Practical AWS networking is good at showing scenario by scenario what you can read and follow by the AWS documentation.

The book follows the pattern of not explaining what the different AWS "services" are and instead just jumping into how to use them, which is not a bad thing. It's exactly what the **Practical** part implies.

However it's a low-value addition to what you already have available to you as free information.
It adds screenshots and shows you picture by picture, step by step AWS UI clicking scenarios.

The only point where I felt the book adds some author knowledge is chapter "Common problems and solutions".

It's too basic. Unless you've never heard of AWS, it may be a decent read. But, overall, it's not what I was looking for.
