Have you ever loved a book so much it renders you speechless?! I loved everything about this story. It is emotional, funny, and oh so H-O-T! It is a fast paced unpredictable read that flows so beautifully you just can't help but fall in love with Booker and Cat! Heartbreaker is my new favorite Logan Chance book!..until next release ;)

I am an avid Logan Chance fan and have been waiting for HeartBreaker with baited breath, what I got was so so much more. This book captivated me from page 1 and has slowly risen to my top reads by Logan.
What I want to say straight up is every element to this book was meticulously thought out and each page delivered what can only be described as completely sexy, heartfelt and captivating.
Heartbreaker is the story of Booker who sets off to a town he would rather forget Ferndale, this town holds so many unwanted memories for him. Ones that maybe even he is not ready to recount. Shear Chance has his paths cross with a town sweetheart Cat who is not at all taken with him from the start.
What you get is the heart and soul of this book. These 2 definitely don't hit it off, both of them have built so many walls up to protect themselves, I wonder if it's ever possible to infiltrate them..... There is such a fantastic element to this book that I will not giveaway other than to say this, it will give you laugh out loud moments it will sucker punch you in the heart but at the same time make it swell 2 sizes bigger. You will want to read this! The detail that has gone into every element of Heartbreaker is what made me love this even more.
I cannot recommend Heartbreaker enough, this book delivers on every aspect and is a must read. Congratulations Logan on such a fantastic and captivating read.

Booker Booker BOOKER! Hello hotness wrapped in a birthday suit with coffee. This story absolutely blew me away, we’re introduced to Booker and understand that he is not the most uplifting man at the moment because there’s so much going on in his head but we just don’t know what exactly and then enters Cat. I love the determination in this woman and how she’s trying to build a sold life with her own business. As we go further along in the story we’re given breadcrumbs into Booker and why he’s in this small town as he opens up to Cat. When all is revealed you will gasp and be filled with so many emotions, I did not expect anything like what we’re told. That’s what makes a great book, keeping the readers on their toes and throwing them for a loop. Such a wonderful heartfelt story that will have you hooked from the very beginning till the final words are written. Not only do I highly recommend you grab your copy but demand it. You will not be disappointed for a single moment. This is my unbiased and voluntary review.

If you are looking for a sweet, loving hometown romance then look no further. Logan Chance has delivered just that; this book will make you laugh, cry, and fall in love. It grabbed by attention instantly; I couldn't put it down even if I wanted to. The way he brought Booker and Cat together is just phenomenal.
Booker and Cat meet on the beach for the first time; I loved how they bickered back and fought with each other when they met. I also loved how well Booker got along with Cat's son Cooper.
This is the third book I have read from Logan Chance, I look forward to reading more. The way he brings all his characters together is wonderful. Logan's writing is epic. I will definitely recommend this book to anyone who will listen.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book. The first comment I have of this book is Beautiful storyline, swoon worthy! I absolutely loved Booker and Cat. They have you laughing and crying. Logan you truly outdone your writing skills with this one. They are my favorite couple by you! I loved both of them equally. I devoured and conquered this book and couldn’t put it down until it was finished. You should be proud of this one, you poured your heart and soul in it, and you will be rewarded. This is going to skyrocket on the charts. I’m not sharing any spoilers about the book. This is a MUST read, and I highly recommend it! Congratulations Logan. Outstanding, mind blowing, captivating, emotional. I couldn't put it down.
Just when I think Logan Chance couldn't possibly get better, he goes and writes Heartbreaker and blows my mind once again.
I was captivated from the very first page. From the first time Booker and Cat met, you just know that their chemistry was going to be off the charts.
This book has gone straight to the top of my favourite reads this yearly. I highly recommend it.

I didn't think I could actually love Logan Chance's writing more than I already do...until Heartbreaker. Wow! I powered through this baby in one day! Absolutely could not put it down! The depth of this story, the little tidbits of info that he drops to captivate you, the twist that you never saw coming! Where does he come up with such tragically beautiful stories is beyond me! This is why I anxiously await LC's new releases. I love that most of his books are stand-alones but he sneaks in characters from previous books as well. I don't like to put spoilers in reviews but I will say this, you must read this book! It will hurt your heart a little but it'll put it back together too. And I also promise you will not be prepared for the curve ball he throws in this one! EPIC doesn't begin to describe it. Do yourself a favor & read it. NOW!

When I read the blurb, I thought I'd be dealing with a so hot so sexy so cocky heartbreaker, but when I got down to the story, I fell in love with Booker and my heart broke for him.
This was not a good read, it was one of the best.

Six enthusiastic stars!
This is by far Logan Chance’s best book to date. And it’s one of my favorite books of 2017! The storyline is original, the characters are heartwarming and memorable, the steamy scenes are off the charts hot, and the writing is flawless!

Logan Chance takes a HEARTBREAKER and turns him into a LOVE MAKER with his incredible new release. To say I was hooked from page one is putting it mildly. Because I devoured this book in under 2 hours. I seriously could not stop reading. Logan delivered on everything you could possibly want in a book and then some. It was well written, sweet, funny, a little emotional but oh so very sexy.
Being back in Ferndale is causing Booker to relive a past he longs to forget. But since he has to fix up his parent's house to sell it, he really has no choice in the matter but to stay. While on the beach trying to clear his head, he runs into a sassy landscaper named Cat. And to say they got off on the wrong foot is an understandment.. He was a complete jerk to her.. Which just makes having to hire her all the awkward.. especially since he was also hired to break her heart.. And what he believes to be an easy job is actually turning out to be one of the hardest.. because the more time they spend together, the more feelings start to delevop. Feeling that they are both to scared to fully open their hearts, but have no problem exploring with their bodies..
Will Cat be the one to break the Heartbreaker or will she help Booker realize he does deserve the same kind of love that he helps so many other people get??

I didn’t think it was possible but it happened. Booker has Slipped passed Houston to take the lead, in becoming my book husband. The story just captured me from the very beginning and I just couldn’t stop with it. A lot of times you read a book and it reaches you all the way to your core. That was Booker and Cat’s story. You will be glued.
Booker is the bad boy that melts your heart. Cat is the beauty that is fiercely strong, but doesn’t give herself enough credit. Then of course you have you secondary characters that are a perfect mix into it.
Logan has done it again with this 5 star must read! Cheers to the awesomeness of Heartbreaker! Get your one click on!

Wow. This was my first Logan Chance book and it was awesome! I was immediately intrigued by Booker and I knew there was something deep down that he was hiding.
Cat as the female lead is also a great character, and her best friend Tristan was really likeable as well.
Right from the start the connection between Booker and Cat is undeniable, and theres something that keeps them both coming back for more, even when they both have their own reasons as to why they shouldn’t.
Also bring Austin into the equation, and then Cooper as well, and theres a whole new kettle of fish in this ball game.
Heartbreak is a really fun and fast read, and them BAM right near the end the big reveal comes, and let me tell you, I DID. NOT. SEE. THAT. COMING.
Everything makes so much more sense when you get that part, and I feel even more in love with Booker.
Cat is a fairly straightforward character, but Booker is multi layered and when you break those layers down, whoa.
Love, love, loved this one and highly recommend. I’ll be reading more from this author for sure!

I have read every book Logan Chance has written to date and have loved them all. His stories are usually hot, sexy and steamy and Heartbreaker was no different. But this time we get all the feels as well.
Heartbreaker is Booker’s story. He is back home to sell his parent’s house, but in order to do so, he needs to put some work into it. The last thing he wants is to be in this town, but he needs to do this. I have to say, at first glance, Booker comes off as cocky and arrogant, but throughout the story we begin to see a different side of him.
Everyone loves Cat. She is sweet, nice, and very caring. But she also guards her heart. She has more important things on her mind, like building her business and taking care of her son. The last thing she expects is to take on a job for the man who was a complete jerk to her, but this job could mean bigger things for her.
Booker is back home and it’s the last place he wants to be. He is at a low point when he meets Cat and it is definitely not his finest moment. But as owner of Heartbreaker, an online website that provides articles and services, he gets paid to break heart. But what he did not expect is his reaction to the woman whose heart he is supposed to break next.
I loved the underlying chemistry between Cat and Booker. They both tried very hard to deny it, but when something simmers for so long, there is no running from it. As Cat worked the job she was hired to do, she spent time getting to know Booker. He was a contradiction she could not figure out. Can Cat and Booker find a way to tear down their walls or will their hearts break?
I loved Heartbreaker. This one had some laugh out loud moments, but was also sweet and tender. Learning about their pasts was emotional, but helped readers understand them better. Another great read from Logan Chance!

I’m speechless. This book blew me away, as always this Author has a way of putting twists in his books you never see coming. This one really threw me. This is a beautiful written book. The story of Booker and Cat I have to say is now my favorite book by this Author (And, I’ve read them all). I absolutely adored the relationship between Booker and Cooper. I’m being vague to avoid spoilers . I highly recommend this book. Even if you have never read anything from this Author. But, if you haven’t read his work you are missing out on a great writer. Another 5 Star read.

Sweet, Sexy & A Dose of the Feels...
I started off thinking that with the quips & sass, the innuendo’s & antagonisation, that I was firmly in enemies to lovers territory.
Then, as the story developed and we got more pieces of Booker’s backstory in particular, it kinda morphed into more.
A quick, easy escape into to read, it’s a romance story with a little twist of “I knew there was something coming, but I would never have guessed that”.
I enjoyed it.

well he has done it again, Logan has swept me away. Heartbreaker is amazing , funny, sweet, loving, sad, sexy, it's everything you should want in a book.
Booker is heading home, the last place he thought he would be or would want to be, a past he will never get over but a past that made him who he is. Selling his parents house should be easy, sell it and get back to LA, to breaking hearts and giving love advice but when a sexy, sassy landscaper knocks him on his ass he's not so sure what he wants or if he can have it.
Cat is just trying to get her landscaping business up and running and being the best mother she can be to Cooper, when searching for rocks introduces her to a jackass, but once she gets the chance to really know Booker, she's not so sure she can control her heart. loved it, as always this book proves why Logan is one of my top one click authors, great job, flow, the characters are real, I felt part of their world. Super excited for Love Doctor. definitely a 5 star read.

This is a gripping, emotional tale. Cat & Booker draw you into their lives and make you yearn for the peacefulness of Ferndale. Logan Chance makes you fall in love with a self-professed @$$ and root for him to get his girl.
Cat is determined to ignore the rude visitor in town, until he offers her a job. As opposite as North & South, Cat & Booker keep feeling a pull towards each other, and man, do they do their best to push away! What determines the next step is whether they feel their relationship is worth fighting for.
This is my first time reading a novel by Mr. Chance, and I have to say: it's DAMN good!!

Absolutely Amazing! Be prepared for an exciting ride into the mind of Logan Chance! He has knocked this one right out the park!
Tell me something I have not heard before? Make me want to read your book? These are two things I think when I read the synopsis of any book. Unfortunately you never really know what you’re getting into until you open up that first page, so you buy it, read it and review it. Sometimes there is that one book that grabs a hold of you. You know the the ones I’m talking about. All you can think about is that one book and who is this author that wrote it. How do I find them? Have they written anything else? Soon, you’re following them on every social media site you can find, buying anything they may have written. Once you’ve read all you may have found by this amazing author, you’re now sitting there all alone waiting for their next book to release. It’s an amazing feeling when you find that one book and a new author to follow as well isn’t it? . Logan Chance is not a new author to me this time, but it sure did feel like it. After I read Heartbreaker, I forgot who the author was that wrote such an amazing story? Oh yeah, it’s Logan Chance I should’ve known it was him. Before I continue with my never-ending praise, let me tell you little bit about this amazing book.
Heartbreaker starts out in a little place called Ferndale, Ca but it’s not the kind of place Booker would like to be back in. What was once a place of happiness was now a place of nightmares. His current job - Expert Heartbreaker. Oh, I added the expert but after you read this book, you’ll understand why. Booker is so good at what he does that he believes he doesn’t deserve to be loved, however things begin to change once he meets Cat. She’s sweet, sexy, sassy and can hold her own against Booker especially when they first meet, which wasn’t all rainbows and unicorns. Cat is one of those woman who is highly independent, a hardworker and wants to take care of her loved ones. Her passion is landscaping, so when she first meets Booker she wasn’t very impressed with this man who has an attitude and well let’s just he was a bit annoying. Later, Cat sees an opportunity that can help her achieve the goal she’s set out for, so she decides to risk the one thing she hasn’t been able to give back in a very long time....her heart.
The dynamics between these two characters are intense and you can feel the chemistry fly off the pages. Booker and Cat are now two of my favorite characters, and that’s hard for me to say because I have a lot faves out there but these two have bumped there way up my top 10 ladder. So, stop reading all these reviews and read this book. I’m sure you already know to much as it is. Just read it and come back and review it, so everyone will know how great you think it is as well.

The dynamics between these two characters are intense and you can feel the chemistry fly off the pages. Booker and Cat are now two of my favorite characters, and that’s hard for me to say because I have a lot faves out there but these two have bumped there way up my top 10 ladder. So, stop reading all these reviews and read this book. I’m sure you already know to much as it is. Just read it and come back and review it, so everyone will know how great you think it is as well.
I can’t wait for Logan Chance to write another amazing book for us to read. I look forward every month wondering if this is the month I’ll hear about a new upcoming release of his. From the first page of Heartbreaker I was drawn into the world of Booker and Cat and couldn’t put it down until I had read the last word. Everything you could ask for you’ll find in this book – characters who you want to hang out with, a plot that keeps you engaged, of course steamy sex, a little angst and some really sweet moments that you are not expecting.
Booker is in Ferndale to fix up the house that belonged to his parents. Being in town brings back a lot of memories that Booker would rather forget. After two chance meetings, Cat is surprised that the guy who has gotten on her nerves is the same guy who wants to hire her landscaping company to fix up his yard. Little does she know that she’s actually Booker’s next job, a job that becomes harder for Booker than he ever expected. The walls they both have guarding their hearts crumble brick by brick as they spend more and more time together.
Will Cat allow Booker to see the woman that she’s hidden away? Will Booker let go of the ghosts of his past to move onto a brighter future? What happens to these two when the walls completely fall down?
I can’t say enough good things about this book. It is definitely my favorite of the books that Logan Chance has written. There is something about Booker and Cat’s story that melted even the iciest part of my heart. It is most assuredly a 5 star read in my book.

I've read most of Logan Chance's novels and Heartbreaker by far is the best one yet. Logan was superb writing Booker and Cat's complex journey to a HEA. Booker and Cat's story grabs you from the first page. Booker has a hard shell surrounding his heart and soul. Cat, who has an adorable son named Cooper, is strong and has a warm and nurturing heart. They are complete opposites but are somehow drawn to each other.
Their journey towards each other is steadily paced. Cat is driven to get to know him and we both wonder why why why is he so insensitive yet so caring at times. Booker feels the need to get to know her and in the process starts caring and becoming friends with Cooper. Booker is drawn to the concept of this family. They get to know each other and once they give in to their attraction.......the fire alarm will go off! But what happens when their time is up and he has to go back to LA? The root of Booker's problem is what happened to him as a child. It is absolutely heartbreaking and makes perfect sense for the reason he has become the man he is today. Will he overcome it in order to find his own happiness?
I highly recommend this novel. Get ready to become part of their journey. Logan's writing genius will have you feeling frustration, asking why, confused, laughing out loud, feeling the need for your man, swooning, crying from heartbreak, and deliriously happy!

Sweet mother of bad boys, that was fanfreakingtastic!
I am a sucker for the jackhole bad boys with layers of personality; Booker has that going on for days in this newest attention-grabbing, passion-fueled, humorous, frustrating heartache to a hot lovefest romance novel by Logan Chance.
Dang, I knew after reading the blurb I wanted to read it- what I did not see coming was the need to devour the unique read in one sitting! This is one of those books I had to lock myself away from everyone so as not to be disturbed! I quickly became very invested in the lives of Booker, Cat, and Cooper! I had no intention of letting anything interrupt me finding up how the angsty, maddening relationship that was starting to bloom would end up!
Seriously- this book was that good! I just finished it, and I am still pretty excited about it! That to me is one helluva story!
I am a fan of Mr. Chance, and in my opinion with every book he writes, the storylines just keep getting better and better! On the fence about whether or not to read this one? I say do it! I think it is worth it!

This book was amazing, I have read all of Logan Chance' s books and Heartbreaker is one of his best right along with one of his others Break Me. Heartbreaker is about Booker who we recently met in Playboy.
Booker has some business he needs to take care of back in his childhood town Ferndale, a place he would rather not be. Cat lives in Ferndale with her son Cooper, running her own landscaping business. Cat and Booker meet for the first time on the beach and it did not go down well, Booker was a huge jerk towards her. Both have issues from their pasts. The chemistry between these two is explosive, intense and the sexy times are HOT!!!!
Logan's way of writing is truly amazing and always captivates you. He keeps you hooked from beginning to end, I love how his books are never predictable and each one brings something unique. His characters are strong and relatable. I'm looking forward to seeing what he brings us with Declan's book....

I absolutely loved reading this one. Catherine is just trying to make it from day to day doing what she loves and taking care of her little boy Cooper. Until she meets someone that could end up changing her life forever. Booker is back in town to take care of the house he got from his parents and once it is sold he plans on leaving and going back to LA . Little does he know that there is something stronger then he could imagine that is going to have him wanting to stay in this little town. I absolutely loved Catherine and Booker together. The banter and cat and mouse game these two play was well written and enjoyable. I absolutely loved little Cooper and how he took to Booker and how Booker took to him. Very well written gripping storyline from the beginning to the end.

There is nothing I can say about this book that would do it justice. This is Logan's best work by far. I don't think I've fallen in love with two characters so easily as I did with Booker and Cat. What a journey. Heartbreaker is my new favorite book and I don't think Logan could top it. Well, he can, cause that's how amazing he is. This book is a must read.

This book is by far one of the best by Logan Chance to date. We first met booker in playboy and boy he was a character who had that cocky personality that you love to hate. Cat is a fiercely independent woman who doesn’t take nothing from anyone. When these two hit the sheets the house will burn down. Absolutely loved every moment of this book could not put it down.

It was kinda boring and everything felt rushed and superficial. Plus, the hero was really unbearable but I went on reading until the first time they slept together just because the heroine was cute and endearing. Then, I read the first time they slept together and immediately dropped the book there. So very distastefully written. Is this how male writers write it or just this writer? Do all males expect women to act like this the very first time? I don't know. I don't want to know.
