Mouthy.
Brazen.

A desperate temptation neither can ignore.

An injury has changed her entire life.
She's crippled, hopeless, and angry.
And the only one who can lessen her pain is him.

Being the boss is sometimes a pain in the ass.
He's irritated, impatient, and doesn't play games.
Yet he’s the only one willing to fight her…for her.

Apparently I'm a glutton for punishment because I decided "why not?" and read this one. The blurb kinda sounded intriguing and she did a better job at the blurb than with The Wild. But I'm done. This one was ridiculous, kinda funny at how silly the dialogue was:

“Put Toto down, Dorothy, I’m about to take you to Oz.”

LMFAO!

So sorry, I'm quitting this time while I'm ahead. Bye Felicia!

Welcome to The Dirty Drew Show!

Andrew Hamilton is a physical therapist. Sophia Rowe is an ex-softball athlete causing a seemingly melodramatic ruckus all throughout his PT practice because she's a high-maintenance client.

The lusty tension between the characters was great at the start but turned intimate so quickly! I liked the text message conversations between the two, but this was a smutty and low-intensity taboo read with a hint of substance in between. The banter between Drew and Soph was cliche and cheesy at times but this was still a fun and entertaining read.

The taboo aspect?

❒ Playful lines from Drew:

“Take your pants off and lie down. I’m going to take a look at your hip and hamstring.” My voice is ice as I pin her with a glare. “Now, crybaby.”

☛ “Put Toto down, Dorothy, I’m about to take you to Oz.”

❒ A peek at Drew's thoughts:

I’m not a sadist but I love to make them scream.
I’m not a dominant but I love making them bend to my will.
I’m not kinky but I sure as fuck love tying them up.

I love KW’s books especially her Dark ones but this one didn’t work for me. I don’t know exactly why, maybe it’s because I couldn’t understand the characters and feel them or their connection. Something was off about this story for me but don’t pay attention to me, hope you enjoy it more than me!

I enjoyed this Taboo Treat! As I keep reading these forbidden stories that take place in the same town... I have to wonder if there is something in the water these men are drinking because they all seem to go for these young 18 year olds!!!🤣🤣
The thing is though... these books are hot! They really are! I’m finding them perfect for a quick, sexy escape through out my day!

This one is about a physiotherapist and his 18 year old patient. Sophia is a feisty one... but Drew can handle her! In fact, Drew is quite the sadist if you ask me! So not only do we get forbidden; but we get some hardcore kink too! Drew May come across as a hardass at times, but believe me... Sophia can more than handle him! I often felt she deserved the whipping she got! Lol!

Moving on to the next story, which is about an older woman this time!!! The tables will be turned in “Lawn Boys!” Older women are not usually my thing but I thought I’d give it a try!

This is the second story of K. Webster's Taboo Treats, all the stories are standalone and can be read in any order, or so they say, but I can't agree to that, or that they are standalone.
My reading order:
Bad Bad Bad
Coach Long
Ex-Rated Attraction
Malfeasance/Judge Rowe
Crybaby
Mr. Blakely
Renner's Rules
Dane
Preach/Easton
Lawn Boys
The Glue
Enzo
Red Hot Winter
Dr. Dan

3,8 stars.
I'm not totally conquered yet.
Another age gap story, again a 17 years old girl with a man with almost 40 years.
Sophia is a softball player that is injured in a game.
Drew is her physical therapist and also best friend with Olivia's husband, Sophia's sister.
In my POV, there's too much physical violence in their relationship, but they like what they like. They're too aggressive.
descriptiondescription
Steamy and sweet. Sophia has some fears, and she lost her mother to cancer when she was young.
A quick reading but very well done.

Another Taboo Treat from K Webster.

Large age gap. Heroine has a sports injury, and the hero is the last person at the PT clinic willing to help her moody self. He gives her tough love, she fights right back. It’s hot and steamy. There is lots of spanking and “sexy” pain which isn’t really my thing, but it’s still well written and entertaining.

There are three stories that describe the HEA of Rowe family (two daughters and their father):

1. Ex-Rated Attraction about Olivia Rowe (daughter) and much older Miles Reynolds.
Olivia used to date Miles’ son, until she found out that he was cheating.
She was attracted to Miles, so she slept with him and she never regretted it. The book is hot. But honestly, the fact that Miles kept repeating that he was a villain, was getting in my nerves.
The only villain in the story was his son who first cheated his boyfriend with Olivia and then cheated Olivia with his boyfriend. Confusing? It is a messy story.

2. Crybaby about Sophia Rowe (daughter) and much older Drew Hamilton.
Chronologically the story takes place after Ex-Rated Attraction, but it was published before it. This is one of these books by K. Webster that I don’t know how to rate them. The writing is brilliant, but I still have problems with the girl’s age.
I would probably not have read it, if I knew that Sophia is under age. I mean I know that some 17 years old girls like older guys, but I still do not like it. I remember my best friend in highschool never dated anyone less than 30. Me on the other hand when I was 17, I thought that any guy over 22-23 is ancient.
Anyway, the story is heartbreaking, but Drew got in my nerves as well like his best friend Miles. How can you be an experienced physical therapist and not realizing that maybe there is something really wrong with your patient that has nothing to do with her accident? And how can you treat like that a really f@cked up 17 years old girl? What a jerk!

3. Malfeasance from Drawn to Him: A Romance Collection about Judge Max Rowe who is a bit over 50 and much younger Dorian.
I think that was my favorite from Rowe family. Max was a sweetheart, very supportive, patient, a genuine nice guy. He tried to raise alone his two daughters after his wife died by cancer and he was so lonely until he found love again. Dorian was running away by her violent ex and Judge Max and his friends help her to get rid of him. Super sweet and sexy story. The events happen during the same timeframe as the events by Crybaby.

Rowe family has HEAs with babies, weddings and happiness.

Buddy read with Cassandra!

“Warning: You don’t get a warning because you won’t heed it anyway, you curious little kitten.” -It’s like she’s talking directly to me!

You know what would probably be a good way to work her hips? I mean I know he’s a professional and all but we know where this is going.

It’s pretty odd but I’m on both of their sides. Do I believe she’s in this much pain? Absolutely but more than that she’s lost the Will to live and us barely surviving in an isolation she’s created for herself. I get it, I can understand why people wouldn’t like her character, might think she’s annoying but she’s young and she’s lost everything that mattered to her. Plus the pain on top of all that?

Then Drew, he’s exactly what she needs. She needs tough love, brutal more likely. And I think he’s annoyed by her but he’s understanding at least to her physical pain.

God I knew this would remind me of Balance by Lucia Franco.

Holy smokes that escalated quickly! 👀🥵

This is why you should take people at face value. I’ll never understand people who decide how much pain you’re in physically or emotionally.

I never knew ice cream could make me cry.

Oof, that epilogue was steamy!!!

WTAF So she goes from daughter rape incest "taboo" to let's be a complete clueless dick to disabled people.

From the blurb: "She's crippled, hopeless, and angry."

Crippled.

Yup.

She said it.

Crippled.

Somebody please offer her a day job already, my brain can't handle more of this complete shite.

Scandalous and absolutely forbidden. I don't mind age gap romances but this one is uncomfortable to read. What's more frustrating is that the heroine is EXTREMELY temperamental. It's quick to read but frustrating. I'm giving this 1 star like a candy.

I've read a lot of K. Webster books that I loved but this one seemed mailed in and lacking. First it was insta-love and insta-sex which is more an Alexa Riley thing than Webster. Second, I didn't see much of a conflict at all and third the story was kind of weak. But I've read a lot worse so giving this a 2.5.

I really enjoyed this it’s a taboo age-gap romance that manages to tick a lot of my boxes. I’m definitely partial to large age-gaps and this one felt slightly different in regards to Sophie’s disability. The gap is quite a large one Sophia is eighteen and Drew well it says almost 40 so I’m assuming he’s thirty-nine.

After a Softball accident leaves Sophia living in constant pain her world implodes. Now with a reputation as a difficult patient and a volatile temper, nobody wants to work with her. Drew a physical therapist and friend of her sister's hubby seems particularly convinced she’s being overly dramatic. Their interactions together are filled with barbs and labels like Cry baby from him and she calls him Ass in return.

When he takes over her recovery he realises he may have misjudged the situation and that Sophia is in a worse way than he initially assumed. He’s also surprised to find himself totally lusting after a girl half his age. All of their prior interactions mere foreplay to the main event. This one was taboo without feeling overly wrong. Yes, Drew is definitely crossing a line but they never actually felt like doctor and patient more like family friends. Initially, they hide their attraction but not majorly so and when people find out there is only minimal fallout.

The chemistry was electric and the sex dirty as all hell these two play hard together and I loved their dynamic. Drew is all dominant alpha male in the bedroom whilst Sophia is a definite brat who likes to intentionally push all of his buttons she also comes with a ton of baggage that would usually cause Drew to run for the hills. But here he’s all in and more than a match for her constant tantrums in fact it’s a big part of their dynamic together I enjoyed this one a lot and definitely recommend it if you like a side of taboo with your romance.

I think this author is getting targeted because she failing to provide warnings.

This book would fall under the categories: Sexual assault ( Not by hero.)  Daddy play (That snuck up on me :/). Lastly, Age Gap.

I'm an open reader, I don't judge anyone for their taste in books, or the author's imagination.

I love dark reads, trust and believe my therapist had a field day with that. Guess what? I'm perfectly healthy. I say healthy loosely here. I mean I do have to see a therapist.

giphy1

At the end of the day, we all have things that get us going, and some are a bit.... out there. Like a coffee and donut sex scene....

giphy4

Yeah... that's a thing. Which is cool. Do you!

First and foremost, this is Smut. Plain and simple. If you've read anything by  Alexa Riley you've read smut because she is the Queen.

When reading smut, the ratings tend to be a bit different. At least for me, it is. So 4 stars doesn't mean the book changed my life, it just means I had to change my underwear.
tenor

The hero is 40, the heroine is 17. The hero is a physical therapist. The heroine is in need of therapy. The sexual kind....

I joke I joke

She really is hurt, I wouldn't say she's "crippled". I would say she is in a lot of pain, and the people around her don't know how much.

I rated this 3 stars because of the daddy thing, It crept up on me, and I didn't like it.

giphy2

If you're looking for depth and butterflies this isn't for you. Hell if you're looking for mature characters this isn't for you. If you're looking for a taboo read right before bed then hop in.

2* STARS!

Mini Review:
Great cover but disappointing story. Drew Hamilton assigned himself to be Sophia Rowe's new therapist. Because she has poisonous mouth and no one wants to near her. He's been fooling around her for months and suddenly has hard on for Sophia. How 'professional' is he, right? The worst is, she's almost 'crippled' forever because her own stubbornness not to getting better. She didn't take care of herself and became 'crybaby'. She's hurt and angry. Her father is busy and the sister already away with her lover. And Drew became her savior and Sophia easily attracted to her.

What I didn't like is, how Drew use her for sex but she's also enjoyed it. A win-win, right? But I found it really uncomfortable with her condition. Somehow Sophia irritated me because she's like angry bird. Drew also use his kinkiness to catfish and punish her and I didn't like it. At all. Overall, I felt disconnected with the story and characters. The age-gap also too fucking big. Like twice? *shudders*

I loved this little taboo treat from K. Webster. Crybaby is a fairly quick read and I may or may not have needed to change my panties at one point.
This story is about Sophia and Drew, the Crybaby and the Ass. Sophia is in physical therapy for a bad injury sustained while playing softball. Drew is her Physical Therapist.
I'm not going to give away any more of the story details or provide any spoilers. This book will be more fun going into blind.
Crybaby is not available through the usual sources and is only offered directly from the author's website. You can send to Kindle from there. The link is: http://bit.ly/2wRqBaB

This was my very first K. Webster book, and I honestly don’t know what took me so long. I love taboo reads, an age gap, and some kinky fuckery if you know what I mean, but This book surprised me because it was more than that. It’s the story of a girl who had everything going for her, until she had something tragic happened that left her altered, and never able to play softball again. Drew, her much older Dr. and physical therapist, wanted her..he wanted to fix her brokenness, take her virginity and make her his. They are a fiery match, feisty and down right sexy together.

tw: underage sex, the heroine is assualted after being drugged, addiction.

2.5⭐

Sophia Rowe is fucking gorgeous when she smiles.
And I’m about to make her smile a whole lot more.

Ever read something almost bad and have it keep you hooked?
This.
This was so trashy and addicting to me for no reason.

Until her orgasm, the jealous little thing, steals her from me. An instant but still one that’s stolen from me. And then it’s giving her back just in time for me to pour this finicky creature called love deep inside her.

WHY DOES A TRASHY NOVELLA HAS SO MANY POETIC FUCKING MOMENTS????

So I initially read Ex Rated Attraction first and found myself drawn to Drew (who was a minor character) instantly so when I saw he had his own story, I knew I had to read. This story evoked a lot of emotion I wasn’t anticipating from a a taboo erotic story. Without spoilers, I think KW handled some of the tougher issues very well. I’ve never cried reading a “taboo love story” but hearing them both explain memories of their pasts really touched me. There’s so much more I have to say about this, but overall, I thought it was brilliant.

O—M—G!

The chemistry between Drew and Sophia is over the top. This book was so hot and romantic in such a not lovey-dovey way.

The smut, the taboo, the age gap, the actual plot, and the love and lust between our h & H is surreal.

I absolutely enjoyed this — 5++++++ stars & must re-read worthy.

Read this twice and I have no idea why. I didn’t like the MMC much at all and in his best friends book he has a three way with his bestie and his besties girl who happens to be the FMC in this books sister. He also talks a lot about being very experienced because he’s done everything under the sun at a sex club his friend owns. He’s VERY immature. He’s 38 and the FMC is 18 and a senior in high school. She gets SA’d on page by two classmates while she’s on drugs they gave her. But since she’s on drugs her body likes it and it feels good. I didn’t really like how it was handled. It was glossed over and she didn’t even want the guys to get in trouble when they definitely should have been. The book had a few sweet moments between them but ultimately it was just alright.

English:
"Crybaby" by K Webster is a taboo romance short novel, in which its main characteristic is the age difference between the two protagonists. It is a very HOT story, very normal in this author is given perfectly.

Sophie Rowe, 17, has been undergoing pain and mobility therapy since she had a softball accident. Drew Hamilton, 40, owns the physical therapy group she's been seeing for more than a year. Sophie is known to all staff as Crybaby, because she complains too much about therapies and none of the therapists get to help her. So Drew will help her, but not before he starts to have feelings for her.

In these kinds of stories K Webster never lets me down because she's an expert on these taboo books and she does it great. The protagonists are very different, we have Sophie, Crybaby, so with that name you can already know what to expect. And then Drew is the alpha man who is sometimes very perverse, and sometimes too clumsy to know Sophie's motives when she makes decisions.
I think I should have read "Ex-Rated Attraction" before, to know first the story of Sophie's sister, Olivia, and Miles. Now I will continue with that and then the story of Sophie and Olivia's father, Max, in "Malfeasance".

Ah, another taboo story by the wonderful K Webster! What I love about any of her work that I've read, is that its unique, differently, AND addictive, even when you know it probably shouldn't be.
My heart goes out to Sophia in this book. I felt like I had a close connection to her, because I've been there with pain, going for months thinking of was nothing to get that news that its a tumour. The pain, the wait, the results...it was all close to home.
Obviously there is a taboo subject matter in this book, bit of happens in real life. We can't help who we fall in love with at the end of the day.
Drew, he is Sophia's older physical therapist, he does his best to help her heal. Their love blossoms, their connection is electric, their bond grows.
I have read this book in a few short hours. It is just like all of Websters books, the opening pages draw us in and it becomes impossible to put down until it finishes. I look forward to more books in the future.
