This is a different kind of MFM story. Lucas and Mason are best friends, so much so that they share everything including women. So when they meet Penny and have some fun with her they find a great friend and sexual partner. Penny has a great time with both of them but feels a pull with only one of them. So what happens when two men feel the need to share everything but the lady in question only wants one?
This is a wonderful MFM story that takes you on a wonderful journey. I voluntarily read an advance reader copy for my honest review.

DEFINATELY NOT WHAT I EXPECTED AND THAT'S A GOOD THING!!!
This book didn't hold anything back it started off dragging you right into the story of Penny, Mason, and Lucas and it took me places I wasn't expecting for it to go. I don't want to go into much detail because you need to buy this book!!!! It definitely isn't like any MMF book I've ever read before.
After meeting up at a bar Penny, Mason, and Lucas have unbelievable sexual chemistry. What happens though when the rules that go into a threesome are now all thrown upside down? It can threaten do many things I mean really isn't that what the rules are for? As long as everyone follows the rules then everything is ok right? But the rules didn't get followed and now everything is messed up and everyone is suffering. Can these three work something out or is all this going to blow up in their faces?
This book definitely packs in the heat and the intensity is felt between the characters it literally jump off the pages at you. Make sure when you start reading you won't be interrupted because I couldn't put this book down!!!

Mason and Lucas have been friends since childhood and have made a pact to share everything. Housing Work and Women. Penny after leaving a three year relationship decides to focus on get her nursing career. Penny heads to a bar to get a break from studying, Mason introduces himself and invites Penny to join Lucas and himself playing pool. The chemistry is off the charts. Mason and Lucas can't keep there hands to themselves. It doesn't take long before Mason and Lucas have talked her into going back to there house. Penny can't believe what she has said yes to, however what she feels with these two men is earth shattering. Hearts are broken friendships tested and life gets in the way. Penny knows that the sharing can't continue. She tells Mason Only You. Everthing crumbles before it get can be rebuild. Excellent storyline real life situations.captivating story line.

It was an ok read . There are like 3 scenes in the book where all the 3 characters were together. Sometimes, especially during the middle chapters, I felt that I am not reading a mfm novel. Anyway, I realized it is not my genre. It was a light read but I don’t support the sharing. Probably won’t be reading in the future this kind of books.

Mason gets a call that his father is having mini strokes so he rushes home. At the hospital Mason sees Penny. Both confess they have missed the other. I am not one to really enjoy MFM and this one does have a bunch but I really like this author so I thought I would give it a chance. While I wish we had more of just MF the scenes with all 3 were pretty HOT and all seemed to really enjoy themselves. But taking out the sex aspect, one person can change everything. Mason and Lucas find this out when Penny comes along. She is different then all the other girls they share and yet what happens when she wants to be in a relationship with just ONE of them but they always share. We get to navigate this journey through Mason and Penny's eyes and see how things play out. Lucas and Mason are very different and we get that really early on, so it is no wonder we see things through Mason instead of Lucas.
Mason was used to sharing everything, but what happens when he is now jealous of his best friend Lucas. Ruining everything? You can't help who or when you fall in love with, and Mason can't have EVERYTHING or so he thinks.
Penny is wild and yet the sweetest person ever. I love that she looks after Mason's dad while he is away. She has that caring side and I can see how at some point she would develop feelings for just one of the guys and have a hard time being with both at once. I was surprised at how easily she feel into bed with both guys though.
But this story does give you a nice beginning, middle and end and I liked that instead of seeing some of the details we hear about them when they go through the other person, it kindof kept a little mystery there and to me that added to the story.

I have read several of Vivian’s books and I tend to always enjoy them. This one was no different. This is the first time Vivian has co authored a book with someone and I think they did a fantastic job.
I haven’t read any books by Derek Masters yet but after reading this book that he wrote part of I definitely want to read more books by him.
I really enjoyed this book but I do have one “gripe” about it and I am just going to get that out of the way from the start. As you learn from the synopsis Mason and Lucas, who are best friends, share everything and yes that means women too. This just came off a little weird to me. I mean they never discuss how or why they came to share everything. I guess that’s my problem. They never discuss the why and I feel like I need to know the why to not think it’s so weird. I know that makes no since at all really but it’s really hard to explain.
Aside from that one “gripe” I freaking loved this book. The connection between Penny and Mason is so much stronger than Penny and Lucas’ connections and it just jumps off the page at you.
This book is hot and heavy but it also touches on real life issues plus that ending was perfect.
If you read this book you might want to have some tissues on hand because you are bound to shed a tear or two. Also this is definitely a book meant for adults only.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. This is an interesting love triangle between Penny, Mason and Lucas. Penny meets Mason and Lucas one night at a bar and she goes home with them, having a one night stand. Mason and Lucas are best friends and have shared women before, but they have never dated a woman separately after they shared her. While they are in town after working between different states, they want to continue seeing Penny. One night they invite Penny over, but Lucas decides to go to a party leaving Mason alone with Penny. Mason and Penny have a great connection and they want to continue seeing each other, and Penny even goes with Mason to visit his father in a nursing home. Soon, things between the three get complicated and feelings get involved, making their relationship hard. I really liked the story and thought Penny really loved the men, but she knew in her heart, only one was for her. Mason was a sweet guy who really wanted to be with Penny, but he also didn't want to hurt Lucas. Lucas just wanted everyone to be happy. I loved the relationship between Penny and Mason's father, she really loved spending time with him and caring for him. This was a really good story with great characters that I hated to see end. Great one.

Penny is a young woman who is just getting it of a bad relationship and headed back to college for nursing. After a long week she decides to head to the club to relax. Mason is a hot construction worker who is hanging with Lucas at the club Penny decides to go to. The guys all her to play pool and things blast off from there. As the story progresses Penny realizes she is developing feelings more for Mason than Lucas, because he is spending the time to get to know her. Mason introduces Penny you his ailing father, he gets happy when she's around, calling her his pretty Penny. Things get complicated when Mason realizes he is getting jealous of Penny with Lucas, but Penny wants to be with Mason, but will still do the mfm if that's what Mason wants. Afraid to break his pact with Lucas he breaks it off with Penny. Mason's dad takes a turn for the worse when he is out of town and ends up in the ICU where Penny is working. They reveal their true feelings and things might work out. Upon waking up Bill, Mason's dad, asks for Penny, then gets agitated when they say he can't go home. Penny truss to figure a way for it to happen and things end well. Must read to see what happens and who ends up with who.

Mason and Lucas have been friends since childhood and have always promised to share everything and I mean everything. Penny is getting out of a 3 yr relationship has decided to focus on her career ( nursing) Penny is out celebrating one night at a bar after enrolling in Nursing school where she meets Mason and Lucas. Things get hot and steamy between them super-fast and they end up having a one night stand which was smoking hot. From there, each of them has expectations where things will go. Mason and Lucas have different expectations, and while Mason wants to know Penny better, Lucas is all at first looking for the fun in this relationship and that’s it. As for Penny, from the beginning Penny feels something special for Mason, and he for her. There is a rollercoaster ride for all three in this MFM story. Will this end up with HEA for all or will this end with broken hearts? Make sure you have your tissues ready because yes, you will cry and you will laugh and you will ahh and ohhh over how these three navigate thru the relationship waters. My only wish was I wanted to see Lucas get more of an HEA in this story, for his seemed a bit incomplete.

This book was the first-time collaboration for Derek Masters and Vivian Ward and they didn’t miss a beat. Both are very skilled solo writers who didn’t hold back when they decided to come together creatively, it displays the level of talent these two writers possess.
This story begins with Penny when she starts her life over after she breaks up with her boyfriend after being with him for 3 years. She is living on her own and starting back in nursing school. She decides to go out and meets best friends Mason and Lucas. They believe in sharing everything…including women. They spend time together and the chemistry between them were off the charts. But how long can you follow the rules before feelings starts to blur the line? What happens when one isn’t content to keep following the rules, will a wedge threaten to break everything apart?
The characters were written with so much familiarity, you would think they were friends. You will run through the gambit of emotions with these characters and become emotionally vested with all the characters which might make you shed a tear or two. I fell in love with two characters in this book. I am hoping that Derek and Vivian will collaborate again on another book and one of the characters will have a cameo appearance.

This story is hot, sexy, and steamy! This book was well written with a blisteringly hot look into the private lives of those in a ménage (MFM). The collaboration between Vivian Ward and Derek Masters is amazing, and they didn't skip over the tough stuff, instead diving right in and letting us see the messy along with the awesome. From the very first page, I was spellbound by these fantastically described characters that you will find yourself falling in love with. I really enjoyed reading this book and the momentum of the story will keep you glued to the pages to find out how they doubled the heat. Lucas and Mason are best friends—best friends that share everything—including women, exception of bank accounts. Penny is attending nursing school, and when she meets Lucas and Mason sparks fly and some heavy flirtation ensues and the chemistry between them becomes very sultry—sex is off-the-chart hot! For two friends to share everything—including their women all the time—what happens when they no longer share and one falls in love? The scenes are well written, fast-paced and flow smoothly from one scene to the next. This story will pique your interest and draw you in from the beginning.

Only You is unlike any ménage book I’ve read and that’s not a bad thing. In the first collaboration between Vivian Ward and Derek Masters they’ve written a story that starts off with a bang. Mason and Lucas are best friends who share a very special bond. They work together and they play together. Penny is nursing student who is finally living life for herself after a long term relationship goes south.
Mason and Lucas meet Penny in a bar and decide to see if the incredible chemistry the three share can translate into something more. There are rules to follow but how far can you go without breaking a rule? What happens when one isn’t content to continue to play by the rules? Will everything blow up or will the chemistry keep them coming back for more?
While this has some really hot and spicy scenes it also has some very sweet and touching moments. This story will definitely take you through a gambit of emotions. The characters are so well written that not only will you fall in love with the main characters but you’ll be invested in the secondary characters too. I can only hope that this is the first of many books from these two amazing authors.

In the beginning I wasn’t sure how I felt, but I ended up loving the story. We follow Penny, she just got out of a relationship that kept her career goals on the back burner. To celebrate enrolling in Nursing school she goes out to a bar. At the bar, she ends up meeting two guys Lucas and Mason. Things heat up between them and they have a sexual adventure that Penny has never experienced. When Penny starts having real feelings for one of the guys things get complicated. She knows that she doesn’t want to ruin their friendship. I don’t want to spoil anything so I won’t go into much detail about later parts of the book. I must say though that there are some really sweet moments throughout this book, especially involving Mason’s father who suffered a stroke. My grandfather had to spend time in a nursing home for a Short period of time so I could definitely relate to the feelings of the characters in the story. I felt the authors were able to blend their writing seamlessly and I could really appreciate the effort it took to make things flow so well. Overall I would definitely recommend this book!

This hot ménage romance is definitely worth the read! Vivian Ward and Derek Masters have co-written a sizzling story that you won't want to put down until it's over.
After ending a relationship that was completely lacking excitement, Penny is beyond ready to move on and follow her dreams. However, she also intends on having a little fun in her life. She never expects one random night out will change everything.
Enter Mason and Lucas; Two hardworking best friends that share EVERYTHING. Lucas, the fun loving and carefree guy who goes from hookup to hookup and Mason, the sexy and attentive man just trying to do what's best for his father, have set their sights on Penny. They made a pact years ago though. The women they share are off limits for a relationship with either one.
But as things continue to heat up between their trio, can Penny move past her growing feelings for Mason? Will he ultimately be able to choose between his best friend and the girl he's fallen for?
While this book is full of unbelievable sexiness, it also carries a storyline of an amazing romance with a lot of heart. It is an absolute must read and I highly recommend you check it out.

This is a wonderful surprise love story and not What I expected. This is one hot MFM story with Lucas, Mason and Penny. Lucas and Mason have been best friends forever and made a pact that once they share a girl she can’t be claimed by just one of them. The guys travel in and out of town doing construction work for Lucas’s family business. One night while having drinks and playing pool they notice Penny sitting at the bar, alone. They approach her and get her to have a fun evening at the bar then at their house. They have this relationship for some time and once Penny developes true feelings for only one guy it gets real. Feelings get hurt and Penny walks away. A tradgey occurs and they are face to face for the first time in several months. Can Penny and the one she has theses feelings for move forward or will the pact keep them apart? This story has a very sweet side that will make this a special read. You’d never know that this was a first time collaboration between these two authors, because the writing was seamless.
I’m still pretty new to the ménage genre and haven’t read a ton of MFM books, but this one was nothing like the others I’ve read and a very pleasant surprise. It had me totally emotionally invested and to be honest I didn’t expect that going in.
Lucas and Mason have always shared everything, including women and the night they bring Penny home is no different. They have an explosive night together and normally that would be it, but at least two people of the trio can’t stop thinking about that incredible night.
Their sexual chemistry is off the charts and as a threesome they are super-hot, but feelings also start to develop, which complicates the long-time pact between best friends Mason and Lucas.
Will Penny be the first girl worth risking their friendship or will their pact come first? Can Penny settle with being in the trio if that’s the only way to spend time with the one man she’s starting to care for?

For a first time collaboration between Derek Masters and Vivian Ward, these two certainly did not miss a beat. Both are extremely skilled writers who brought everything they have to the table and made Only You unlike any other MFM menage romance out there today. The storyline revolves around two best friends, Mason and Lucas, and their pact to share everything, including women. When they meet Penny at a bar, there is an instant chemistry shared between the three. When feelings get involved, things change and rules are threatened to be broken. The characters are absolutely incredible and I fell in love with not just the main ones but the secondary ones as well. Only You will take you through a barrage of emotions, you may even shed a tear or two, but will leave you completely satisfied in the end. I highly recommend this fantastic 5+++ star read today and look forward to more co-written books by Derek Masters and Vivian Ward.

I loved this collaboration between Vivian Ward and Derek Masters and hope they team up to write more together. This was a little different for a Vivian story as I am used to reading about couples already together from her but in no way did that detract from this book for me. I loved the plotline and how things ended up here (don't want to spoil anything). The passion and heat were off the charts and more importantly the emotions didn't feel manufactured to me. Loved it! I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book.

This is one menage that I absolutely loved. It's a real sweet story. Penny was in a 3 yr relationship that wasn't going anywhere. Now she's back in college to be a nurse. After studying alot she wants to go out and have fun. She meets Mason and Lucas at a bar. After closing the bar she goes home with them. Mason and Lucas are best friends and they share everything including girls. Penny spends alot of time with Mason while Lucas is a partner. She enjoys time with both but thats not what she wants. She wants Mason. After telling him he tells her that won't happen because him and Lucas have a pact. Penny leaves and they are both miserable. This is a must read to find out if they can be exclusive or is being with both the only way she can have Mason.

This was such a fantastic story. I really fell in love with each character, and the emotional parts were just as good as the hot AF ones.
It was very hard not swapping myself with Penny. I mean, come one...Mason and Lucas are so sexy and who wouldn't want to be shared with them?

I'm not going to say anything here about the actual story, other than to say I loved Mason, Lucas and Penny as they were just such wonderful "people" that came "alive" thanks to the brilliant writing of Vivian Ward who is on my favourite author's list and Derek Masters, whom I haven't read before but will look for his books now. this book is quite unique in such a way that it makes it stand out from the crowd because when we "hear" Penny's POV it is written by Vivian and when we "hear" Mason's POV it is written by Derek. SO the male POVs are really written by a male voice and come across so much better. If I could give more than 5 stars I would as it is just so good. get this whilst you can and I don't think that you will regret it. Read using KU

This was a sizzling hot and amazing story about friendship, rules and love. Penny's decided it's time for to get out there and put some excitement into her life. She meets Lucas and Mason, who are best friends, at a local bar, and they all decide to spend a night together. The steam and the sexual chemistry between this trio was so hot! But Mason and Lucas have different expectations, and while Mason wants to know Penny better, Lucas is still itching for some fun, at least that's what he thinks he wants. What happens when their priorities change and they decide they want to share more? Will the pact be broken? When your heart is on the line, will it break the friendship up? I loved this MFM, it was erotic and charged with plenty of heat and emotions!

I loved this story. It definitely wasn’t what I expected! The story flowed so well that I was surprised when I reached the end of the book. It held me interest from the very first. Only You (A MFM Ménage Romance) by Vivian Ward and Derek Masters is an amazing read. Powerful, emotional and mind blowing, this book is a testament to the greatness that can occur when two very talented authors join forces to create a book. Well written and offering a heart achingly beautiful romance that is steamy, sexy and very, very hot. I was surprised and delighted by the direction that was taken with the storyline of this book. It did not follow down the usual path and that was quite refreshing and an enjoyable surprise. I loved the story and the characters. Grab this book and join Mason, Penny and Lucas on their emotional, steamy journey. I promise you will not be disappointed. I am posting an honest review after reading an ARC copy of this book.

Well, this usually isn't my cup of tea in the first place. But give me a good story and I'm in. I've read some series in this genre that were great!
I didn't realize that this book was composed of short stories. The one they talk about in the info for the book, is just the first story. I liked that one. But the next one was just Awful! The premise, characters, plot, you name it... Horrible! I just couldn't read anymore. I tried, but I have so many great series' I'm reading, why bother with that?
So, this is my review. You may want to chance it and skip stories and try 2 find ones you like. But there is So much better out there. Contact me if you're looking 4 a better book/series, on this or just about any fiction.
