to who gets hurt. Once again, Ms. Lagomarsino has written a storyline that runs the gamut of emotions and I can say that I really did not like Cecilia and what she cooked up with her best friend and was glad to see how it all worked out at the end. I cannot wait to go back and read the rest of the books in this series. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
There were some scenes that were really drama worthy but overall this couple was toxic. He is a manwhore who treated his then virgin girlfriend like trash and broke up with her and she had to change her personality and lifestyle to "match" his expectations. Her best friend btw is the absolute whore (and I hate her as well in Sean's book) and she helped in shaping her new persone
If I understand correctly there is absolutely no safe sex. They meet up after 10.years he doesn't recognize her and he takes her against the wall in the bar. But in every encounter there is no mention of protection.
Once he realizes who is she is, he apologizes for his behavior back then but I can't label it as grovelling.
During the 3rd act breakup, it is mentioned that he sleeps with other women that of course are not as good as her but then it is never discussed again or the topic isn't brought up between them.
In the end they get their HEA and everything is perfect.... Too fast too sweet.

This is the 3rd book in this series, and my word, each story seems to get more and more intense. Cece and Logan have a past, and after 10 years without seeing each other, the feelings have been festering, and brewing to come to the surface. Firstly, let me just say that I was questioning Cece’s sanity through this story, and the grudge she held against Logan! Cece was left heartbroken by Logan, and in my opinion, I felt that he played a large part of the responsibility for the woman she had become. Cece did redeem herself though, and Logan proved that he could change with the love of a good woman. This is a well written story, and is filled with revenge, romance, and is a steamy read. I was intrigued and hooked throughout this unique storyline, and look forward to reading more in this series!
A great story of how revenge distorts a person until they go too far. Logan had broken Cecelia's heart when he had dumped her ten years ago. Newly moved back to town Cece goes out with her friend and flatmate Vira to a club and encounters Logan who fails to recognize her but they have in intimate moment before she leaves the club. The girls come up with the idea of messing with him a bit as revenge for ten years ago and starts by going back to his place and when he was asleep she tries him to the bed while she has a look around finding and pocketing the spare front door key then the next morning leaving him tied up for his friend to find. Then she acquires a stalker. A romance with a touch of warning to relax and enjoy.
